The building and units are pristine. Customer service by Amy was excellentShe showed us around, throughly went over the contract, the entry procedures, and the insurance. She even managed helping out a couple of clients along the way and without disturbing our time there.

I have rented from many different storage facilities and this one is the best. 1) The folks are extremely helpful and professional, 2) their pricing is very reasonable, 3) the place is very clean and the units (I’ve been in 3 different ones here) are easy to get to and 4) ALL their loading/unloading areas are flat (think runaway carts).Jaydell, the agent there, is great and always gives 5 star service!!!

This place is great, always clean, climate controlled, and affordable. Staff always seems friendly and accomodating; I, personally, never had any problems. I wouldve given 5 stars, but I can never find any rolling carts every time I stop at my locker. Not sure if it is a COVID-19 safety protocol, or if there is a shortage of rolling carts here for some other reason. Other than that, I would highly recommend this location!

We rented a space from this location to store our car while away on an extended trip. Jaydell was incredibly helpful in making sure we got the best rate as well as ensuring us that our space was secured ahead of time for our trip. She was very accommodating in guiding us through the process of getting our car back the night we arrived back at the airport after office hours. The rates here were much less than using airport parking. We will definitely use this facility again when flying out of Birmingham, and we will ask for Jaydell.

Public storage is an amazing storage facility. It is clean and the storage units are large in size. Look for Jaydell if you go. She is an excellent employee, very helpful, and kind. Jaydell goes above and beyond to help her customers.

We had a major issue with moving into my daughters apartment and at the last minute had to rent a storage unit. Jaydell was wonderful in helping us get situated late in the afternoon, even switching units as the first unit we reserved wasnt big enough. We are grateful for Jaydells kind spirit and servant attitude to help us during a difficult time. If we ever ned storage again, we will no doubt use this location and work with Jaydell.

They offered us assistance, made suggestions and made this process very easy. The communication of text, email and phone calls keep us well informed of our process. When w met them, although they were wearing mask, we could see that they were smiling. They welcomed us to the site and answered all of our questions. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Great experience storing RV. The spots are easily accessible and have covered screens to protect from falling debris. Easy access onto the highway. Highly recommend based on location, ease of use, and cost.
