This place is a joke. Bunch of children playing shop. Told me I am to busy to assist with your request over the phone .. when I was inquiring about an online order. So busy, they dont need your money. Shop elsewhere . they are Okay with you doing so.

I went in to look for a new mower tire, and Jace went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed, as well as helping me remove the old tire from the rim. Excellent service.

Jace was amazing! Helped me in my time of need for my birthing mama dog. I think he may have even sold me extra. Lol But totally worth it! Will be back!

Our car battery died in the Chick-fil-A parking lot beside Tractor Supply Co. One of the guys working there went out of his way to get some jumper cables and jump our car. He insisted we didnt need to buy anything to show our appreciation, only if we need the item. We did buy jumper cables (which he also helped us find the appropriate size for our car. He said the ones he used were unnecessarily big and helped us find a functional, smaller, less expensive set) because they are just a good idea to have around and later bought a battery. Very, very kind and helpful man!

Staff was disinterested. I asked for a 6 point, thin wall, 1 1/16 inch socket with a half inch drive. He and the expert looked at me as if had landed from outer space and then rolled their eyes. I then walked to the correct section and picked out the correct socket. Paid and left.

Love this place.. However I dont really enjoy there Service. The employees act as if they are too good for the likes of a patron that doesnt fit there general customer base..

Stopped in for some new additions to my garden... great selection of healthy baby veggies and herbs. A little dangerous though, I almost came home with some new baby chicks 🐓

Used to love this store until the recent change in management. Now it’s just disappointing. The place stays absolutely filthy (busted bags of dog food on the floor, sale fliers littering floor, plastic wrappings everywhere) and even when shipments have been in for days, they are slow to make it to the shelves.The only workers that know what they’re doing are the few that stayed from before the management change. The new employees seem utterly clueless about what it takes to run a feed & supply store. Very unhelpful people! I wish that there was an alternative store for all my farm needs, but unfortunately there isn’t. I hope the new store manager reads this and makes some changes for the better...

Absolutely love this place. Could spend hours in here just wandering, actually I have! Everything from boots and clothing to tools to baby chickens to candy.We go through copeuous amounts of birdseed monthly, in fact, I sometimes think my wife ensures the birds are fed better than I am! :) TSC is our go to store for anything bird related. Can not beat their prices or selections.

Excellent place for tools, hardware, farm supplies, feed, pet supplies, clothes, boots, hats and even sell live chicks too. All sorts of things you may need around your farm or home or garden and they even have some interesting novelty type items.

Went in to get two propane cylinders filled. Thought Id go in the morning when they were less busy. Unfortunately, only two people were working at the time. The cashier had to page her coworker 3 times before he finally went outside to help me. When questioned about it he said he didnt hear the page. Then later said he was in the bathroom. Bad timing on my part I guess. I give them a 1 star on todays visit, but overall the store is good. ...and propane is half the price of your typical cylinder exchange. Suggestion for management...coach your staff to use the bathroom on their break next time or staff the store with more than two workers during the morning hours.

Whats Not to like about tractor supply? They have what you need. there are phone in and pick it up option is a little slow though.

They have great prices, but every time I go to the store to get something they say is in stock on the website, they never have it.

I went there to pick up a piece of lawn equipment. This was a large item that was stored Outdoors. The clerk and the manager came outside to help load it and we found that owners manuals has been ruined by water and there was considerable collection of dirt and pollen on the machine. Ultimately the manager gave me a generous discount on the transaction.

Was trying to buy a dog house which was located in a fenced in area outside that was locked. Couldnt tell what they had through the fence and returned inside the store to request help with gaining access so I could look to see what was there. I asked a young woman to help me and she said that she would be right there once she did a price check. After 10 minutes of waiting in the chilly temperatures, I contacted PetSmart and they had what I wanted and would match tractor supplys price. I left without buying anything. Ill return but wont ask for help again.

Most farming and livestock needs all in one place. Great staff, we were helped with in moments to find what we needed.
