Both made buying the Accord super easy and fast!!!Particularly finance manager Sammy made it happen really quick with the loan before I had to go to work at noon... Beyond 5 stars.The dealership was very clean. Inside and out. Every single staff member was nice and smiled. They made me fresh coffee without being asked. 5 stars.
Well, my brakes made a funny noise so I called Kia of Irvine. Jim Olson said come in right away and Kia would take care of me. I needed both front and rear pads and 60,000 maintenance. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but Jim made the experience run smoothly. Thank you Jim and Kia for excellent service as usual. 👏👏👏👏👏
Paul (salesman) & Sammy (financing) go above and beyond! They were so kind, helpful and fair while helping me finance my very first car! They treated me with respect, even as a new buyer. They took their time to explain things in depth and put me in my Toyota Camery that very same day! I am very pleased with how I was treated at Kia of Irvine. Horrible, not even 1 outta the 8 so called salesman came up to me to even say hi or welcome etc. I mean poor guys have to wait behind a glass window which seems to be overlooking this small lot which if I may add [guest can see inside lol] I believe I saw them playing a little tag maybe hide n seek or shoot red Rover red Rover but not 100 🤷♂️. This is your job! Its how u provide, 1st sales rule-never judge a book by its cover...
My wife bought a used van from them and it had issues. Not gonna get into it cause ill be wasting my time. Bottom line they lied, refused to take the car back, and didnt fix anything. Now they said I have to leave the car another 4 days so that another dealer can fix ONE of the issues. The only reason why they even get a star is while the van sat in their parking lot they provided me a loaner. And yes i original thought it had a trans issue but a third party said it was the mounts that where torn. At this point my wife and I are over it, they need us to drop of the car another 4 days and WE gotta look for a rental while they fix 1 of the issues only. Not gonna drop names or even make it a bigger issue. Just be careful when you in this dealer ship and make the same mistake we did. UPDATE. 10/1/21. THE VAN SOUNDS LIKE A RACING CAR NOW!! COMPLETE LEMON!!!
Do not trust this dealership if your think about buying a used car!!! The day that I bought my car, they told me if I don’t get warranty with the car they can’t sell me a car. So I bought the car with a $2800 warranty. And they told me if I decide to sell my car I can cancel and warranty and you won’t lose any money in the process. I have contacted them many many times to try to cancel my warranty. They either say we can’t do that or they don’t answer my calls and don’t return my calls.
I had a pleasant experience with Kia dealership, especially the employees. Mike was helpful, patience, and knowledgeable. He was an overall good salesman, so thank you for all the help.

Michael and Kurt are both good sales employees. They helped me with my Kia Optima 2015 car. I like my car a lot. There is 3000 doller mark up with out fees at this dealership with all the crazy fees of security fees which is kinda weird car already comes with panic button and the finance fees and with tax not included(plus tax) you are talking about 7000 difference in price than online advertised price. dont go here ask before you get there
I brought in my Kia Forte on June 28th, 2021 to the service center and was greeted by Patrick, my service advisor. The communication throughout the whole process polite, direct, and professional. The mechanic, Omar, gave me a very honest assessment of the items in need of repair and did a great job fixing my car. Patrick, the service advisor, and Omar, the mechanic, are top notch and I will definitely return to the service center at this dealership!

Not a great selection. We got stuck with a salesperson who was completely disinterested in selling to us. They lost the duplicate key to my car and couldnt find it. They said theyd make a copy but I wasted a drive because they didnt. Bare minimum service. Dont recommend working with William. I like the car (Kia Niro LXS) and the finance guy we worked with was great (I think his name was Jeff, not 100% sure, sorry)
I had a appointment,at 11am.Its now 2pm and still not even done all I came for was a oil change and tire rotation.This isnt cool,theres people that have been here since 8am.For the same maintenance..Come on kia ...Get it together,for your customers..

