This place has a beautiful array of cosmetics and products for beauty, hair, skin and nails. The owners of this store should be proud of the time, money and efforts placed in to building this establishment in a boisterous shopping center.However, they should be ashamed of the behavior they (employees/manager/owner) display when people of color and people who don’t fit the “look” of “money” walk into the store. Not only we’re all eyes on me the moment I walked into this store, but my movements were blatantly tracked by the thicker gentleman who stood center of the sales floor. If I wasn’t policed so intensely at this store, maybe I would have made a purchase. There is no excuse for stereotyping. Not only is it in bad taste, but it will have major detrimental consequences on the business in the long run. Not a single smile, greeting or farewell during my time in the store. It was my first, and LAST time in a distasteful place like this. In such a modern, changing for the better society, behavior like this is a major step back.

It was the WORST Korean store Ive been to in 6 years since I came to America. When I visited the store, it was a bad place where I experienced the feelings that I could only feel in Korea. The woman who doesnt know whether shes an employee or a boss was very RUDE, and while talking to me, she suddenly talked to other people and showed me the behavior of avoiding. In the end, I wasted money on the ridiculous price increase just because it was from overseas. She didnt say anything even I just got out from the store. No greeting and say have a nice day or smt like that. She said I cant get a refund just because of some commercial reasons in her store. $17 on amazon and $30 at this store. I am not angry at the additional price of 10 dollars, but regret that I wasted money in these kind of place. Through this experience, I will spread the truth of this store to people around me. I will never visit this place again, either. I hope many people can see this review. I hope you become RiCh with the extra 10 dollars I had to pay.

It’s a great shop, I believe the ladies who worked here are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their job. They explain all the products in details which E-commerce like amazon and other websites can never do. Price was pretty much matched with amazon and they carry variety of products. To be honest, whenever I am getting skin care from here, I feel whatever knowledge I got cost way more than the products itself. Overall, I really appreciate that they keeping doing their job to make me beautiful! !!!!

Bad behavior!! 1 employee and maybe ( owner women) staring at you like you don’t have money to buy. If u don’t buy they have bad behavior. What a bad behavior !I don’t like and never come back again.

Several years ago, people here werent very nice here. They just wanted to sell you expensive stuff. But now,, its better. The so-called manager used to be pushy and argumentative telling you how good those products were, talking loudly and directly at your face, very loud, as if you are dumb not knowing those good products. When the male owner was there, she was very loud, mean and competitive, as if she wanted to overpower you, another woman. But when that man was not in, she became softer. Very strange mentality that perhaps only Koreans understand.Last time I went to buy an enzyme powder facial wash that unfortunately they no longer carry. So they tried to sell me something else, a Korean brand, similar but not exactly the same. They also pushed to sell me Re Fa that is a very expensive skin care tool. They didnt push me this time. I went home to watch YouTube video to learn about this product. Later, I went back to buy it. Actually it turned out to be quite good. I dont even use it every day. I only used it for maybe 3 weeks or something, twice or three times a week. Today, people asked why looked younger now, and what I did to my face. (Does that mean I looked horribly old before, I wondered?) I didnt remember I was using Re Fa at the time. After I got home, I suddenly thought about Re Fa wondering perhaps it worked.I will continue observing it. But I also started using essential oil on my face that I heard was natural and wonderful. I am a kind of lazy not wanting to put many stuff on my face that contain all kinds of chemicals. So the natural stuff only has one step to rub on my face and its done. So not sure which one made my face look younger. Re Fa may help in lifting face. The essential oil is good for skin smoothness. Maybe both made it work.So I would say that for your skins sake, it may be worthwhile to check out what they have to learn about the latest skin care products and tools. Then you can check online to see if you can get cheaper ones elsewhere. (but have to make sure its authentic.) They have a store here that chances are that they may have to sell authentic stuff. You cant control others attitude, but you can just get whats good for your skin and get out, if thats the only place that carries what you need. Plus, they are improving now with a much better attitude without pushing you to buy, probably knowing it couldnt work with the way they were before. You cant wait until they are perfect to start buying from them, as who knows when theyll be perfect, or if they ever will. Just focus on what you need although I do understand how it feels with unsatisfying customer services. But this is your skin that is very important to you. If you cant buy the same products elsewhere, buy them here, and get out. NO need to feel bad at all. If you can get elsewhere, then go there. The bottom line is not to get upset with others wrong doings, and be kind to yourself to stay happy all the times. I gave them three stars only because the Re Fa worked on my face, as they said.

Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming right when I walked in. I came in looking for a BB cream that matched my color and walked out with what I came looking for. The prices here are a bit expensive but they really do make sure you’re happy with the product and encourage trying it out before buying it.

Discovered this place because I heard they sell face masks for an incredibly cheap price and now Im officially sold!A fellow skincare addict recommended me to this place as an alternative to Sephora and Ulta since they dont typically carry a lot of Asian products. If youre brand new to the skincare scene, the employees are super helpful and can recommend a bunch of different items to you based on your skin type and preference.They do sell an assortment of products such as hair care and eyelashes so theres really a lot to offer and so much to try out.My personal favorites are the Darkness eyelashes which are significantly cheaper here depending on the kind you buy. I personally love the twin packs as they are 2 for $7 which would run you just one pair of Ardell lashes or worse as many other companies sell upwards of $15.Overall I would definitely be returning since the products are so cheap and worth the visit. The only downside is that its located in the Diamond Jamboree plaza which means its always busy and almost never any parking.** ALSO YOU MUST SPEND A MINIMUM OF $10 TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD **

I bought a lip tint and a charcoal mask that was supposed to take out my blackheads. Everything here is double or triple the price you get online. I tried the mask once and honestly it did nothing for my skin for $30 per tube. ITS $10 ON AMAZON. The Peri lip tint was ok but it was still double the price if you buy it elsewhere or online. I get the you have make money but cmon. $10 to $30 is a huge markup. I would recommend buying stuff here that you can buy online.And also, why dont they have wipes for the swatches?? The whole store looks shabby and dirty and the fact that the makeup couldve been tampered with is just gross. The new owner seems nicer but still follow you around like youre a thief. Im not someone who is passionate about skincare but I wanted to start taking care of my skin and this definitely the wrong place to start. Just go on Amazon or a drugstore, man. Its not worth it. At all. I shouldve known this was gonna be bad by the lack of customers but I was honestly so stupid.
