I Run a Small Company that delivers refrigerated product, we where hired by Earl Harris whom seemed very professional we did a few deliveries to his customers first few time he did pay up slightly late and then when we could not continue to service them for others scheduling reasons, Harris Declined to pay us for the work and deliveries my Driver had already done.I as a small business owner have to pay my drivers for the job done and deliveries made to their accounts. They owe me around $900 for the services rendered, although I was made promises by Alisha Harris ( Earls Wife/ Business manager) that we will be paid last year by a certain date and still no payment!!!If you are a vendor, customer or investor please beware that Earl and Alisha will close his bank account To avoid payment.Which is exactly what happened when I went to the oc Court and got a judgment for my money and sheriff could not enforce judgment because they closed their bank account that was used to pay us.I have dealt with many companies and if for some reason you don’t want to continue your relationship with the company they still will pay you for the work that you have already done... but Earl Harris and Alisha Harris will punish you for simple reason that you will not continue with them and pay you late for your invoice.Thank God to the social media and Google and yelp at least I can warn potential customers and suppliers about the reality of this company.They have ruined their corporate credit because I was able to post a judgment on their business profile.If I was someone that wanted to start a business I will stay away from them.And I’m sure you are reading this Earl,, sorry to hear you are a graduate of Stanford....pay your bills to people that have spent hours to help your business....