On 9/11 at 830am tried to call to verify if they had Sorento that showed one in inventory to test drive. The male sales person said they were all sold out. I asked him to please update the inventory then for customers. He said it’s in transit. I told him to please then show that on the website where inventory shows inbound or in transit for future customers. He was very short with me and and said a quick low volume “ok” and hung up. No good bye no appreciate the suggestion. Very rude. Just because the demand is higher then supply gives no right to be rude. Learn some customer service. I am in the market to buy two Kias. They definitely will not get my sale. I know they won’t care why? Because demand is higher then supply.
There are 2 Lots.. At the 1st Lot No One Spoke or Greeted Me .... was leaving noticed the 2nd Lot. Walked around and Mgr John Holley Greeted Me & Offered Assistance...even though he was wrapping up his day. THAT is CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! He was polite, knowledgeable,and GENUINE. If I return he is the Only person I will allow to complete my Deal and the reason the review has 5 Stars now

What will you feel if the dealer ship told you that they dont need you, and they dont care about you want to buy the car or not.Wow...wow, that was exactly what the supervisor told me when we could not make a deal. My offer was very reasonable with MSRP plus tax. A lot of dealer ship with take this offer anytime...Dont go to this dealer ship, or you will be treated very unprofessional and disrespectful 😤. I wanted to share my 2nd experience I had at Kia of Irvine. The reason I wanted to share, is because it is night and day from my first experience and not in a good way.I believe Kia of Irvine itself is a really nice, professional dealership. However, your overall experience will truly come down to who you work with and I will share why.Howard, was the person I partially worked with the 2nd time around. My dad was purchasing a used vehicle, and although it is normal to need to negotiate certain aspects of a deal, Howard heavily lacked patience and basic respect. There was a few concerns I had with the car, one being that the windshield almost looked as if it was coming off due to all the edges of the windshield lifting from the glue or being cracked. I had nicely asked about options my dad had if any, since my dad purchased a warranty since this was a used car, but he replied nasty going on about how this car was a 2015 and this is what you get when you buy used ect..but ironically, my car is a 2015, and never have I ever seen edges of windshield do that before which I explained to him. I simply to know how this happened and what we were working with because if it was cracks, Id hate to think the car was safe to drive when it really wasnt. I also wanted to know if the warranty mr dad purchased covered this, or if it was something he would need to take care of. He was quick to be defensive, instead of giving me a clear, consist answer of whether this was just something that happened on its own, or if this is crack all around the windshield. This was one example in the conversation I wanted to share. I wasnt the one working with him directly, but the one time I did briefly, it was not a pleasant experience. There is a difference between negotiating things, and being rude and impatient. I had asked my dad later, if he felt the way I did, and he agreed. Had I been there from the start I wouldve asked for someone else immediately to work with. I have bought many cars from various dealerships, and know the difference between making a deal, and simply being rude.I will write a review about my first experience since it was excellent compared to this one, and to be completely fair in terms of the dealership.Thank you.EDIT * apparently I cant write two reviews on one place, but I would like to add that working with Michale when my mother in law bought a GT was very professional and nice. Negations were professional and concise and we really enjoyed making a deal with him. I highly recommend him when you visit Kia Of Irvine!
Brought car to Kia Irvine for service, after being on hold I spoke to Anthony who asked me to bring it in after hours. The car is brand new Ive only had it for a few months, they fix one problem but they couldnt find what was causing the battery to die. I had to be following up to find out where my car was and the status. To me that is not customer service, didnt even offer me a Lyft ride. I came to pick it up because I was able to drop off on a Sunday, and they were closed. I proceeded to talk to the girl in the desk and I told her the situation, she gave me the hours and even though she heard I was frustrated, instead of apologizing she says have a Great Day. So 3 lift charges when I have a brand new car. My nero nor my dealership deserve 5 stars 👎 The receptionist could have made a difference just by being sympathetic.
I purchased the new 2021 K5 and had a great experience all the way around at Kia of Irvine. Sales Rep Anthony was fantastic...did everything from start to finish. He had great communication and follow through. Sebastian in Finance was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the final part of the transaction. The experience with the sales guy Anthony was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and we got the car. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. The finance guy Sammy Sheikh was insistent we get the warranty and financing through him but we declined FIVE times. We already had a preapproved loan through USAA . Three weeks go by and nothing from them, and USAA Loan was still pending? WE WERE SCAMMED! Go into the dealership to find out Sammy financed us through their loan company to get a commission and never told us. Said they could not fix the paperwork for the loan and we would have to refinance . I have filed a claim through Better Business Bureau and The Federal Trade Commission. This is FRAUD.Do not buy a car from this dealership
Service is extremely slow. An oil change took 3 hours, even with an appointment. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

