Hot. Garbage. Burning in a dumpster fire. I need a simple repair done. They were chosen for me, I certainly didn’t choose them. They schedule appointments weeks out, so if you actually need your appliance, you’re SOL. They will then push your appointment further back without telling you. You will miss ridiculous amounts of work for something which should be so simple. Their “window” for the appointment is 8am-5pm. All you know is the day. Customer “service” doesn’t care and won’t do anything to fix it. Worst customer experience I’ve had in a very long time, particularly with Caleb Bader who has apparently been promoted to “team lead” of customer service, which says a lot about the company. Definitely enough to make me think twice about ever getting Bosch appliances.
