Theyre doing their best with being a bit understaffed and for me, it wasnt the biggest deal ever. For some, every day without their car is a problem. Just be aware that service times might take a little longer than usual as a result of the times and the tight labor market.

My car had the recent problem of the trunk not opening as part of the recall campaign for Sonatas. Car was still under warranty ( barely by 28 days) and they took care of it. The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is because they needed to keep my car for the as promised 3 days. Luckily I had an extra car. I was not offered a loaner but I also did not ask, so that may be a wash. They paid for a Lyft to get me to work that day so that was a plus. So overall good experience with Tuttle click. I get my oil change there every so often so I do trust these guys.

Terrible customer service and zero follow up. I called twice after 6.5 hours of waiting. I got a call back, stating they didn’t have the parts. Also, I want to get a maintenance service, again no call or follow up after 6.5 hours of waiting . I told Adrian, I am pulling my car from the service center and going to another dealer. Adrian called me back saying they have the parts. I arrive to the service center to pull my car, to find out nothing was done. I told Adrian I wanted to speak to his manager, Tony. He was in a meeting until 2:30pm. I didn’t get to talk to Tony until 3:30pmI told Tony, Adrian lacked customer service and zero follow up .Highly dissatisfying and upset! I have gone to other Hyundai dealership; Garden Grove, Huntington Beach and Others with better customer service and follow up . Highly Disappointed!!
Terrible experience. Dishonest and misleading. Sold the car I put a deposit on from under me after waiting 3 wks. Strung me along with false commitments and sprung a final surprise the day of confirmed pickup. Wrote to their management about the experience - totally ignored, but then that is the culture of this dealership, I suppose. Take your business elsewhere.

I made and appt 3 weeks ago at their Jeep shop to service the 4 wheel drive system in my SUV. I take my truck in, and they cant get to it for 6 to 7 days. So whats the point of making an appointment 3 weeks ago. Why dont they have enough 4x4 certified techs? How can rhey run a business that sells mostly Jeeps with one 1 certified 4x4 tech?

Very poor experience, would not recommend using their service department. Over two hours wait for a tire rotation, even though I got there at 9:20am and there was only one other client waiting. I had been told multiple times maintenance services were free, of course when I got there it wasn’t. An associate was adamant to charge for an oil change when my car is electric and told another he had already checked my file...go figure. I normally get tons of emails about their promotions and buy back offers, yet they failed to reach out about a battery recall on my car 😳 had I not gone there for their fake “free” service I would have never found out. Last but not least they wanted to charge close to $400 dlls to change the charge cap, when I had been told it would be close to 150 and would give me a discount. When you want to have a discussion about any of this, the guy I was trying to talk to would stare at his computer and not make eye contact like any polite person would do especially a customer service oriented one. His response for all of it, take it with the Hyundai dealer...wait a minute isn’t it the same business?? You’ll be poorly treated and waste your time. I read lots of similar experiences and bad reviews about them on Yelp. Not one bit surprised.
BUYER BEWARE WITH ROUTINE MAINTENANCE!!!Car was brought in for maintaining, I made sure to tell them to be careful when they wash it. It has a ceramic coat on it. Made sure to let them know I was concerned about it being washed improperly. Left the dealership, later on, notice all these scratches all over it. Brought it up to them and they had the cornnuts to say they didnt damage it!

Ive had constant engine lights on my 2014 Hyundai Sonata 2.0t for the past few years and to be honest I feel very concerned about the recall these model engines have. Also the repair costs are always a bummer specially during these times. Thankfully the manager over there at the service departament Tony is a great guy and has been taking care of me.

