Mike is always so nice and he really knows how to treat his customers. He will make you laugh when you are having a bad day.

Im not the type to complain, but when I receive bad service I am going to report it. Unfortunately I did not get a receipt, so I dont have an 800 number to call to report this. My complaint is simple. You have multiple signs in your store that advertise a small cup of coffee for 69 cents. My surprise when I got to the register and found that I owed $1.08. The lady at the register, I remember she had blonde and purple hair, informed me that the 69 cents is refills only. She was not polite at all about the situation and simply pointed to the sign hanging over the coffee station when I pointed out your advertisements.I am attaching a couple of images of your advertisements for 69 cents small coffee. Nowhere on the advertisement does it say that it is refill only. If she was mistaken, I hope you can rectify the situation by correcting her. If she was correct and the 69 cents is for refills, then yall are doing a horrible job at advertising and youre deceiving your customers. I hope this was a simple misunderstanding.

Prices are good but the diesel pumps seem to have mechanical issues from time to time. I just told the person working inside that the pump was down and she told me she *thinks* they already have a call in to take care of it... a sign on the pump would be nice. Thanks for helping me to waste my time tonight.

Serviced vehicle @ pump,Problem 1: PUMP DID NOT PRINT RECEIPT.- went inside- smiling clerk did not hear I need a receiptProblem 2: Clerk could not locate my purchase.(After waiting for a while)... she finally prints...Problem 3: She have me the wrong receipt.I never got what I needed - forced to leave un-helped & frustrated.
