The team there is great. Professional and friendly staff and service. They dealt with the insurance swiftly, and enterprise for our car rental, kept us updated. RJ Id the insurance adjuster on site and is amazing. I will definitely bring my cars here in the future for repairs needed
My car was recently in a small accident and right away I knew I needed to take my car to Spectrum Collision since they did a great job on a prior repair. Excellent customer service from Gary who works very diligently with your insurance company (if applicable), but most importantly the repair work they did to my car was SUPERB. My car is about 8 years old and when I left Spectrum Collision upon pickup, it looked like my car was just purchased from the lot. The repair work was impeccably done and my car was nicely cleaned (interior and exterior) on pickup. Hands down I will be coming here again if my car ever needs repair work.
I worked with Alvin and he was very responsive and helpful. Took a couple of weeks longer to repair car than promised, but that may have been due to slowness of getting parts from Tesla. Shop seems to do very good work.
I was in a minor collision. Spectrum repaired my front bumper, parking sensors and wiring harness quickly and professionally. Ask for Alvin if you have Allstate!
Eric was a great guy and a fantastic help. The repair was affordable and timely. Having just moved here from Minnesota, car problems are never a fun thing. However, the team here overall made the experience less troublesome and resolved my troubles with ease.
Spectrum was highly recommended by both the dealership where I bought my car and my insurance company. Johnny answered my many questions and explained procedures beautifully. Everything works perfectly now and the car shows no evidence of any accident or repairs. Costs were on the high side but worth it because the mechanic has the spirit of excellence. Delays were because of Covid and therefore understandable. My repairs were major but Im totally satisfied

First off, they do great work. Ive only had my car back a few days, but it looks great, drives great and as far as I can see, I cant tell that it was ever damaged. Second, they did complete the job on time. The exact day that the car was supposed to be done, I was told to come get it.My issue with Spectrum is their customer service, or in my case, complete disregard for it. In the customer service industry, you are supposed to under promise and over deliver. Anytime you cannot meet the word you give to your customer, you should do all you can to reach out to them and reset the expectation. Empty promises turn great opportunities for success into disastrous outcomes. I read the negative reviews before dropping my car off. I had hoped to not be the person to add another one. Since that isnt the case, I can only offer them 3 stars.If anyone at Spectrum reads this, I offer the following. People come to you after a bad experience. They entrust you with at least a portion of making it all better. As such, the customer should never be on the pendulum end of your excuses. Focus on your customer and treat them like they are priority number one (even if they are not).
ALWAYS excellent service from Spectrum Collision! This is the second time theyve taken care of my car, and both times have done an outstanding, excellent job! I couldnt be happier! I dealt with Ted Sanders and he was extremely professional and kept in constant contact with me the entire time. And my vehicle was done right on time as promised. Thanks for a great experience Ted! If anything else ever gets crunched again, Ill be back to see you. And Ill definitely be referring you to everyone I know.
I had a lot of difficulties here. Like someone else said, people come to you after having horrible experiences. Youre supposed to realize that and turn it around.I was promised my car after two weeks of dropping it off. And I dont have rental coverage, so I had to share a car with my family member. During COVID, it costs $75/day to rent a Mitsubishi Mirage. So thats drastically worse.After two weeks with the car, I find out at week 3 they received a damaged hood from the manufacturer. All they do is show me an e-mail to the parts employee of the dealer, From the previous week. So I have to call the dealer MYSELF to plead that the dealer gets the replacement hood faster, which the dealer does.Then come the night before the 3 week mark, I find out after calling them that insurance wont release the car without receiving the police report. Even if Im paying the deductible!They do nothing and the body shop estimator goes home at 4:00 PM without telling me and with ME finding out after calling.So I spend the day of the three week mark back and forth calling the insurance, the detective, and spectrum collision. WHILE Im at work.It turns out the adjuster from insurance assumed I would not pay the deductible, put a lock in the payment release to the body shop, and had his computer break today.I have to wait to get called back by the adjusters supervisor, who finds out I am indeed paying the deductible. Insurance immediately issues an instant wire to spectrum collision.Heres why Im leaving a 1-star review. When I talk to the body shop, they tell me they have to receive a check copy and they will call me back. They dont call me back, and so I call the insurance.The insurance tells me to stay on hold and calls the body shop and says the body shop has confirmed they have received payment.Heres another reason they are horrible people. When I get dropped off there, they tell me the person that has access to the body shop bank account is not there and left early. Thats convenient! Its 3:45PM. Dont people work full days anymore?After all that and you intend to keep the car 3 days again? And charge storage? So I relay to them the money has been wired and I as a body shop would feel pretty stupid if I kept a customers car for an extra 3 days when theres a wire dated for today in the bank account and in addition a call from insurance with confirmation someone said to pick up the car.But I dont say that. I just stare. And then they say take the car. Too late, the damage has been done. Heres your review. Have fun explaining it to new customers.

