Amazing staff! Best of all the store has the iPhone 13 pro in stock which other best buys did not. Had to drive an hour to get here and in the rain but it was worth it. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by both security and duty manager. Went in to do store pick up and ended up browsing the store and purchasing a case and screen protector for my new phone. Definitely worth the drive.
We have purchased numerous appliances from the Irvine store. Helpful, knowledgeable employees. Prices are slightly higher than Costco but they deliver, install, haul away and with their new TotalTech program through Geek Squad, will troubleshoot for free! They are our go to store.

Long wait to get a salesperson in the Magnolia section. There were employees there but none of them could assist me. Thank you to the employee who called on the radio for assistance. I still had to wait 10-15 minutes. In the end, I got what I came for. Next time I’ll do order pickup.
Nice clean store. Sales agents wear masks per health guidelines. 2 thumbs up! Very attentive and questions answered with personal touch. Didnt buy what I was looking for but will go back there if I need any electronic items.

I really like Best Buy. Lots of sale prices, good selection, and no interest financing on a lot of stuff. The staff is always willing to help. My experience at the Lake Forest, CA store was less fun. The store was dimly lit and a lot of merchandise was out of stock. Almost looked like they were getting ready to close.
Staff seems uninterested in helping customers. For over an hour and a half no one once asked if we needed help and when we clearly were interested in items there was no one around. Your time would be better spent driving to a different location.

What happened to Bestbuy. The locations do not answer their phones to simply ask about inventory or interested items. They force you to go to the store to see if they have the item on displace or not. Once you go there they tell you they do not have the item. Simply stupid.. done with these guys..

Lacking adequate sales help and items I was looking for at Irvine location.Mission Viejo Geeksquad:Very Unsatisfied with So called supervisor and incapable tech. Took laptop in due to not starting up after update.(have tech support contract) Tech looked at my laptop for less than 10 min told me my laptop would not turn off and it was a hardware problem. They did not have part ( whatever that meant) and my contract only covered software issues. He then advised me to take it elsewhere or I could purchase a new laptop there. I chose to take my laptop home. A couple of days later I was looking on Neighbor Nextdoor I saw article where a lady indicated she attempted doing the windows update and had the same issue. I let the battery completely run down. That was the problem. I was able to restart my laptop with no problem and have had No problems since. Geeksquad almost cost me $800 to $1000+ for a new laptop. Maybe in these times theyre more interested in making a sale vs taking the time to fix the problem. Will be very cautious using or reccomending Geeksquad to anyone.
Great spot, and great staff! I was looking for a product I know nothing about. The staff not only taught me some things but even showed me better options on Amazon for what I need. I actually ended up buying some things I didnt come in for but that happens lol.

This is Best Buy seems to always be understaffed, despondent & very aloof. It comes across as though theyre just collecting an hourly paycheck. Third time Ive been to the one off of Lake Forest in Orange County, where the website says that have plenty of an item yet to not have it in stock. When I called the store the clerk answering the phone said we have that in stock without going and looking. I will not return to this store again. Id rather wait one to two days and get it from Amazon with customer service like this.
I LOVE this Best Buy! Ricky Medina helped me and my daughter get Apple Car Play for her car. His customer service is second to none! You could really feel that he genuinely cared and helped us through everything. The guys in the installation department were amazing as well. Very courteous. Overall a GREAT experience. You can go to buy / browse things that you might need, just have to keep your distance, West a face mask and let the guys posted at the entrances if you are planning in having an assisted visit by one of the guys working that day, cant take a lot of time to browse the items you need to get / replaced. Its a weird sensation being observed by all the workers at the site but it is what it is.
Love to buy here: wide selection of electronics and especially unmatched customers support, the famous geeks deliver.

