Ive bought my last 3 laptops from Notebook Shop and I always go here for any repairs. I love these guys. They always go over and above for me. I have in past gone to big more commercial repair shops and my computer never worked right and every time Id take it back to them they would insinuate it was me or my computers fault and charge me more money. But since I found the Notebook Shop I never go anywhere else-I trust them completely. They are top of the line with their repair technology and stay current with the updates the computer industry. My family has easily bought over 10 computers from these guys over the years. Each time we get the latest computer, buy the extended/ultimate warranty, and if theres ever a problem we bring them back and never worry about it. Im pretty savvy with computers so I tend to fix any problem but I did have a HDD issue and they replaced it with a larger & faster HDD, no questions asked. These guys are the best or else we wouldnt keep going back after 20 years.

I was recommended to this computer repair shop by a friend who has used their services with great success for over 4 years. I ran some Microsoft updates and subsequently lost my user privileges and any access to the computer. I took it to this store and 30 minutes later I left with my machine working as before. *****

The store owner was very stubborn, rude, greedy, and unprofessional. He did not even listen to what the customer was saying about how and when the problem of the customers laptop had started. Maybe he did that because he wanted to rip off the customer by saying that my computer had more serious problems than I thought, which cannot be fixed simply. In reality, my computer problem was fixed by simple tool...the system restore to some days ago!!!