I made an appointment online for oil change, maintenance checks and a warranty recall. After showing up and waiting in my car for 10 minutes before someone came out and the only reason they came out was to check the vehicle in front of me with no person in it. Keith then told me it was going to a half an hour for the services to be rendered. I had also informed him that Joe was suppose to be my service agent. He ignored that and took the service request. After an hour and twenty minutes later, I inquired about my vehicle as I was initially told half hour. He then said its an hour and half and that there was a miscommunication and that I heard incorrectly even though he said half an hour 3 times. And when asked about this he said it has never been under an hour. After everything the warranty part was not in stock and would be about a week out, so one of the 3 reasons why I came to this location was not able to be completed. Not to mention the disregard and disrespectfulness of the service agents either not wearing their masks or wearing them correctly, while walking around in the building or talking to customers. Once I finally got my car (almost 2 hours later) they had not followed their own safety procedures as the plastic cover that is meant to go over the chair and on the seat was barely big enough for the seat. And oil grease on the passenger side mirror. First time ever going here and honestly besides the recall it might be my last because of this.
Set up an appointment when I confirmed they had the vehicle I wanted. Michael answered all of my questions, the SUV was ready for the test drive and after friendly negotiations, we drove off the lot with our new Hyundai Santa Fe. It was a great experience! I had a fantastic experience buying a new 2021 Sonata Hybrid. Omar Younis was my salesperson and went above and beyond. He knew everything about the vehicles and helped us decide on exactly what we wanted. When we finally chose a rare color combination, he special ordered it and had it at the dealership that night.Also, the manager and finance officer were friendly, helpful and helped tremendously. My advice to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle here is definitely shop around first because i was told by Alex the main internet salesman that’s been here for years that a Santa Fe had to be to sold 3000 over sticker price.Then he said there was no longer Costco pricing.Anyone buying a vehicle over sticker price is foolish because of the amount the vehicles depreciate.Anyways avoid buying here until Alex is either removed or taught not to try to sell vehicles over the sticker because this is horrible business practice.I live right around this dealership which is unfortunate because I need to go to Anaheim now.

None of my purchased information that I made one & a half years ago was correct in their system, I ended up going to the dealer several times when I complained they’re made a case and accuse me that I broke the part intentionally and not covered by warranty. When I called Hyundai consumer affairs he offered me $200 cash to close the case, shame on you man offering me money and covering dealer accusation and discrimination, you don’t know me I will go all the way to the end with laws. If you dont like my skin color or accent this is your problem do something about it.

I was told that my vehicle would not be covered by warranty for a known defect when I went to another dealership. I contacted tuttle click and explained the situation and they made the effort to contact Hyundai warranty to resolve the problem and get my vehicle taken care of. They were professional and provided service above and beyond.
Mousa helped me find my perfect lease. He explained everything so thoroughly and he was a real pleasure to do business with. First time in my life I have ever had an enjoyable car buying experience!! My daughter and son-in-law were with me and they liked him and the company policies so well they will come back from Nevada to buy a car here from him. Super nice super funny and very genuine!! My service advisor Adrian Reyna was really excellent. When he wrote up my order he told me that the work would be completed in 1 1/2 hrs. He came back and told me my car would be ready in 15 minutes and it was. he didnt forget. Also he showed me the invoices where it tells you the condition of the brakes, tires etc. I really liked your new detailed invoices.

I prefer taking my mazda in for an oil change or recall WAY more than the long lines and slower service over at Hyundai. Service Drive very good. Only minor issue with Tuff Coat which they contact out . A few scuffs on interior that could have been removed. And some remaining finger prints on area near driverside window. But otherwise it looks beautiful.

I took our 2019 genesis G70 3.3t in for a routine maintenance I let them know it had a ceramic coating and to be careful washing it. When I picked up the car it was during the daytime, which made it virtually impossible to see the damage they had done to our paint and ceramic coating. Two days later during the night I caught a glimpse of the first area that had been scratched. There was 1 deep scratch in the paint a little under 3 inches long on one of the pillars which after getting a estimate I was told would have to be color sanded down to repair. Also messing up the ceramic coating in the process. I also discovered that the 2 ridges on the hood had been completely scratched up including the center of the hood and one of the other pillars. I took our car in at the 1st chance I had which unfortunately was on a Monday several days after finding all the damage. Im guessing thats also why the dealership decided to refuse to pay for the damages they caused. They claimed there was no way their Machine that washed our car could cause such damage. Anyone that is like me and is obsessive compulsive about your paint job should take this as a red flag. They offered to have the car detailed before I told them that I didnt want anyone there to touch the car so if they had someone that could hand wash a luxury car with ceramic coating why wouldnt they do that in the 1st place.UPDATE: After talking to several of the managers they have no idea how the damage was caused. Although we did not agree with where the damage happened I can gladly say that they still made an effort to correct the damage. So we agreed to split the bill to have everything polished and refresh the ceramic coating. Even though I am not happy this happened I am happy they still were willing to pay to make it right. Thank you Rich and Thank you Tony I appreciate both of you help in resolving this.

