This is the first service I have had on my 2020 F150.When I arrived, I went in and met with the service adviser, Oscar. He was polite and prompt. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I returned in the afternoon to see if my truck was ready, and the advisor said it was finished and he was just waiting for the paperwork. He had it washed and brought up within 10 minutes.A very nice experience.Rick

Our experience was excellent and it was all because of Brandon Jacobson our salesman. I called just before closing time to see if they had any of the new Mach E’s and he said they had 2 on the lot. When we arrived a few mins later after leaving another dealership just down the street. Brandon was waiting for us and took outside to check them out. My wife and I absolutely loved the color, the look and even our son loved all the features. Very happy with the service department here. Car dealerships and mechanics are often so predatory, especially for women, but I never felt pressured. Everyone was very nice and friendly, especially when I was confused on where to go (it was my first time here). Took my Ford coupons easily, without complaint. Service was done quicker than estimated. I got a text letting me know my car was done and what they recommended, and was able to schedule another appointment super easily to get it serviced again. Car came back clean and running well. The free Lyft rides home and back to the dealership are an amazing perk as well. Ill keep coming back here for future oil changes and service.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The video is a nice touch. Jack, our service manager, was polite and kept up informed and made sure all work was timely done and both loaner and our car pick ups and deliveries went smoothly and as promised. I have to bring my car back for a 4th time for a recall, when every time Ive brought it in previously they assured me they could fix it that day.When I called in the morning, someone told me I could absolutely rent a car when dropping off. When I got there, they said I got the last one that was just brought back.The work and service was fine, but it took over an hour to pick up my car once repairs were made.

Only Ford dealership that had my parts in stock for my car. I was able to make an appt online and they were done with my car in 1.5 hrs to replace my rear brakes and rotors, which is super quick. The service tech was very helpful and nice, sped things up knowing that I was coming from out of town! I love Tuttle-Click Ford. Their services are also cheaper than other Ford locations.
They are very nice, but it seems like they really don’t care too much to help. I pointed to my windshield and the rock that hit it two days before. “ oh my” he said- that’s it? I did have some other questions but never had the time to ask. I am not sure what to do if I have a major problem. Robins Ford gives great service maybe I will see if they can take care of my Lincoln. I bought many of my Navigators from Costa Mesa. They gave great service over there. P S my car is still making the bad sound 5 months later and still not fixed. Thank you for asking.

Wiper fluid is completely empty. Not sure it was checked. A portion of air filter was left on the engine as well. Jack was great but social distancing was not observed in the waiting area.

Im a very tough critic, so when i say Oscar in the service department did so much extra research to help me with my service needs he made my whole year. He saved me thousands of dollars by finding out about a warranty that i didnt know i had. Without Oscar id have been in some trouble. Overall Tuttle Click in Irvine is a 10/10. Terrible customer service!I made an appointment and came for a test-drive. When I arrived, no one was waiting for me. Then the sales manager told me that they do not have such cars. When I insisted that I had an appointment, he said, okay, there is one, but you cant drive it. Then he agreed that I would drive, but only in a loop of no more than a mile. Absolutely not a friendly and customer-oriented company. Im not going to consider Ford as a new car for myself anymore. Send your sales managers to Porsche so that they can see what customer service means.

I did car service - change oil and checked out reason why engine light is on. Second day after I picked up the car, the light is one again. I need to go back. However Paul is always the best service rep.
I have had consistently excellent service from Tuttle-Click. I had purchased my MKZ slightly used from an out of town dealer but it has been exclusively serviced by T-C ever since. Initially we encountered a series of battery related problems but these were finally resolved by the persistence and patience of T-C service personnel. Through all of this I was always treated respectfully and courteously and made to feel like their number one customer.
So we recently went to Tuttle-Click Ford for a Mach-E and worked with Brandon.Brandon was absolutely hands down the most professional and polite person we’ve met amongst this cat buying journey. He was very honest and very respectful.He took the time to walk us through all our options and most of all provided HONEST answers.I would highly recommend them 10/10 for their customer service.

I even spoke to the store manager which from what I understand the Nephew of Tuttle-Click, but still not a good deal. He said he was going to take care of me. The nephew of Tuttle-Click stated the Mach E should is deprecated when it has 4000 miles as a loaner. I said this one was not only MSRP but marked up $5000 dollars.

