I went to the store with a plan to swap out a candle I was gifted for mothers day. The representative gave me a gift card to use for a replacement. However when I found one I liked it turned out the price was not the same. It was $20 more! I asked for a manager to help me exchange however they were not willing to budge. So I left the store with my original candle. I am so surprised that they would not make an effort to help with this swap!

I purchase a ROWENTA Iron from this branch, after a while the Iron was get wrong and they were not responsible. They gave me a number and thats it. all they did.Never buy any thing from bed bath and beyond. they just set you a tribble.

I ordered several of these wonderful drawer sachets (Watermark) directly from Bed Bath and Beyond located at 13692 Jamboree Rd, Irvine, CA 92602. The reason is because every time I go into this store they never have them out or seldom have more than a handful available. So I decided to order these online for the first time and I am very upset and disapoointed. The first order didnt make it to me not because of them but because of my local Post Office. So I called Bed Bath and Beyond and they were kind enough to send them to me again but at a different shipping address. I finally received them, however the box appeared used and stuff was leaking out of the bottom of the box. When I opened the box I saw where there were several packets that were ripped opened. Not only did they throw them into a used box without even wrapping them in something but they had to have known that several were already ripped. These dont even hardly have a smell which tells me they were out on the store floor for a long time. I spent over $56.00 as I ordered 11 of them. I will never ever buy anything online from this store again! What is wrong with people? Why would you just throw these into a used box knowing they are ripped up, the box used, old and the box leaking from the bottom? I can just see an upset employee ripping them off the shelves, grabbing an old used box, and throwing them in to ship out to a customer. What if this order was breakable?

This an extraordinary store with excellent customer service. I came in looking for a sunscreen and I did not expect to have such an amazing experience. An associate named Jhatsiry guided me through my experience and even helped me pick out the right sunscreen that was right for me. She was a very outgoing and very helpful associate who never hesitated to answer any questions that I had regarding the product I was buying. And along with that she knew exactly what she was saying about the product even going in depth about what the product was for and the results it would bring. A very polite and kind hearted young woman. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Good selection of home goods/ merchandise.Cons - many items do not have price tags displayed, which means youll have to hunt down an attendant in such a big store. If shopping for bath towels, I recommend going elsewhere as Bed Bath is (way) overpriced.

Very poor customer service! Even with a guy named Mike, store manager didn’t handle things friendly with the customer! Purchased water hose explicitly sold by BBB and it cracked after few months and he didn’t allow exchange or buy the new one! Suggest BBB trains more with management skills!

I just love this place. It’s right by my house. It has everything you’re looking for and the staff is quite amazing. They will walk you to the item if you look like you can’t figure anything out which is my most if the time. Will explain things to you if you don’t know what the items does (too many options for certain items). And if do anything is mis-priced, they honor that price without question. Great customer service.

Bought a SALT large dish rack, in 3 weeks, the rack got rusted all over. Obviously this is a defect product, I brought it back to this store at Jamboree Rd., Tustin., Ca. A female store manager was rude and said I should be dealing with manufacturer altogether, I told her I bought it from your store, I deal with you, you can in turn deal with manufacturing She said nothing she can do. The point is thestore must not sell defect product. Its a pirate store, dont go there!

Had a simple issue, went to Murrieta store, mgt unable to solve isssue. 2 star is a gift.Later trip to this Irvine/Tustin Ranch location (rated 4 star) had no problem resolving issue. People here in Irvine far more helpful.

I went in yesterday 2/25/13 (sun) to buy a cleaning steamer. I pick up one box and notice another box that was the same company but under a different type of packaging name., Well the guy helped me look in the box. Since both boxes had been opened. We checked to see if everything was in the at least one of the boxes cause one seemed lighter then the other. Well one box didnt have the steamer in it at all. And it was on the shelf for sale! And so I bought the other one cause it looked like everything was in it. I get it home and open the box and the hose is not in the box! so I call them 3 times to finally get that they found a hose for it.What I want to know is who checks the returns?? Someone is not doing there job. When you return something you should check to make sure everything is in the box! NOT HAPPY!

Love the store, there is always something you definitely love, never walk out disappointed when you shop there.Last time when i asked salesperson about curtains that was on sales rack she responded if is not on sales rack means we are out. But that design was the only one I really loved and only one of the panel was on sales rack. I was really bummed that they are out. But I didnt give up based on home depot experience didnt rely on what i heard from salesperson and went to the section that they hang curtain looking behind them and surprisingly was a stack of same design. Excitement of finding what I was looking for overcome the lack of knowledge of salesperson and happily padded myself in back and got what I wanted. Happy ending 😊🙏👍

I purchased simple human trash bags here because no other place sells them in person for some reason. Its kinda more then a little annoying having to come to one specific place to make a single purchase, but NJ it would basically be the same of making the purchase online and then dealing with the shipping costs. So if you dont mind 15 minutes and 50 cents to buy some small thing that you know BBB has, come here and buy it. Otherwise nothing special

Totally LOVE this locationThis is a home owners dream spot with something for ALL areas of the home. I shop at this store often but this store is huge with an entire makeup section. I always love how it is broken up into different sections based on home.stagg usually.helfpul.but this location seemed a little.understaffed, maybe it is just the one by home feels very well staffed. I would make the drive again

Mrs. Parker works in the wedding registry department and she is absolutely amazing. I have never ever had better customer service in my life. She was extremely helpful and very very good to my fiance and I. She even walked us out to the front door as we left. She didnt have to do that. If you are getting married or know someone who is, I would recommend you go see her! She was fantastic!!

This is another store that Fran Ruggles brags about shoplifting merchandise from.

First I will say that BBB&B has the merchandise. Its packed floor to ceiling with stuff. That being said it was difficult to shop there. It was Tuesday after labor day and they were restocking everything during the day. Carts of merchandise were blocking the narrow isles of the store. People with drills and clip boards were everywhere. Actually, they were nostly right in front of where I wanted to shop. Saying excuse me or just popping in front of me to check this, add that or remove something. I was determined to purchase what I came in for and it was difficult. I finely picked something without a price on the shelf or the item and went to the cashier. Kind of a shopping roulette. The price was good and I checked out. Only one register for 5 people in line. The other cashiers must be restocking. I wish they could restock at night or early morning. Or, sell less stuff and open up the isles a bit so people can get pass the carts of new products. Thats why I gave 3 out of 5 stars. Could just be my one time experience.

Store was good, well stocked. Couple of items were close to depleted but not quite. Lots of clearance sections that had good selection. Had an attempt at a purse snatching though. Turned to look at a pair of glasses and gone was girlfriends purse. Immediate action recovered the purse two isles over with everything still in it. A slower reaponse would have resulted in a different outcome.

Im surprized that to see my online order ship in 3-4-5 different date. Lasr week in the store I found 12 coctail knifes and I ordered 12 matching forks online with the help of the employee. Today I received only 1 PC!!!!! I called the 800 number and she told me I have to wait for other deliveries!!! Im wondering how many deliveries would compete my order of 12 pcs?? How long? 🤪🤪🤐🤐

This store has to close it sucks. I wanted to return a vacuum that was not working properly and I have had it for almost a year because I never got the time to return it. I went to the store to return it and I know the return policy was one year and now they said it’s 90 days which is horrible. The manager and employees were jerks and especially one of the guys there had a ugly face and rude attitude. Hope these people get fired.
