Placed an order. Went with 2 days shipping because I needed the clothing for work. 3 days later they haven’t even processed the order. They took my money though. Customer service was very friendly but could not figure out why they won’t process or ship my order. Amazon has the same products on prime shipping. They’re blaming covid but covid has been around for a year. Maybe you guys should hire better employees and stop blaming novel viruses for why your staff process a pair of paints in 72 hours.Next time I’ll be going with another company.

This is a backwards store, each location is it’s own entire business. One store gives a discount and another doesn’t and they won’t help you. This store won’t accept cash or return cash, that’s the strangest thing I’ve ever heard...The prices are not reasonable for being made in a foreign country and not in the US. I’d only buy a backpack from here and get everything else elsewhere.

My only complaint is that their gear is so high quality that I seperate myself from my money too fast. Friendly staff and good service.

So I finally made the 200 mile drive after hearing so much about this ready room. I will definitely be coming back as you do save quite a bit of money. I will address a couple of questions that I had found no help with searching the web as well as give you my opinion of other users review.THE LOCATION. The ready room is located in Irvine CA. the real address is 1340 Reynolds ave. Suite 123. Once you pull into the industrial complex look for the building with the big 5.11 on the top left. Do not go into that building. Take the small alley way directly to the left of the building around back. There you will find the ready room. Look for the R logo on the door.THE PRICING. First off dont hate if the discount doesnt apply to you. This store is meant for public service personnel. If your not a candidate for the discount you shouldnt even know about the store. Everything in the store is marked full price. Once you checkout then they apply 35% off msrp. All items are eligible for discount but you must present your official ID.No appointment is needed to shop. The store pretty much stocks everything except for uniforms The discount isnt as much as I thought but its way better than full price. From now on Ill probably only go once a year to shop since its so far away from me.THE SERVICE. The guys that helped me were great. They were friendly and even went to the back to get sizes for me that werent on the floor. However I was in the store for about 10 minutes and never got greeting or asked if I needed help. I had to go and ask for assistance. At the time there was only 2 other shoppers inside so it wouldnt have killed them to greet me or see if I needed help.So bottom line this place deserves 5 stars regardless. At the end of the day I saved money so Im a happy camper.

Rarely do I have an opportunity to shop in a store that is so focused on taking care of the consumer especially when it comes to high quality clothing and gear; I have found that store! The service and quality items at 5.11 Tactical have made me an instant devotee and I was shopping for myself but when I found out that 5.11 also has womens gear...I picked a few things up for her as well! Thanks for the gear and the experience 5.11, I will be back!

5.11 Tactical has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I returned a pair of pants in December and Im still waiting for the return to be finalized because they refunded me twice and I returned the negligent second refund. (Apparently it takes more than two months to do that.) Every time I called their customer service I was on hold for at least twenty minutes before I was able to speak to a person and Ive been waiting since 2/8/18 for the Director of Customer Service to return my call after she asked me to call her. Save yourself the hassle and never order a product from 5.11!

Huge con. You get emails from the USA on prices, then when you click you briefly get to see the US site and prices before being redirected to the Australian website only to see the prices almost twice that. Even given the exchange rate you can see how were being ripped off and denied fair opportunity to shop where we get the best dea. Hence, no more for me.

It is T.R.A.S.H !!!Ive had a number of 5.11 products over the years, mostly pants, and love them.However, I made the mistake of ordering directly from their website and let me just say, there is bad customer service... then their is downright spit-in-your-face neglect that this company calls customer service.Dont bother to email them, you will NOT get a response.If you plan to call their customer service, dedicate AT LEAST an hour of your day, because you WILL be waiting on hold for longer than youve ever had to before in your life.I ended up calling UPS and telling them I refuse shipment and then my bank to dispute the charge. You will be able to contact BOTH of these places, reach a representative, and have them execute these requests before youd ever reach anybody at 5.11.After this experience I will NEVER purchase another 5.11 product for as long as I live.

DO NOT ORDER FORM THIS COMPANY. I paid $130.00 for a pair of boots. A zipper broke after 2 weeks. I was able to get a return shipping label, but after sending them back waited two weeks, and ... nothing. I called and was told the entire warehouse system had been shut down. No exchange would take place and no return could be given for two more weeks. Worst customer service ever.

It really depends what you buy. I bought a few shirts for CCW security work. One of my shirts at 60 dollars ripped up like paper. The quality was pretty bad. Wish I kept my receipt. Shoes wise. Im very happy with the boots I bought. Very tough, and durable. They may seem expensive. But if your standing on your feet all day. You cant sacrifice comfort. I was on my feet 12 plus hours a day non stop at my previous job. My feet felt comfortable the whole time. No fatigue, no pain. Backpack wise. Very good pricing for durable backpacks. Very comfortable, and tough. Im able to store all the gear I need. They have a backpack for everyone, depending on your needs. Honestly the only major issue I have had are the shirts. Theres no reason why I can find more durable shirts at Walmart for half the price. I bought shirts more durable at a discounted thrift store that lasted longer. There really is no excuse for that. Other than that. 5.11 has gear to fit most of your needs.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Worst customer service ever! After placing an order online I never received an email with confirmation. To get my return ra # Ive been calling 2 days straight with no luck. All the representatives are busy. I would never buy any of your products again. Worst customer service, that is if it even exists!