My first visit was for a recall but after i broke down on the freeway. they took care of the recall and i thought everything was fine. my car then started having an issue of my engine cutting out of while i was stopped at a light and id have to restart my car and it would struggle to do that. i brought my car to them twice and the first time was a pleasant experience until it happened again later in the week. the first visit was five star service but then when i came back with the same problem they didn’t have the same kind of service. so my complaint basically is that they didn’t do any further inspection on my car. i took it to big o tires and they even said that they were so surprised that the dealership didn’t inform me of, one, the problem my car was actually having, and two, all of the other things that made it not safe for me to be driving and put back on the road. i’m honestly just disappointed and frustrated with how much money they charged me and that they had never fixed any problem for me.
Had a recall notice, was told to bring in vehicle first thing Monday morning, made an APPOINTMENT, no call or update all day long, finally I called them at 4:30pm, find out they didnt even get to the repairs, and Im left without a vehicle for work for Tues.edit:The appointment process for service work seems entirely meaningless, they need to work on providing realistic ETAs so people can accommodate. The car was finally delivered to me the following day.

This place is the worst. I dropped my car off my car for service, and when I returned 3 hours later, they hadn’t done a single thing to my car, and didn’t have a good reason why it was taking so long. It was a week day and I had to take time off work to be there. Huge disappointment and waste of my time. Thanks for nothing.
I dropped my car off for servicing on November 9th because it was making a weird noise when accelerating. The car when I had bought it had 12,000 miles and when I took it in it had only 25,000 miles so still very new. Mark was the service advisor at the time. Long story short the engine needed to be replaced. They said it would be completed within 10 days. I called for follow ups because it took far longer than they had stated. They would just say it will be done tomorrow for nearly 6 weeks. The service advisor disappeared for almost 3 week without following up at all or from any team members. They had promised me alternative transport until they fixed their faulty car and sent me to enterprise because they didnt have any available loaner cars. I didnt receive my car back until 6 weeks after dropping it off. Now they are expecting me to pay for most of the rental fees that they promised to cover and Enterprise is threatening collections. If you like faulty cars, poor customer service, and money out of your pocket this is the place to shop!Follow up: I tried to call them to resolve the issue per the managers reply below. They did not answer and did not return my call. Their replies are merely a false sense of resolution.
I had a fine experience today (6-19-19) with Thayvery. She is in service and works diligently to get people lined up for repairs. However, that is where positive interaction ends. Repair personnel and their efforts have been deplorable in IMO. The technician (Mr. Carreon, I believe) that fixed my vehicle generated substandard effort. Particle material, was left in the back of the car (2020 Kia Soul), the new plastic piece that was put in was warped in several spots. It did not align well with corresponding parts on the inside rear of the vehicle. Other items that needed to be fixed were not. The car has a fairly severe drift to the right. I was told it could not be fixed because they did not have current data in their alignment machine. How can that be for a brand new vehicle sanctioned to be sold in this country by the US government? Yes, Ive tried to call - no progress, hung up on!The complimentary car wash was deplorable. The washers left big blotches of dirt on the doors, roof and rear bumper. It appeared they tried to make the car look worse after the wash than what it was before I left it with them. This is the second time that this has occurred. That function needs significant improvement or eliminate it.

Had such an awful experience here, their Financing guy Sammy is just enormous pain. He has no idea how to handle people or talk to them. He held onto my 3.5k down payment for two days, but then could magically get it for me when I finally had enough and started yelling. I went to a dealership next door and got approved right away, they got me 8% lower than what Kia was giving me. I would spend your money else where.When I brought up my experience to their management they all sat quiet in their business room. Not one of them even acknowledged me.Go to Honda next door, way better experience!

