Great option for a P.O. Box ! The younger man that works here and I think is the supervisor is great ! He always helps me and answered all of my questions . Great customer service .

OMG. I am not surprised this store had so many negative comments after I visited by myself. Just printing one piece of paper cost me $1.85. I would never visited this store again. Also totally no service. So rude!

I made an appointment for notary service at 1:30 pm today. I came in on time and I was told that they do not take appointments. I was told to come back at 3 pm. I went somewhere else. Cost is $15 per signature

My dad and I have been coming here for over 20 years. Today April 30 before 10 AM I had a disgruntled employee. She was really disrespectful when I ask for her to call the manager politely, I asked for a second time to call the manager and then I had to say are you refusing to help a customer and I need to speak to your manager. My dad call her talk to her over the phone before she talk to the manager this employee she lied to her manager saying that you were use profanity but we did not does she didn’t like us telling her for her to do her job correctly.So long story short I feel on uncomfortable with that employee she spread lies to her manager and she had an ab smirky attitude when I was polite and seem like she was lazy about her job. Seen that she was really bothered when I said If I could speak to your manager

Not sure if the staff are untrained or what. Don’t have certain shipping options that are available at other stores. Seem to need to ask the same question multiple times. Find a different UPS store with whom to do business.

I am coming to this store for many years. First time, today the associate on duty was rude. May be he was tired of serving customer. By the way he was indian guy. So hope the business finds out who was he. Not at all courteous towards his customer. Was biased serving people with diff race. Lady before me was treated nicely but she was tired of taking my returns and gave me weirdest ideas to fast up the return process. But it turned out thia giy couldnt keep up pace with me. Do not underestimate your customers and be polite to them. Without customers businesses cant function and you wont get a job to live.

Rude, rude, rude, and disrespectful towards handicap ppl... the worst service, ever, and lets all the customers, and huge trucks park in the only handicap parking space in front.I was trapped twice and asked please tell your costumers not to park in the only handicap space, but the owner and management can care less about handicap ppl.I will never go to that ups store again. I had to call parking 4 times & the police 4 times, and finally its not as bad but I still catch ppl parking there.

I sent a package to Canada and UPS store didn’t informed me about that there could be additional fee however after few days I received a call regarding to fees then I called UPS store and manager ALEX told me that his worker informed me verbally and with documents but he didn’t. I asked him to watch camera at store to find out. Unfortunately he refused to watch, besides during the call he hung up the phone, he was very disrespectful.

The first time I went I had many heavy packages in my car. A very nice young man rolled his dolly right up to my car. No hassles. No issues the first time I went in so I gave it five stars. Unfortunately, I had to reduce my stars to two instead of the five I gave originally. This last time I had 100 lbs to lift again and did NOT get same service as first time. When told nobody could help me, I asked if I could use flatbed dolly to bring in myself. Clerk acted clueless so I pointed it out in the office. He had to move a couple of boxes off it, but I brought in my own stuff. Thank goodness that’s the last heavy run I have to do. I will go to the Mailboxes closer to my house instead.

They never sell post stamps except book stamp for $15 and servant told me that We provide customers with U.S. Postal Service products by offering postage stamps and metered mail, USPS Delivery Confirmation®, Signature Confirmation®, certified letters and we can also process return receipt requests. is not true in all branches.Overall, the service sped is good (quickly kick you out) but speed is worthy -5 starts

They have a 2.6 rating for a reason. Alex refused to release UPS shipped items to her and tried to charge her a $10 fee per package for storage. She works in a medical clinic. Absolutely horrible customer service by Alex and Jay.

Ten years ago I wrote a positive review of this store. Today it’s July 17, 2020, and we as a species are in the midst of a worsening global pandemic. And that is why I will never again patronize this particular Irvine UPS store.I had a package that needed to go via UPS, so I stopped by the Barranca store. It was busy, but all the customers wore a mask. Whew!But EVERY employee had his mask pulled down under his nose. (They were all male). That isn’t SOP for retail/commercial, and I doubt every UPS worker there is a mouth-breather. If It’s corporate CV19 policy so employees don’t need to fuss with masks when they talk to customers, corporate needs to rethink.

Unhelpful employees, they took forever just to help two others (a whole hour). After that they told me I had to have the exact ID on the package even though on my id the address and last name were the same, and told me that was company policy. I looked up company policy and it states Note: An officially recognized form of ID will be required when retrieving your package. If you are picking up the package and not the addressee, you will also be required to provide the tracking number. this means they lied to me as well, which means now I have to go there again and take time out of my day to fix a mistake they made!

Service rep was pretty unhelpful. I had a pre printed shipping label but, She charged me money to put some tape on small box I was shipping. No other carrier or even other UPS stores do that. Unsure if this is legitimate, I asked for a receipt. She looked in and printed one that says Service fee to hand it to me. So I am charged to drop off a package now?

FRAUD - THIS UPS STORE, SPECIFICALLY, I OPENED A MAILBOX 6 MONTHS AGO REMOTELY. THE UPS STORE HERE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO SEND OVER NOTORIZED DOCUMENTS, I DID. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO FORWARD MY MIAL EACH MONTH. THEY DID NOT. - WHEN I FOLLWED UP THEY SAID I NEEDED TO UPGRADE TO A MEDIUM BOX (WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THIS ) AND ITS MORE MONEY. SINCE THEY WOULDNT RELEASE MY MAIL, I AGREED - THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO FORWARD MY MAIL- THEY DID NOT - FOLLWOED UP AGAIN, AND ALL THE SUDDEN THERE IS ANOTHER CHARGE TO FORWARD MY MAIL- 100 $ (NO REASON, JUST MORE MONEY) OK, I PAID THAT TO GET MY MAIL. NOW AFTER 6 MONTHS, I STILL DONT HAVE MY MAIL. - --- I CALLED UPS CORPORATE AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THIS STORE IS ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULENT. THE OWNER HAS BROKEN EVERY UPS RULE AND IS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE REMOTE MAIL BOXES. - THE OWNER REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY MAIL, REFUSES TO RELEASE IT VIA FORWARDING OR PICKING IT UP. -- MAIL THEFT IS A FELONY AND THIS UPS STORE AND ITS CRIMINAL OWNER IS GOING TO JAIL--- DO NOT WORK WITH THEM OR YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

This location is terrible. I dont know how UPS or store owner hires people but here its definitely something wrong with personal. Tried to ship my staff with prepaid label and the counter girl said that I should go to another location since they cant do it there. So whats the point to open location if you dont accept mail there?

Overpriced and unhelpful. they told me I couldnt ship tires. I went across the street to fedex and they shipped no problem and were cheaper The UPS staff here were inexperienced, lazy and just didnt want to do help . Avoid.