Our new mini had been rear-ended and needed about $3,000 worth of repairs. Johnny and his team at Spectrum gave an accurate quote, were able to schedule the work immediately, and worked with the other party’s insurance to cover everything. Just wish theyd spend a little more time detailing, but came out nice! I just got the wash, vacuum and wax for $50. Great customer service - especially from Ramos! Hes sweet and listens to your needs and will go over anything you ask =) ... give them a try! ... my car has stayed nice and shiny for the past couple weeks. Also, they dont take tips on a card, so bring cash. I wasnt able to tip due to this reason =(

Nick Lewis was fantastic. He has the best attitude and was extremely helpful in resolving work that was not completed. I highly recommendSpectrum Collision. I had two repairs done from two accidents and two insurance companies and he made sure that everything was done in the end. I would go back to Nick and feel confidant that the job would get done!! I initially went to three body shops as my husband had passed on and he usually handled the car challenges. I picked Spectrum out of three body shops as I felt he was honest and trust worthy. Was referred here by a close friend who also works for Spectrum, Alvin. And they did not disappoint, I worked with Johnny as he has the AAA account and I was kept informed by them of repairs and delays. This is especially nice as parts and other things are hard to come by with Covid-19. But I was kept informed, even when two replacements were rejected as they arrived damaged. Which was nice to know that they really inspect the parts going on your vehicle. Just received my vehicle back and it looks brand new!! Couldnt have asked for anything better and glad I got to work with them.Again being kept informed is a major thing for me and they definitely deliver unlike other repair places. Definitely would recommend any accident repairs or other car damage get taken care by this company.
Brought my car here after it was involved in a hit and run. My insurance company recommended them. They do amazing work. The place is big and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely use them again!

These guys are alway here to help . We have using them for over 15 years for many of ours vehicles when the need arises . These guys do the best to make it new or get it right . We have used others in the past but never get to results we were use to after using spectrum . The work may be good, but if you plan to have your car repaired here, know that it is highly unlikely that they will come to an agreed cost of repair with your insurance company, and you may have out of pocket expenses. There’s also a risk that your insurance premiums will go up because what they charge for their work is beyond reasonable.
The fist time I drop my car there and the last time never come back. Theyre talk very nice when you come but when they done totally different. The service not so nice. All the insurance have to take a look very closely to the body shops
BEWARE - I would AVOID taking your Tesla here at all cost. They did nothing but argue about labor rates with my insurance company. When an agreement on rates could not be reached, i was forced to move the car to another Tesla Certified body shop.These guys held my car ransom and would not release it for over a week. On top of that they never let the insurance adjuster on their property. The games they played to alienate both my insurance company and me were pathetic. They cost me 3 weeks.Tesla, if you read this. Please, Please take away their certification. Their shenanigans are disgusting.John and Chris, You guys should be ashamed of your selves.I know other places have longer waits, but taking your car here could add weeks to your repair.
THREE MONTHS AND COUNTINGSo far, getting any useful information from Johnny at Spectrum has been a complete goat rope. I get it- hes got my car held hostage now that its partially apart and on the frame (or whatever!) His entire M.O. is blaming State Farm. Funny thing, I talk to State Farm regularly and his only communication with insurance is after we try to contact him and before he actually picks up or returns a call. Note: State Farm actually shares info with their customers and I know he only calls after weve already called him for updates (which now will occur daily).We got referred to Spectrum because the shop we would normally use could not complete the repairs on a BMW hybrid. So, fine. We trusted them and took the referral. And THREE MONTHS LATER we have no answers, no car and no timeline of when we can expect the repairs to be complete. Im furious and feel like the whole method is an insurance scam. Submitting supplements to my insurance (we are up to 5 now) in baby steps (his words) and only when we press him for updates is unacceptable. I tend to be a post the positive reviewer. I hope something changes but cant see how that could be possible as messed up as this whole situation is.This is without mention (well now Im mentioning it) of the incredibly placating, patronizing tone once you can get him on the phone. Gross and gross. Wish I had read the reviews before agreeing to leave my car with them.
Walter at Spectrum Collision Center is terrific. We brought our Audi in with some potential engine / head gasket damage, not knowing if we had a minor or a major repair job on our hands. He carefully and efficiently diagnosed the problem while walking us through it, and then sent us on our way with a recommendation of both a specialist repair shop and specific sequence of questions to ask to ensure that we wouldnt pay too much to anyone else. And he wouldnt take a dime from us for his careful diagnosis! We remain grateful for his honesty and obvious expertise, and his good humor. Thank you, Walter!