Really bad customer service. As soon as we showed up a salesman came out asked what we were looking for we told him what we wanted he then said we dont have that but whats you credit score ? How much do you make ? I asked him again for a certain car he said we dont have it but we have this one I turned back and oh there you go 5 cars that you didnt have right there. To make it short i went to tustin hyundai and really different great service and bought the car with them.
One of the best service experiences I have had, with any vehicle. Easy appointment setting online, I was greeted upon arrival for my scheduled appointment, and all offers were made for rides to and from the dealership when my vehicle was ready. Keith made special arrangements to get my vehicle in first thing this morning so the service would be completed in time for me to be on time for previous commitments!! I can’t say thank you enough!!
I’ve had a pretty negative experience with this dealership. After taking my care for years to the Tustin auto-mall location I switched to this Irvine turtle click location when I moved. Different people in the service department give completely different information. One said I couldn’t make an appointment and that Saturday was first come first serve. So I showed up early and have a lot of work done on my car before a road trip. I worked with Adain and he was very helpful. However after my road trip I brought my car in for a recall and needed them to again check the tpms system as the light kept coming on. I made an appointment for a Saturday ( but the month before was told they don’t take Saturday appointments) and asked at the time of making the appointment that they also check out the tpms system issue again. Was told that was not a problem. I show up till the appointment and they then told me no diagnostics were allowed to be done on Saturdays and wouldn’t even check it out. Had to return the next week to get that checked. Then told I needed a sensor in the tpms replaced (again they did this on a previous visit as well), but they didn’t have one so had to order it. Take it in again once it’s in stock. They replace it I leave and 2 hours later the light is back on. Bring it in a fourth time they say they had forgot to reset it and now it should be fine. I leave and 2 days later it’s back on. When I call them they never seem to answer the phone e in the service department. Once I finally got ahold of someone they said I’d have to speak with the same service advisor that helped initial named Keith. I have been trying to get in touch with Keith for a week and a half now. I have left several voicemails not only with him but with other service advisors too. Never got a call back. Spoke with someone via chat on the website expressing my frustration and they said they would have Keith or a manager call me back immediately . Nope didn’t happen. Have called back since several times, Keith’s voicemail box was then full. Called again today several times to no answer but Keith’s mail box was not full this time meaning he must have checked messages but still no call back. Incredibly frustrating to get such terrible service. The only reason l am leaving this review is because somehow that have the time to text you asking you to leave a review more than once but can’t call you back or fix your issue.
Tuttle click at Irvine deserve a gratuity for his customer service and customer satisfaction. Ive been loyal to them for many years and mostly because of Alex Akhavan the manager there. Great job!

One of the items I was having done on 3/15 was a new tire mounted on rim and then replace spare on left front of car. The spare was replaced and just placed in lower part of trunk but jack, lug wrench, jack crank, lockdown nut and styrofoam holder was left just sliding around main trunk area and not stored properly. Had to stop in parking lot half way home to properly store to keep from flying around trunk.To be honest I am also a little concerned about brakes, I asked that they be checked, report I was given said front brakes were still at 8 mm, which seems great, if its true. Im concerned because car has 40k miles and I am hard on brakes, I hear grinding as if the brakes are getting bad. If they arent bad then something else is probably going on, either way Im not confident that they are still as good as reported. If they are still at 8mm and nothing else was wrong I am not sure why they have the grinding sound.I have chose to believe the breaks are as they reported and its just me imagining a issue. I hope I am making the right choice
