Great experience. Clean facility and always felt like my belongings were in safe hands. Eric in the management office was always supportive, professional and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions whenever I needed help. Highly recommended!

This storage facility is one of the worst run facilities I have ever dealt with. The guy who works at the front counter is the most unhelpful person ever and they have already tried to raise my monthly rent without my knowledge (and it’s only been 5 months). If you are thinking about renting from this facility, I would recommend you go elsewhere. Not all PS facilities are created equal and the service here is horrible. Customer service here is non existent and trying to resolve anything by phone only results in the staff hanging up on you or “disconnecting” from the call, leaving you with no resolution. I’d give this place no stars if I could. I have another rental unit at a location on McFadden and the staff there is amazing.

The unit we used felt very secure and I was happy with it. The staff does a great job helping you and your storage needs. Because I am moving I dont need my unit anymore. I’ve used public storage in many different locations and cities and this was one of the best experiences I have had. The location is very clean and well maintained. Shawn was extremely friendly, helpful and easy to work with. He made sure to explain all steps of the rental process and was able to get me the best rental space to meet my needs within my budget. I would recommend this location to anyone!

My husband and I rented a large storage unit from this public storage for 5 months. The whole entire process was easy and the front office staff was great (shout out to the manager, Shawn!).We originally moved out of our house and needed a large storage unit to store most of our furniture and belongings. The unit itself was great--very clean, easy to check into. My husband and I were nervous about storing our stuff just based on some of the reviews but I do feel the security here is great. Our unit was on the second floor, so really our security code needed to be entered twice to access it (the main lobby and the elevator). All around the building and in the lobbies there are cameras, which the front office staff are watching throughout the day. And, after hours, the building automatically shuts off the acceptance of your security code, so this means that random people wont really be coming in and out at the middle of the night. Renting a cart was a breeze as long as you checked in with the front office and exchanged your ID. Over the course of these 5 months, my husband and I both would sporadically go over to the unit to either deposit items or just check on our items and every time it seemed completely untouched.My husband and I are moving out of state, so we needed to rent a shipping container to move our belongings into to send over. When trying to plan the logistics of the shipment container, the company we rented from said that most storage units dont allow the containers to be kept on-premises and that we would need to work out a plan with the facility. When we talked to Shawn he was amazing. He explained this facilitys policy very clearly and he worked with us to make sure the container was conveniently placed (for us) but also did not interfere with other patrons of the facility. Anytime we called the facility we almost always talked to Shawn and he was always so kind, respectful, and clear with any questions or concerned we had. Im sure we asked him the same question 6 times and every time he was always patient with us.The whole time we had our facility here the price of our unit did not change, however, I do know we were notified at the 6 mo mark that the price would increase. Overall we were really happy with this facility and if we ever needed to use it again would highly recommend it!

This will not happen for everyone, but the attending let us in to offload our very large items right at closing. They were a true champ and extremely helpful when he didn’t have to be. Excellent work and very appreciated 🙏 10/5 stars

For this being one of the biggest facilities they sure have a lot of basic issues. I’ve only had a unit for one month and one of the three entrance doors was out of order. So I I had to load my things the loooong way from another entrance. Another time, the elevator at my entrance was out of order and the only way up was up the stairs. Apparently, the top floor is not connected to the rest of the facility so I could not take the other elevator then walk to my unit.Con - There are no outdoor units you can just drive up to.- I got two units at different times. When they gave me the second unit, I had to register it under another account/email and gave me another entrance code. That seems very inefficient. So I guess if I got a third unit I would have to make a new email account?-getting through the teleprompter when trying to call the facility takes you in circles and I could never get a hold of the front desk.Pros- There’s plenty of parking and loading room. No weaving through the facility and possibly blocking other units.

The NPO I work for will be closing our office to continue working remotely. We needed to get a storage unit for our event supplies and storing the items we sell online. We had a unit in this same building until recently but had cancelled thinking we could use the office before decision was made to close it. Francisco was super awesome in helping me locate a 10 x 10 in a prime spot, much closer to the building entrance than our old spot. He was extremely professional and patient when I wasnt initially understanding the pro-rated with first month discount of first payment. Thanks, Francisco, for making this such a pleasant experience.

Just moved my things here on the 1st. The guy who helped me was very friendly but neglected to express that I’ll be charged starting the date that I paid rather than the date that I actually moved in. So I’m basically being charged for paying early. That’s ridiculous. I am renting a 5x4 unit. All of these small units are on top of other, bigger units. I felt very unsafe moving heavy things in & out of the unit. It’s also not mentioned on the site when they give prices of units that there is a monthly insurance fee you HAVE to pay. My other unit at least gave you an option to not take insurance. So now I have a unit I’m afraid to use and they keep hounding me about paying for space I wasn’t using. I called in and the girl I spoke to acted like she couldn’t help me. I asked for a manager & she gave me the customer service number. The person at the corporate office said she couldn’t help me & I would have to speak with my storage manager. I don’t understand how you would dare charge someone for time they didn’t spend at your facility. What’s even more odd is that they charged me for the month but neglected to mention that I’ll eventually be charged for time I wasn’t there. Scammers.