Unequivocally the best auto body repair establishment in the US in my opinion. I have had 2 of my personal cars repaired there (1 is currently with them), and have referred 2 family members and one coworker. I am a gearhead/car afficianado/detailing hobbyist to the max, and Spectrum Collision is the only body shop in the country i would trust. Their paintwork is absolutely exceptional; I have my own paint meter and have used it to evaluate their repairs and could not tell a remotely material difference between their work and the OEM paint. They deliver the car better than showroom new (no orange peel, no swirl marks, no buffer trails, etc....). Johnny Maldjian is responsive, friendly, informative, and has always taken exceptional care of me and my family/coworkers. He is the absolute best! Highly recommend !
Will never take my car there again. Pressure clipped a wind deflector that had to be riveted on and took over 6 weeks just to fix a rear bumper. Then charged 7 grand for the work

Theyre terrible about returning calls or any form of message. seems to be a cconsistent pattern among most patrons that use their service. pretty sure management doesnt care bc it keeps happening .
Gary and his team are real pros. There is a huge difference between shops that just get the repair work done and those that do it right. Spectrum does things perfectly! Almost better than new. We had our BMW 550i in for work several times (unfortunately after accidents) and the car has always come back looking perfect. And trust me - we notice every little imperfection. None to be found. Of course, they are not the least expensive nor do they rush the job. But if you want quality body repairs - Spectrum is your place. Also, Gary does a great job walking you through the insurance process - which is enough to drive anyone crazy.
They never return your calls or reply to your text messages. I spoke with Luis and they never got back to me. Dont come here!!!go somewhere that will actually take your business seriously. Terrible terrible terrible service. Save your time and energy
The WORST customer service I have ever seen in a collision repair shop. Johnny Mildickio, Luis Pineda were absolutely impossible to work with. They had my car for almost three months for seemingly a simple repair and paint. If you have an exotic, or high end car stay Far, far away from this inadequate repair shop. I would not ever recommend this shop for ANY car repair.

It is a mistake to take your car into this shop. they are untrustworthy people and they are trying to make money as much as possible. they told us it would take 1 week to be ready, but they have been keep my car for a month and i keep rushing them to do their job. it is unacceptable. they keep charging the labor charge without working. the workers over there must be trained to be heartless because they must know what they are doing is wrong. will never come back here again. so disappointed for a big big conpany like this.

I dont know why I see three so positive reviews. At least my experience with them is pretty bad. I had a minor accident and my rear bumper need to be replaced. I sent my car there Monday and a technician told me that he will finish it by Friday and promised me he will update me about insurance, repair etc.But I waited for an entire week with no phone from them. So I called at Friday morning, they told me the technician is not at work. I left a message and wait for them to call me back. I want to use my car at the weekend.I wait until afternoon and gave them another call. One guy picked up the phone and said the previous techician left the company. He will help me to find out my car status and call me back. WHAT! no one told me ..even the front desk didnt tell me in the morning... Apparently they didnt fix my car and even not get my insurance company involved.....I am really DISAPPOINTED at their service and I will not recommend any of my friend go to this store, period .
I have to amend my review from 4-stars to 1-star and a serious AVOID THIS COMPANY.After my repair it came to light non-OEM parts were installed in my vehicle, without my knowledge, additionally, my repairs by this firm lead to the total loss of my engine (A 2015 BMW 335i), reason being Stop Leak was found in a newly installed radiator.This firm also we extremely lazy and unhelpful in the following claims process with this issue. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.While attempting to contact managers I was either blatantly lied to, hung up on, or given the run around.

Bad experience with this shop. I did an estimate with the them. I call them for a follow up. Three times I got forwarded to somebodys voice mail. I left message three telling them I want to proceed. Front desk told me the associate RJ is in the office all three times. But nobody get back to me. Not sure whether they are serious business person!
I have been dealing with Spectrum Collision for many years and found them to be one of the most experienced high end vehicle repair facility in the nation. Most consumer do not understand the procedures collision repairer must deal with to have their cars repaired.Remember it is the consumers insurance company that is trying to save money which leads to improper and unsafe repairs. You should be happy that Spectrum Collision stands up for the consumer and demands that the insurer pay for ALL procedures required by the manufacturers.It is better that the repairs are completed by a quality repair facility the first rather than dealing with shops that feel the insurance company is their customer and not the true owner of the vehicle and delivers an unsafe vehicle.I have been assisting consumers for 20 years that have listened to their insurance company and used their partner shop and ended up with unsafe repairs. I have inspected 100s of vehicle that were repaired at Spectrum Collision and have not had to deal with an improper repair issue.Thank YouRocco J. Avellini
Spectrum Collision does good work. However, thats where it ends...After an estimated repair time of 10 days turned into almost 30 DAYS, (horrible estimate from a professional repair shop), they then failed to tell me when my car was actually ready. I had to repeatedly call them and then eventually find out my car had been ready for over a day...really?!?!Oh, but wait, theres more!!... Spectrum Collision had the nerve to tell the rental car company that I delayed over a week to come pick up my car - blatant lie!! So now Im being charged $350 for extra rental days that they caused; not me!This is nothing short of neglect and complete lack of integrity... the question now is, how will Spectrum Collision respond to make this right?...

Spectrum Collision is the WORST business I had to deal with. Just when you have a car accident and you are looking for honest people to deal with, and you need your car fixed as soon as possible! They promised sooo many times to deliver the car and have it ready, come to find they did not work on it. The told me over and over, we will be sending your car to the dealership to get reset and have it ready for you the next day..... It took 4 weeks of failed promises. They told me that the repairs will cost $4000, and I ended up paying $11,000 including my deductible. They promised to fix an old scratch in the car, but after waiting over 4 weeks and Paying $7000 more...they never did!!!I would never recommend them to anyone!
