I drove to the store, stood outside, asked for paint chips to determine color I needed/wanted and the associate brought numerous chips to me. I went home, picked the color I wanted, went back to the store, handed the chip and ordered 4 gallons of paint. They prepared them and brought them to my car. Very expedient. Very nice associates. Very pleased.

Absolutely love going into this store on my way to work, the guys know my name or at least who I work for and they cut up with me just has much as I do them. Awesome store!!!

The Customer Service from Charles was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to make sure our color matched perfectly and even informed us of upcoming sales to save us a little money. Ill definately be coming back to this store even though the Mountain Brook SW is much closer to my house.

This is the best place to get paint and painting supplies. Shirwin williams products are top of the line in quality. Yes, you might pay a little more than you would at a discount center but the quality of the product overrides the additional expense. Highly recommended.

I like going here versus the big box stores because they usually get the color right the first time they have professional knowledgeable staff I can get stuff done the right way the first time on time you can call had place your orders have it ready for pickup thats the best part of the whole place you aint got to stay there and wait for them

They are very helpful with customers and keep records of your individual purchase so they can go back to get more of the same paint and can also give you print outs of your paint specifacations for future rebuys.They also have plenty of paint tools to help you on completing the paint job.

The young man who waited on us was awesome. Excellent customer service skills.

Today I went to buy paint and the person attending was playing a game on his mobile device and he had all of his attention on his phone and because of that matter he did not attend me quickly. The time in my job is very important thatand why I think if they want to play video games they should play at there house.

Sales Clerk Fantasia was pleasant, knowledgeable, and made my visit delightfully efficient.

No one asked if they could help us. Very overpriced, not helpful staff. We went to Home Depot and found the same wallpaper much cheaper. I will never go back to Sherwin Williams.
