The best paint hands down of any manufacturer. The service is impeccable. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I love this place. I usually go to the Anaheim Hills store, but my job puts me about two miles from this store same great product and service. The prices are the best for what you get.

The manager was exceptional and the worker that helped me was the most professional guy and helpful his name is Oliver and I appreciate the help at that store and its my favorite store in Orange County out of all Dunn-Edwards

The store associates are very knowledgeableand were very helpful and expedited paint services that I needed for a time sensitive project.

Two days ago, I went to Dunn -Edwards in Irvine off lake forest . I selected my paint ( 3 colors), I stood in line to get samples . My contractor had an account with them and that’s why I was asked to go to Dunn Edwards . The guy that was helping me did not know what he was doing, could not find my contractor’s account . I had to call my contractor to set things straight . After all that, he wanted to charge me ! I had to explain that the reason We looked my contractor up is so that I could get free samples . He then called someone to verify ! As if I was lying ! He finally got corrected and placed my order and said it will take 20min ! I was in the store waiting when he came by and I said they’ll bring the sample out to the parking lot . It was hot and I went in my car to turn AC on to wait. 25 min passed, then 45, then 60 min and no paint . I finally went back inside and started to question why it’s taking so long .Apparently they take online orders and you’re screwed if you go in physically . Meaning they take care of big orders, contractors orders first . Obviously they don’t tell you that when you place the order . 15-20 min wait was a lie . First the untrained rep, then the lie about 15 min, then kicking you out of air-conditioned store ! Telling you to wait in parking lot ( I left the store thinking my order was ready in parking lot !), then 60 minutes wait and had I not gone in to complain, they would have even stated on my order .This is how they operate, it took 2 hours to get 3 very small samples . I’ve done this 4 different times at the Dun Edward I’m San Juan Capistrano store, but this time my rental condo was in Aliso Viejo and this was the only location nearby . I never had to wait more than 15 minutes in the other locations . This store is managed very poorly . I will never recommend this location .

They have friendly service and tons of paint swatches. Its great that I can order a small amount of paint and test that out before committing to a color.

Went yesterday and today. Yesterday I bought two quarts of paint. Same color but one in eggshell and one in Semi gloss. Was charged $14.99 a quart. Today I went back for another quart of the eggshell, same color.( Same girl waited on me both days). Today that quart was $9.90. I either got screwed yesterday or got a deal today???

No recomede. I order some paint and some worker told me to get out like meaning. Inside the store is not warning leter.

Veronica was a delight in helping us coordinate our new Accessory Dwelling Unit addition to the main house. The interior and exterior colors all flowed well creating a wonderful environment. Dunn Edwards sample paints helped us confirm the color choices. Great service.

Bought beautiful shade Foggy Day flat paint, my living and dining room looks beautiful. Softer griege with green under tones.

Good quality paint, but if you get the same product twice, the colors usually dont match. To make matters worse, they can only give you paint in metal cans that rust up quickly. And finally, to add insult to injury, they only offer their most expensive paints in quart size. I suggest to invest in some plastic paint containers to store your touch-up paint should you choose Dunn-Edwards.

This Dunn Edwards store provides high performance coatings, tints lacquer and has a great selection of architectural coatings. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous always willing to answer questions and assist you.

Had a good visit this time, customer service was friendly as always and the wait time for the paint was about 15 minutes, reasonable....unlike the last two visits, 25 minutes and 35 minutes wait for the paint to be ready. The store is uncluttered and clean.

This place is normally busy but not enough employees or at least not in front helping. They do have the numbers to take but they dont really have it working.

Their products are ones of the best in painting trade, but customer service are awful and slow. I recommend to get paint supplies at different locations instead of here.