They do not answer the phone and specifically at the end of the month which is interesting because it appears this is an attempt to not be available to check out of the rental unit. Horrible customer service. I will never rent a storage unit at this facility again.

Had this space for a whole year while I was out of the country. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. When I first used this space back in February 2020 a staff me ever by the name of Melissa was pleasant and welcoming. I had full access to the facility and well kept. At close out I was able to talk to another staff member by the name of Brianna. Very helpful and pleasant and made the move out experience straight forward. I kept my lock so I will definitely be using a public storage in the future.

They are horrible! They keep raising my space rent. Last increase was almost $50. Highway robbers! The isles are always dirty with some people leaving their trash and doesnt get cleaned for days if not weeks. The RESTROOMS that have been locked for over 6 months, but each time you ask, they say they need parts and will they be fixed within a week, broken record, meanwhile the rents keep increasing!

I have never rented a storage unit before but I did extensive research before committing to a small one and I am so pleased to say that I am glad I chose public storage on RedHill Avenue. The staff (Shawn and Eric) were extremely polite, helpful, patient and answered the multiple questions and concerns I had. They both gave me a tour of the facility, showed me exactly how to access the gates, codes, how to use the online app and more. I suggest going online and reserving a unit to get the best rate, then going in to see it in person and finalizing the details. That is what I did and the price was very reasonable. The facilities are big and very clean. Thanks for your help, Shawn and Eric!

My unit has always been safe and the employees have always been kind, helpful, and as understanding as business allows. I’m giving three stars because the curtesy carts are locked up and you have to turn in your license to check them out which is so inconvenient and time consuming especially when you can’t find someone to turn the key in and you don’t want to just leave it for anyone to pick up. Also, I found a fat sack of dope in the elevator which freaked me out a little. You can’t catch every little piece of litter and the place is typically very clean, but I’m glad I found it and flushed it before some kid or dog did.

I’ve never had a storage unit and Eric made the process of setting up extremely easy, fast and efficient. Thank you Eric for all your help.

Came to PS for a locker. Reserved one on the interior of building. Arrived on move-in day and was asked by Madi if I needed any help (I have a large black boot on my right foot from surgery) I asked if I could find one closer to another unit I was moving stuff from and/or could I get closer to a door/entrance. Madi was AMAZING!!! Not only did she find one two doors down from other locker but much much closer to an entrance to make moving in easier. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH Madi...you are the best!. The manager of the property also helped me gain entrance to the new locker. He ran to the office to get a key and a key for the dolly as it wasnt available...saved me from having to run up to check it out. Me and my grandmother came in to look at a particular sized space just to get a feel of what to expect for our move in day and the associate Raul was so helpful. He showed us around and made feel so at ease with the whole process. The best part is he got us a unit very close to the entrance and I was super grateful! 100% would recommend this place.

I have great customer service with Tammy. She so kind and helpful. My auntie got this storage a few weeks ago and we very nervous only first time having storage unit but Tammy make us feel safe and I wish I give her many more stars. I seen her yesterday and my auntie old can’t walk much and Tammy went to give her a cart so we could put things in storage.

This location has certainly gone down hill. The prices keep going up and the facility is a mess. Not to mention the access hours are limited. Definitely not worth the money.

This Public Storage is a clean new faculty building with all different size storage spaces good pricing . Is public storage I have not seen any trash bins so dont bring any trash or things you might want to throw away.

Ive been wanting to upgrade for some time to a larger unit, after a few consecutive days of checking availability Estella and Tina went above and beyond to find me the right space with a great price. These two representatives were so nice and helpful, saved me from having to move to a whole different storage place!

Pretty good place! Adam helped me close my account today, Tiffany helped me open it about four or five years ago. Space is clean, locked well, lights work. My space kept my stuff secure until I needed it. Would use again!

My entire unit was robbed. All my important items taken with thousands. Two of my unit neighbors also got robbed along with others. They lied and told me this was the first time a robbery took place at this location despite the police telling me it happens “all the time.” I spoke to another tenant outside that said his has been broken into twice before this. Several others around me were broken into. I spoke to Lorraine the District Manager and Ken the Regional VP that both said this was the first time. Ken also told me not to “trust what others say” in reference to the police officer I’m working with. The burglars are cutting through the tops of units to gain access. The locks do nothing. The police said the robberies have been happening since this place opened, but this office will lie to cover their bums. Don’t rent here

This is a great place to store items, the first month rent discount cant be beat. The units are clean and pest-free. You can check in all online and they are following COVID guidelines for checking out. Thanks to Maria for making my experience so easy!

We used this public storage because we were renovating our office. It worked wonderful. The stuff was always helpful, it was super easy. It is very clean, conveniently located, with very easy access. We had a huge storage room on the first floor. We will definitely use it in the future if needed.