My favorite Best Buy -- all the ones Ive been to are really good actually; this is just my local one. This time I did curbside pickup for just a few exciting items. The system works well. All the reserved curbside spots were taken, and I was able to describe where I parked when checking in.Black Friday shopping -- done... the previous Sunday! A typical Best Buy by most accounts. I was there for a car installation of electronics. The staff found an error in the online ordering and corrected it with profuse apologies. We rescheduled and all went well. I appreciate the warranty and the support you cannot always find through online shopping.
I cant say the experience I had with them on the phone was that great although in store it was awesome, I needed to replace a CPU I purchased online and was worried they were going to interrogate me on the replacement, my worries were quickly washed away when I went to the service counter and basically did a no questions asked exchange. The store was clean and seemingly had knowledgeable staff. This is one of the better Best Buys in Socal.

Great fast pickup service. Stock is perpetually low right now because of Covid but thats not their fault. A great place to buy a nice monitor for a good price, and price-matching is a lifesaver.

Usually this store is pretty well stocked for a smaller best buy. The Pandemic hasnt been kind, and though Im sure they try, certain home productivity equipment is perennially out of stock. One negative note is that the staff doesnt seem to prioritize leaving their department to show you what youre looking for. It may be excusable if the department is slammed, but on a light evening is sub par. That being said I was eventually shown what I needed after asking twice, and so I left with a purchase instead of empty handed.
Associates were helpful and respectful. Had a pleasant experience doing business here. I recommend asking about their open box deals before finalizing your purchase.
Outstanding customer service!! We went in to purchase a Roku stick and found a very helpful young man who explained the 3 different levels of Roku we opted for the basic, entry level, Roku because it has a wider range and some added features.

Paid $200 for an annual membership to the geek squad. I brought in three different electronic pieces, three different laptops. They couldnt fix any of them.
Stopped by the Lake Forest store to buy a 55 TV. The employee at the door said, welcome, I thanked him and asked for a 55 TV around the $300 range. He said our TV department is to the right. After over 8 minutes of no sales people approached me. 2 sales people were helping 1 customer and 2 were talking amongst themselves and ignored me. I walked out...as this was the 3rd time I stopped at this store and no one helped me. The manager must be incompetent here.
I went looking to buy a phone. Although I end up not getting one yet, it had good reasons. The employee in the phone department was extremely helpful and nice. Best of all, he advised me to wait with my purchase, since there would probably be good deals coming up. Not everyone would rather be fair than trying to make a quick sale. I will be waiting another week to check on deals and come back.
Great service. The greeter was handicapped, but you wouldnt know it because he was very helpful and knew the store. The cashier was very pleasant and fun to talk to.
Purchased a phone here, and it doesnt work. Tried to return it and they state that their system hasnt registered it yet, so I cannot return it until later. I calmly voiced my concerns about the customer experience and how inconvenient this is, as well as how I felt that they werent offering me a resolution before I leave the store. The representatives I spoke to appeared ambivalent; unfortunately I wont be bothering with Best Buy again. Its sad, but experiences like this is why Amazon is wiping out the competition.

I bought a phone mount on January 4th and about a week later the grip stopped working to hold my phone securely in place.I visited the store today on January 29th to make a return or exchange.I work 6 to 7 days a week with long hours and couldnt visit the store sooner.I was told they cannot do either because I was past their 14 day policy.Very disappointed.I should have bought it through Amazon or Costco. They offer 30 days and unlimited time for returns respectively and even longer with Amazon for exchanges.Ill think twice going forward about shopping at Best Buy in the future.I went in to also look at shopping for a refrigerator and a dish washing machine.I guess they lost over $3K in business today because of their policy for a $20 item.Buyers beware.
When you tried to buy something, they’ll have someone to help you right away, but when you tried to return it, they always can’t find anyone for you. I’ve been waiting for half an hour. Especially in the mobile department, it’s so horrible.
Came in to Geek Squad to return a product they took care of everything so for them I give them 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The one star⭐go for all of the employees on the floor at Best Buy they were not attentive nor customer friendly. We waited for someone to come up to us but, instead they were all too busy on their cell phones and dying of boredom. Only kid we felt sorry for was wearing arm cast and busting his hump working while the others were just collecting a free pay period. That store needs some type of micromanagement. Wont be going back there.