The service is fine and everyone that works there is nice enough but this place is SLLOOOOWWW Twice now Ive made an appointment for an oil change and both times my vehicle wasnt ready until the next day because they were backed up. What is the point of making an appointment if theyre not expecting me? I took my car here because I take my other car to the Mazda right next door whos service center is amazing (owned by the same group) and its like night and day.

When I purchased my car, the antenna was broken. I was told they would fix it at no charge. I brought in my car for the first oil change and to have the antenna fixed. I had an appointment for 8am, but nobody even greeted me or asked if I need help until 8:20. Annoying but forgivable. They called me later that day to let me know they need to order the part, no problem. They would keep my car for no more 4 days, also no problem. On the 5th day, I still hadn’t heard from them. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. I finally got thru 10 min before closing asking if my car was ready as it was now a full day past the promised time. The guy said in fact it was but he seemed reluctant for me to come pick it up since it was so close to closing. I made it down in time. When I got home, I realized that my antenna was in fact not fixed. Why tell me my car was ready when it clearly was not? The sales depart is awesome but the service department sucks. They could learn something about customer service from the sales team.

A little over a year ago, I had a question regarding the phone connection to my Lincoln Nautilus. Even though I had purchased my car at another dealership I was near Tuttle-Click and decided to stop at the Service entrance. I asked my question and the man said he would get a sales person, Sandy, as she was very knowledgeable with all the tech issues. Sure enough, she resolved the problem instantly. Fast forward to last weeked when we decided to purchase another Lincoln Nautilus. I contacted the dealership we made our purchase at a few years ago and asked for a specific person and verified that he was there. I left a message stating I was looking for another Lincoln Nautilus and asked if he would call me for specific details being sure to leave my name and number. After not hearing from him, I called the next day and said we would like to purchase a car that weekend so if he could please call me back. Still I heard nothing. That is when I remembered the kindness Sandy had extended me the year prior. I called Tuttle-Click (not remembering her name) but did recall her bubbly personality and gave a good description, Sandy was soon on the phone.Our sales person, Sandy Maxwell, worked with us every minute. I explained what car I was looking for, knowing how limited supplies are right now. I wanted a Nautilus, preferably grey, and within 24-48 hours.Not only did Sandy, give me options while I was on the phone, but she was so pleasant. Not overbearing or condescending or trying to sell me something I didnt want. After narrowing it down to what was available, I asked my husband to speak with her and he was equally impressed. Next my husband gets a call from the other dealership saying they understand we are interested in a new car. I was more than offended. I am quite capable of making decisions regarding MY car. My husband and I would make the final decision together; however, I would have appreciated the courtesy of a returned phone call. Everyone we worked with at Tuttle-Click, sales, finance, service were 5 Stars. ( I wish they did kitchen remodels!)

This was my first experience with Tuttle Click Ford, definitely won’t be my last either. I live in Newport Beach and Tuttle Click is definitely not the closest dealership to me. I used to go to Theodore Robbins in Costa Mesa. After my last unfortunate experience with them I decided I needed to find a new dealership. My experience with Tuttle click was fantastic and all my service and repair needs were completed properly, honestly and efficiently. My service advisor was a lady named Marissa or Melissa? Can’t remember. She was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and responsive. I was impressed and very happy that when I clicked “any service advisor” while making my appointment, I ended up scheduling with her. Thank you for servicing my 2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor.

The service advisor (Craig) was very helpful and provided good communication. The service techs on the other hand reported that nearly all of the issues reported were not able to be replicated. I can replicate them. I picked the Corsair up after having it in the shop for an extended period, and all of the reported issues are clearly still there. So, well take it to a different dealership. Frustrating, but obvious issues that can be resolved by attentive and skilled techs.

Service department is looking out for their own best interests. Service rep I worked with didnt follow up after his service crew was unable to fix a screeching noise in the breaks. This was after the full service at 20,000 miles and also a week after the service when I brought it back in. Very bad service and follow thru considering I did business with this dealership. I called a few days ago upset and the jerk just let it go and didnt call me back. I went to Big O Tires to get my tires swapped and mentioned the issue. Now it seems better. Thanks for nothing Ford Service.
