Shipping was fast but that doesnt make up for the terrible customer service. I recieved my hood and its damaged. I have tried calling several times and no answer and go figure the voicemail is full. Also tried contacting through email and nothing back there either. This is the worst customer service and i recommend NOT WASTING YOUR TIME AND ORDERING FROM THEM... DONT do IT!!!!

Could possibly be the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Ordered a hood online, free delivery. They call me a few days later and left a voicemail that they couldnt find my exact address. My house is in a regular city in a regular neighborhood. I call back immediately, and no one takes my call. I called 15 times that day. Next day, I get in touch with a supervisor who tells me itll be delivered that day or the following morning. Still no hood. Im either going to get my hood or my money back. Do not do business with this company. Absolutely awful.

Is there less than one star? if it was I would give those guys less than one star. I ordered a back light for my Chrysler 2013, on Feb. 2018 they sent me the wrong one. I contacted them, it took me many tries for someone to answer the phone. they sent me a return label, I shipped my light the second day via FedEx, they received the light, until April 9, 2018 still did not refund me the money. Those guys the worst people doing business on eBay. DO NOT USE THOSE GUYS

Ordered a radiator support it was suppose to be here by between Feb 3 to 14th here it is 2-19 and still no part by far most unprofessional company Ive dealt with to date I got a 20% discount but that dont excuse not shipping my part for almost a month

Absolutely horrible experience. Tried to order a hood, they seem incapable of packing their products. We ended up with getting one after another damaged beyond repair, 3 in all. They refunded for the hood but wouldnt compensate for all the waste disposal, wages paid to employees to unpack, inspect, take pictures and reorder all 3 hoods. Not to mention the time the customer has been waiting for their vehicle back. Unacceptable. 3 strikes and youre out.

Ordered some foglights for my truck they started retaining moisture. Was told they were sending me some new ones. I keep getting the runaround. Phone number they provided me with nobody will never pick up. This place is bullshit

Hi. On November 10, 2013 I have made an ordered. On November 11, 2013, I have received the reference number 204623 via E-Mail. On November 13, 2013, I have contacted them over the phone. The representative confirmed the reference number of my order but did not know if they had the part required. Then she asked me my name and phone number to call me soon. However, after five days I have received no phone call or email. And they already does not answer the phone. Something is not right!

WARNING! Hood delivered damaged. Havent been able to contact, one number says ebay voicemail full, the other is a wrong number. Definitely seems like they are selling factory rejects intentionally

But my shop is in a industrial side of town, and every shipping service in the country delivers there..so they. cancelled my order without even letting me try a different address, so i gave them a zip code to my house in Fresno, 4th Largest city in California, and they dont deliver there either...its a scam, they relisted the part at a higher price, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS ON THE WEB OR ON THEIR EBAY STORE. 1st look at the web site 1.7 stars this should be banded from business.2nd I bought car lights from them on eBay it took me 25 days to receive them and guess what they were damaged I called the customer service that lady she is incapable to help me and explain what to do every time she needs to asks someone there what to do. I asked her to speak to her boss she lie to me multiple time he in a meeting for a week lol and than he out for business they stressed me so bad. I have to go through eBay thanks to them I returned the item and get may money back. Company took the money. Sent email saying couldnt ship in my zip code. Then told ebay I cancelled the order. I did get a refund 3 days later. No customer service answers phone. Very poor service. Falsifying info to ebay the buyer canceled the order is bad business for eBay.

Horrible organization to do business with. They sent me the wrong item and refused to send me the correct one or a refund. I call that fraud. Will not sleep until everyone knows what type of unlawful business they conduct. Thank fully I have my credit card company conducting an investigation which will bring up charges to this so called business.

If i could leave negative stars i would. the listing stated 2007-2008 Front Toyota Tundra Bumper. The bumper would not fit a 2008 according to 4 different auto body shops including Toyota. I have tried (20 emails and 10 phone calls) to send back the bumper with no luck. I have received two emails asking what the problem was and no response from that. Terrible customer service, terrible company. Look them up on Better Business Bureau they have an F rating. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I order a replacement hood for my car on Feb14th on eBay. I received notification the following day that my item had shipped (delivery was 7-14 days). On March 8th (3 weeks later) I opened a request with eBay asking where my item was and if I could get a tracking number from the seller. The seller responded that the driver was backed up due to weather but that I would receive my item before the end of the week. Later that same day I received another message from ebay indicating that the seller had issued a refund. I was told that they would re-bill me after the item was delivered and they provided a delivery date a full week later than what they had said earlier in the day. Anyway March 15th comes and goes and still no delivery? I didnt want a refund, I wanted the item? I opened another request with ebay and have heard nothing from the seller on this matter.

Ordered 1997 Lincoln tow car left front side light. Arrived with no Lincoln logo. Contacted them via email and they said communicate through e-bay for some reason.

Total disonest and lier! ebay informed me that seller cancelled the order because the buyer asked them to cancel. I am the buyer and I did not know I cancell my order! I thought my account was hecked! I call the auto_lightouse (darkhouse) and come to know they dont deliver their product to my zip code (Birmigahm AL, why? no answer,) and they cancel led the order by themself! I purchased an item on May 26th. It is a larger item and the item did have a note that larger items may take between 10 and 14 business days for delivery. The last response I received said the item is expected to arrive to a terminal near me on June 12.It is now June 16th which is the 15th business day since ordered and I still do not have the item. It does not look like I am ever going to get it.I am a bit of a novice when it comes to making on-line purchases and made this purchase as a Ebay Guest. Ebay does not help Guests much, so I would like to add that if you purchase something on Ebay, and certainly if it is from this seller, do not make the purchase as a guest and use PayPal.

This company has been extremely unhelpful concerning a return I am trying to make. It is a large item, and return shipping will cost more than the item purchase itself. I have asked them repeatedly for help, but they refuse to help in any way, or even advise me about return shipping, making it impossible for me to send the item back to them. So I am stuck with a useless item, and out of $180. I am very unhappy about their business practices.

Awful merchant! They stole $300 from my paypal account on top of the amount charged for the purchased item! Then they were very reluctant to refund me and cancel my order. I purchased an item from this company and they cancelled my order bc they listed free shipping and told me if I wanted the item I would have to pay $90 for shipping. They are very dishonest and unethical. I have attempted to resolve this issue with staff but they will not be accountable. I am reporting them to the BBB and other operating authorities.