The most disrespectful sales and management staff of any business I’ve ever encountered.This place will shove a deal down your throat, breeze over all the details and then will moan and complain when you bring up the fact that they made mistakes. Then tell you why your opinion doesn’t matter.I pulled my deal and picked up a nicer vehicle for a better rate at Garden Grove Kia. Avoid this place.
Had a great experience at Kia of Irvine. They were very courteous. They offer curb side delivery but I opted to go into the dealership & meet with Mike.
Went in to have them take a look at the suspension on my 2014 Kia Soul. There was a $150 inspection fee if nothing was found. They found out that the stabilizer bar and bushings needed to be replaced. I also asked them to take out two object out of my tires and plug them. But that wasn’t done to my liking at all. As I drove away and hit the freeway I noticed that the hood of my car wasn’t fully down all the way the mechanic had left it partially open which in my opinion the supervisor needs to check this mechanics work every time. A month after my suspension fix the noise I was hearing before came back again and I was duped out of $530. I refuse to my bring my car back to this dealer again
Took my new vehicle in, had it for less than a month, to get something checked out under warranty. They managed to scratch my vehicle and then refused to repair it. Corporate has also been no help and simply lodges a complaint and then you never hear from them again on it.
Im glad I stopped by here today for my service. I have been very nervous about my car and decided to take it in for some maintenance. Al and his team in the service department did a great job communicating what work my car needed, explained all the pricing, and answered all my questions. They definitely exceeded my expectations for great service. I stayed in the lobby and studied during while they worked and many people came by to make sure I was doing okay. I felt like the whole team was very kind and I got to know them well by the end of my stay. I do have to go back for a new part soon, but I am excited to come back! Thanks Al for the great work today!

Trash customer serivce. I went to look for seltos. One of the guy came to assist me. And I ask him how much would it be to lease seltos he was like 400 and I saw better price on online so ask him for better price. All he said was no thats the price have a good day and walked away. Worst dealership I have ever been.
Just wanted to share my amazing experience with Brad at Kia of Irvine. This guy truly went way out of his way for me while I was in a bind, after my car broke down on the side of the freeway one evening. After doing some research I discovered that my car had a recalled part, which was the same part that caused my car to break down. Come to find out, the recall had been fixed already but was going to be fully covered by Kia because of the warranty. They fixed that part but then found engine noise as well, Brad worked his magic and they were able to cover the engine problems as well. Then to top it all off, when I learned of how long I may be without a vehicle I asked if they had anything to loan me because I live with my 73 year old grandmother and taxiing me around takes a lot out of her. Brad was unable to loan me a Kia vehicle bcuZ I recently moved back and I haven’t converted to a CA license. But he went out of his way again and set up for me to have an enterprise vehicle, and they would be paying for it, however long it took. I was astounded by the amazing customer service received from Brad throughout this whole experience. He will have a forever customer with me because he truly went out of his way for me. Thank you so much Brad.
Tommy was great! I sent in an application online before hand and was contacted by him. From the second he messaged me to the second I walked out he made everything simple. Last year I had to close my business which caused my credit score to lower. He worked hard with the finance manager to get me approved and trade in my current vehicle! Better yet they got me into a Telluride for a similar price I paid for my previous car! I definitely recommend checking them out... ask for Tommy!

We came looking at the Kia Seltos, and after my husband and Mike we’re going back & fourth with talking numbers, as one does when you go to a dealer, Mike came back to us and gave us his card saying we couldn’t do business here. And as we were walking away he muttered under his breath “ridiculous offer”. This offer was so ridiculous we went to their sister store Kia of Garden Grive and drive off with a brand new Kia Seltos with only 10 miles on it. Did I forget to mention that he had no explanation or reasoning behind a new car having over 900 miles on it? Will never be going back to this dealer.
Came in today to return a lease. Walked into the showroom and no one came to help me. Stood there for over 5 minutes and watched people in their offices just taking. Had to go into an office and ask for someone to help me. They were a little annoyed by that. No one that works here in the showroom is wearing a mask so I guess they’re not in a pandemic either. All the customers has masks on. On a good note Brian who helps with lease turn in was very nice.11/23/2020The response from Danielle at KIA is a TOTAL LIE. I called to make an appointment to turn in my lease and was told it’s done on a walk in basis and to ask for Bryan. No one came to I help me when I entered the showroom and waited around for over 5 minutes. There were associates walking around but they wouldn’t even look at me. So I walked into the office to the right and asked if someone could help me. No one told me to have a seat and wait for Bryan. Although the group of people in the office were annoyed in my request, one younger man got up and was the one to walk me over to Bryan’s office. Nice try Danielle.

