Awesome inventory, short lines and great service!

Bought flip flops and the guy told me to see if I like them as they were a foam cushion, wore them one day and found they made a fart squeak sound when I walked, they refused to let me return or exchange. Bad policy. Bad service. Not shopping here anymore.

Helpful staff. Awesome Hurley selection and occasional good prices. I got 20 % off on already discounted items. I found Hurley stuff in here that Ive never seen live before.

Went in and saw some nice nike running shoes. The greeter was sweet and helped. There was a sticker on the inside that said it was on sale for $84.99. I was like great Ill take them. At the register they rang up at $120.99. Called a manager and she went to the back and never came back. Ive worked in retail and we always adjusted the price because it shows that we care about providing excellence service. They just asked me yay or nay on the shoes. I was surprised that they didnt even apologize or offer a $10 discount. Im sorry but it was your fault that you had the wrong price. Not mine.

Dont go to this store. Assistants dont know what to do and make up some ridiculous rules calling that company policy. Like you cant go to the fitting room with another person. Its delirium. Very poor. Never come back again. Dont recommend.
