All Star Glass replaced my windshield, coordinated with insurance, and performed the re-calibration for my cars sensors. All staff were prompt, professional, and proficient. The office staff is especially friendly and took extra time to explaining details to me.

Joel did the replacement. He was extremely polite, punctual, and competent. He answered all my questions, and treated me with the utmost respect. To make the appointment, it was a breeze! Neyra took my call and was extremely polite, kind, and you could tell shes a sweet person. When I met her at All Star Glass she was polite and indeed very kind and sweet. She has been working there since 2008 or so. She really knows her stuff! Joyce also works in the office. She is equally kind and knowledgeable. The garage work room was extremely clean, the trucks, as they were going out for the day, were extremely clean. I found out this company does all the glass for Irvine BMW. I bought my car around BMW and didnt even know! I can see why the dealership uses this company. Their prices are extremely fair as well. This company was recommended by my insurance and I am so glad!

Terrible service. I had to choose this company due to insurance and they generated a series of problems. First, I selected an appointment date and time online. Then I get a call a day later asking when I want to schedule. I explained I already booked the appointment and they said they had no appointments for 1.5 weeks. Then I was given a time frame of 1-5 pm. I had to cancel a health appointment that day that was set at 130. The technician showed up at 5:05 pm after going to the wrong address, despite me verifying my address. After 45 minutes he says it’s the wrong windshield and suggests that maybe I gave the wrong vin number. When I stated that I confirmed that the vin number was right both on the claim and over the phone, he said “people make mistakes.” He then said he didn’t want to put all of the parts back on my windshield because it would make it easier for the next technician. I, of course, insisted it’s inappropriate to leave parts off and inside the hood. Now I have no time to get the windshield fixed before I go out of the country. Terrible service.

I have been putting off doing my windshield for a long time. If I’d known it was this easy I would’ve done it a long time ago. The receptionist is so professional that I had my sales team listen to her greeting because she is so sharp. Anyone that you talk to you will be able to answer questions. You get a nice discount just for having AAA. The best part, they drive to your home and replace your windshield. Mine took less than an hour. All-Stars is right!

Took four days for them to complete a simple windshield replacement. They said it is because Mazdas had been giving them trouble with sensor recalibration but they didnt bother to mention this up front when we booked the service. Through the experience they kept saying theyd call with updates but never did, I always had to call them.

Juan was over the top with customer service. Made sure I was happy with the work, and was genuinely personable. He is a great asset to your organization.

They seemed dazed and confused. Called in earlier about a windshield. They said they install these windshields. But when I show up at the shop I need a appointment and can’t schedule me in until Thursday. How does this help? Should have said something on the phone instead of having me waste my time. I’ll be going else where to get my new windshield that’s a fact.