Beware!Customer service is horrible and dishonest. They didnt return any of our 17 phone calls when we attempted to have the fulfill a Due Bill from our sale. After 3 months and contacting corporate office, we finally got an appointment. It took 2,5 times longer than promised and it wasnt even fixed correctly. Had to go back again to meet manager who wasnt even there when we arrived at the predetermined time. So we sat and waited again. Totally incompetent and they DO NOT care about the clients. We bought 7 cars here, never again. The Hardin Kia is the same people go someplace else!!

I booked service via their website for 09:30am, clearing stating the appointment was for a wheel alignment and oil change. I dropped the car off at 09:20, and I was told the work would take 2 to 3 hours, on top of the paperwork at drop-off it said Time Promised 12:30. I returned at 12:30, the time I was promised, sat in the lobby and waited. The person that took the work order< Bradley Brooks, came out to tell me that they still havent even started! So much for a call to say they were running 3 hours late! I was not able to stay and wait so I had to take my car with NO service done at all, morning wasted. I later booked an appointment for the following week at 2pm, and called to make sure that there would be enough time, and I was told that I would need to give them more time. I said how about noon, and this still could not say if the job would be done by the time they close! If you every need any work at this shop, drop it off at 08:00 and hold your breath. Minimum expectation is to not tell a client a time and put time promised on the work order and when you get to that time, easily knowing that you will not make it since after 3 hours you did not even start, at least have the courtesy to be upfront when the car was dropped off, or call the client to give them an update. Arrogant and rude.

In May 2019 we went to Kia of Irvine to review the fault in the windscreen wiper sprinklers, the price after 3 hours of revision was 500 USD making nozzle changes, we decided not to repair due to the cost, however, the revision was 394 USD. This month, June 2020, we did maintenance in another workshop (not Kia) and upon checking the same fault they discovered that the hoses were disconnected, now the sprinklers are working perfectly. I only regret the high cost paid to Kia without me solving my situation. This type of actions of the personnel that works in Kia causes them to lose loyal customers to the brand.En mayo de 2019 fuimos a Kia of Irvine para revisar la falla en los rociadores del limpiaparabrisas, el precio después de 3 horas de revisión fue de 500 USD haciendo cambios en la boquilla, decidimos no reparar debido al costo, sin embargo, la revisión fue de 394 USD . Este mes, junio de 2020, realizamos tareas de mantenimiento en otro taller (no en Kia) y al verificar la misma falla descubrieron que las mangueras estaban desconectadas, ahora los rociadores funcionan perfectamente. Solo lamento el alto costo pagado a Kia sin resolver mi situación. Este tipo de acciones del personal que trabaja en Kia hace que pierdan clientes leales a la marca.
They are trying to steal $500 from me!! I left a deposit to hold a card with NO obligation to buy - if I changed my mind, I was told CLEARLY I would be refunded, no problem. On 8/29 I let the salesman know I was no longer interested and to please process my refund. He told me no problem. Well i have no refund, have called twice and they told me they can’t help me and to refer to the salesperson - he doesn’t work there anymore! This is not going to fly and i will be in to raise hell for my money back if i have to. You guys literally are trying to steal $500 from me. Illegal and unethical. I will go to all lengths necessary to get my $500 back. I don’t know how else to get your attention before I walk in there and demand MY money back immediately. Totally unbelievable!

