Ive had two floors installed by Elegant home improvement. The first one went well, but the second one was a disaster. On the second one they installed a laminate floor after a water pipe burst. They unfortunately didnt come out with the correct trim for the quarter round, etc... They let us know they would find a better match and would come back. The owner asked for full payment, and that was my biggest mistake. I should have held back a good amount until they finished the job. We asked at least 8 times over 5 months, to get the job finished and it never happened. They had a lot of promises, but no execution. We finally hired someone else to finish the job.
