This place is huge! I went there looking for a storage but didnt know what I needed, Kashae was awesome! She asked what all I had and then she took me around to several different spots until I figured out which one I needed she was so patient and helpful! This place is larger than you think, and so many twists and turns once you are inside. Unexpected, and good exercise as well.

Booked my storage unit online, spent hours loading my furniture into a rental van and received an error saying “access denied - gate code unknown” when I entered the code that was given to me. If you’re going to come here I’d recommend doing it during office hours.

Shae and Josh offered great service from start to finish while assisting me with my unit rental. The facility is clean and secure, as promoted, and I highly reccomend the location for storage usage in the area.

In confirmation letter, they mentioned that you will receive a call from store manager. I have not received any call and finally went there. Surprisingly and unprofessionally, they sold the place to someone else.

The whole process was very easy and quick. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. So far we have not actually moved our stuff in but obtaining the storage unit was very smooth. We signed up for automatic pay so I expect that it should continue to go smoothly. We love that our unit is easy to drive right up to - easy to be able to unload and load back up!

The manger on site is really rude he does not care about the customers needs or concernsI went ahead and told him what’ was going on he didn’t care to resolve no promblem they increase your rate everytime it’s goes up higher we weren’t even aware about this since the start I changed my adress with them and it was never updated first time I would not reccomend them unless you don’t paying a lot for storage I have small unit.

From my first contact with the location I was treated with respect and professionalism. Super convenient location with a great range of storage sizes and pricing. Sign up was easy and all docs are provided electronically. I have a second-level, interior 10x10 space with access that couldn’t be more convenient. I was provided with a code that allows me to drive into the building so I can load and unload in relative comfort and without being concerned if it is raining. Friendly, helpful staff and plenty of carts to minimize the number of trips from the vehicle to my space. Highly recommend.