I went to kia of irvine after I got an accident with my chevy volt. Jean offered me to trade my car with new Forte and he put me into good car, and good deal. My newborn baby was with me there in the dealership but Jean understood how much the situation was frustrated and he made it really fast and accurate. Mike helped me a lot too by closing the deal and signing the financial papers instead of getting into the long process with the finance guy.Thank you Jean and Mike.
Took car in for an oil change and diagnosis. Looked online to check out what time the service Dept opens. No where does it state an appt is needed. Went to drop car off and was told I needed an appointment. As usual with this dealership, nothing but the worst. No other Kia dealership to take my car to otherwise forget about these clowns. Lease is due this month they can take their junk back with the problems they should have fixed when I took my car there today.
I was there yesterday to buy a car! Everyone was nice and friendly. Rabi Chehade was my salesman. He was so nice and helpful. He made this experience go nice and peaceful for me! Took my Kia Sedona in for an oil Change. Had an appointment for 10:30am. Was finished by noon. Not too bad. They have a little playroom which is great for my 3 year old. We like to check out new cars while we wait as well. So far good experiences. George helped me at the service counter, he was nice and not too pressing on trying to sell me on other things to get done while I was there. Overall, good trip today.
Im making this concise: had an issue with a broken antenna cover that I believed might be a warranty issue? The dealer of original purchase was no help...pay outright for the repair. Sad b/c they lost a repeat customer. Contacted consumer affairs who ref me to Kia of Irvine. They listened, understood and agreed to a good will compromise I was happy with to make the repair! Unbelievable! Help to resolve my issue from a dealership that was not part of the original purchase! I am so thankful.
I will say they made the purchase seamless, however after reviewing the documents and terms with the finance company the sales manager and finance person completely LIED to us. We asked before hand if there was any PRE-PAYMENT penalty and they said NO. I have the text message to prove it. However upon getting the finance documents from the finance company....any payment made above and beyond the regular payment is subject to interest....which is a PRE-PAYMENT Penalty!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY LIE!!!Danielle O. Manager stopped responding to messages after I told her we were going to see a lawyer about her sales manager and finance person lying to us!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!
Took car to irvine Kia for an oil change and tire rotation and I had an appointment they said it would be 3-4 hours to be done anyways picked it up next day only to find out the tires werent rotated z(I marked one of them and still in same sopt😡) there customer service is very poor I wish we never bought the car from this dealership

Upon my arrival and talking to the service dept. rep., I advised service rep. I would be waiting in the waiting area as I did not have anyone available to pick me up. after sitting in the waiting area for approximately 4 hours, (2:00 p.m.) I went to check the status of my car.The service rep stated he tried calling me at 12:04. I advised I was on the other side of his glass wall within 20 feet of his sight. I guess, instead of getting up from his stool, and open the glass door to get me taken care of, he decided instead to call me. I advised him I did not have my cell phone and that I advised him when I arrived I would be in the waiting room. I wonder if i did not check the status at 2:00 p.m. if I would have been there even longer! That was two hours of my life wasted, which I will never get back!

Took my Kia here for its first oil change and tire rotation. A little expensive ($100), but the service guys are very friendly and quick. This location took effort in making the customer waiting area really nice and comfortable. Free snacks, water, and Wi-Fi here. Free shuttle ride available for 10 mile area around the dealership. I would come back here for future service.
I came in with my father to check out and test drive the Telluride. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of asking Max for help. From the first moment it was clear he wanted nothing to do with us, as if we were wasting his time (even though he was just standing around).I told him what I was looking for and made the mistake of asking him what the key differences were between two models of the Telluride. One model, he told me shortly, was a base model with no features. Silence. I asked him to clarify what no features meant. Maxs response (after sighing and rolling his eyes) was That one has some features, and the other one does not. Are you kidding me. After telling him he was not being helpful, he finally started to give some actual information for a minute. He then told us if we wanted to more information to go to the website and look it up. This entire interaction took about two minutes.Ive never had a sales person look so annoyed to be talking to us before. Maybe Ive been lucky up to now, but this was (by far) the worst experience Ive ever had at a car dealership. We left without a test drive, and I will not be coming back. We had a much nicer experience at the other dealerships in the auto center.

Kia is a good dealership to go to. I bought my last car there, serviced it there for the past four years. Service has slowly become an all day process to have your car serviced. For that reason I will not be going back.