Pretty bad, I purchased a computer and the geeksquad protection plan on January. 2 months later it had hardware issues, I was told to chose a different computer when I got there, I was told everything was out of stock and they didnt refund me all my money claiming that I had used the geek squad plan even though it was their computer that had the issue.
They have a lot of stuff in there... the salespeople check in here and there, but arent pushy at all, which is good. I did have to wait in line, though, and I think the number of employees present should have saved me that time. How you gonna have twenty employees on the floor, and one dude on cashier?

We bought 2 iPhones from Best BuyOur Verizon Expert was Bryan Castro.He was so helpful and patient with us. As we are seniors and changed from a Android to an iPhone. Sometimes Best Buy us hit or miss with with customer service but j always end up leaving happy 8/10 times. Came here this pst visit to get some WiFi equipment and the guy that helped us was filled with knowledge and really help me get what I needed. He even educated me more then I knew which I’m great full for. I do enjoy visiting this Best Buy and would recommend their service. I gave this a five star since I rarely leave unhappy from this location
I will never buy from bestbuy again. They have the absolute worst return policies of any establishment. On top of it, I received the worst customer service at this store specifically. Don’t buy gifts for Christmas or birthdays from BestBuy. If the person you bought the gift for doesn’t return it within 15 days, they won’t get a dime. So if you buy them a gift they already own (happens often), they’re stuck with it.....
We are here to pick up a merchandise. Greg at the pick up desk was very helpful and friendly. It was early in the morning and he is never grumpy nor annoyed by our questions. Quite professional and definitely doing a good job at the post.
Got new car stereo installed in the middle of covid surge. Did entire transaction online and installation facility was keeping everyone safe and did excellent work.
Each time Ive gone into this Best buy the one in mission Viejo all the people that work there have been very helpful without being pushy about buying anything and if I had a problem they were more than willing to spend the time to help me solve it.

I love the new curbside pickup. Pick a lane, confirm you are there and a few minutes later they text you to let you know they know you are out there, then another text that they are on their way to you. Show them the code and you are out of there.

Normally I can find a better selection of Hot Wheels but they had a single box of the worst mainline cars produced. Other than this, the store is clean, following social distancing guidelines and no line.

The crew at Best Buy Irvine and Laguna Niguel have been very informative of my big purchase decisions with the Samsung Tablet S7 and the Google Pixel 4a. They also offered the Samsung Tab S7 keyboard HALF OFF at $100! If you are an inquisitive customer who has done online research, and has a zillion questions, the staff at Best Buy will really be there to help answer these questions. But if you come in expecting Best Buy to tell you what you need to know, the interaction will not work. Thanks again for helping me change up my tech life!
I had a great experience today with minimal contact, and yet a very helpful geek squad associate helped me by answering questions on a dashcam. He was very helpful and also let me know that the installation dept opens this Tuesday... I just have to decide which model to get and Ill definitely be back to buy and have installed.

First store I entered since March, which was a first 5 fun minutes until I realized that this store does not mandate masks but seems to see them as a recommendation.I was choked that some people had not been wearing masks a d of course one of them decided to argue with another customer to why nobody should wear them. I double checked with the entrance reception and they believe that masks are not required.4 stars to the store, 0 star for policy enforcement, average 2.
Worst customer service. They don’t care if what you buy doesn’t work. I bought a top of the line LG Nano TV that didnt work when I connected it. The store manager and staff made NO EFFORT to help trouble shoot the problem. Only to find out that a LG TV can NOT pass through a surround signal. They wanted to charge me $100 to see why the system was not working. I just returned it and will never buy ANYTHING from this store.
Visited Best Buy today morning to buy Samsung - 43 Class 6 Series LED 4K UHD.. The employee who helped me at the front desk was kind and He took the time and I was happy how dana ended up helping us we really appreciate it specially on these hard times.Thank you dana for the outstanding service.
