Not opened on Saturdays. Who can look at lawn mowers during the week.But overall a good shop, if you go during business hours they will help you the best they can.

Update: May 2021 - I have 100 hours on the Yanmar 424. I had a major part break through hard work and was worried it was going to be an major expense and take all summer to get repaired. NOPE! Yanmar covered under warranty and Bill and Ralph had my tractor back in operation in a couple of weeks. Great customer service. Thank you!!5 stars! Bought my first tractor from Bill and Ralph today (March 2020). Great customer service!! They both talked to me after hours to answer question before purchase, and spent a couple of hours going all through the tractor with driving and safety tips. No strong arm sale, theyll tell you what they use and made some solid recommendations.

Professional, prompt, and curtsies. I took my Cube Cadet mower in for a repair after taking it to anther shop by my office and the comparison between the two was night and day. R & R resorted my faith in repair shops. They fixed my issue and made sure it was it was done right. I will go here first next time.

My wife and I met these folks at the Palmetto Sportsmens Classic. We were looking for a CUT and reviewed all of the offerings. When we came to the R&R Motors setup we were greated by the owner and Yanmar Saleswoman. They took time to go over details and answer all of our questions. They were very friendly and never once pressured us into buying something we didnt want.Over the following weeks any questions were answered promptly via email or phone. Once we decided to move forward purchasing a Yanmar SA324, the customer service experience was exceptional. We were able to test drive the tractor, ask follow-up questions, our kids were able to play around and all this happened well after closing time.Since we are out of town we fully expected a need to make delivery arrangements. We were blown away when the tractor was delivered 1.5 days later without additional charges or arrangements. We couldnt ask for a better customer experience and only wish more businesses operated like this.To us, the customer experience is as important as the purchase itself. If you want a great experience and service after the sale, R & R Motors is your place to go!
