Wow! Drove from East Dallas to get a part for a Mini we bought used about a month ago; not only did they supply the part, they installed it for a minimal fee.Since I was there, I asked about a few other cosmetic items (new antenna, spare tire, etc) that the car needed, and the guys got me exactly what I needed at a super-fair price.They answered questions, explained why I needed the things I did, checked the codes to be sure the part they installed had taken care of the problem, and were probably the most helpful auto mechanics Ive worked with in 20 years. It was a pleasure working with them and Ill definitely be back; since they handle BMW parts, Ive already decided my husband will be using them for his, car, too.Weve been using Pelican Parts religiously for the last few years, but Im a convert to M R Mini. Cant say enough great things about them!

These guys are awesome!I got scammed by the dealership, so I looked for someone else that could take care of my MINI.They did a great job, both times I have been to them, they are fast, courteous, and offer VERY fair prices.I just wish I gone to them sooner.Thank you

We bought a rebuilt motor from these folks one year ago, it was delivered with an incorrect VANOS gear on the intake shaft which cost over $1500 to get troubleshot at a qualified mini shop (their requirement). Now one year later the motor has no compression in the #3 & 4 cylinders, with just under 15k of miles. I believe these folks have no clue what they are doing. I had to fight them for the incorrect parts issue with the Texas BBB. I am not going to bother trying to prove they incompetently rebuilt this motor. You decide if a rebuilt motor should only last 15K of commuting miles. Dont get suckered.

(((((Beware scam))))came into Mr Mini to get my car running and they said I need to change my computer and fob and some other part on motor.moe said it would be tomorrow well in 2 hrs he calls me back and said it was finished I was like wow thats fast..moe said to me drive it and come back Ill fix the rest.well i came by the next morning and he showed me the car. then I want to advanced auto the said that the car is not talking to my transmission and i have a six speed so i call mini dealer he said that not possible and the after 6 hrs of driving now my car runs but it sound like its dying.when I to Mr Mini Moe the next morning he said it had a new motor and they were all saying that it run good youll have no problems.when I took the car the car radio display doesnt work and now my transmission car does not talk to my computer my car runs but it dies every time I stop now my engine is bouncing around ....and my cars dings every time I stop...i went back and Moe said drive it and bring it back..i thought he was going to fix it i was wrong....all I know is I called my family and friends that own a car lot told me to talk him to lawyer ....i just dont believe he treating me like this then he treated me to take all the parts out and take 350 non refundable deposit.....beware scam filing court papers after payday.

Buyer beware parts priced at MSRP as if the part is brand new. As a business owner they’re nowhere close to being professional.Ps. They don’t keep bolts for the parts you need.

When are they ever open?ive called for well over a month!!!When in Irving stopped by and told owner out of townWith the reviews and failure to communicate,I possibly avoided a catastrophe!
