Quick turnover time in getting repairs done! Clear communication. Quick in calling you to let you know what the findings are. Love that pictures were included in the report and that the report was easily accessible from my email or texts! Lucio was very nice and professional and kept us updated every step of the way. He also went out of his way to call our warranty company to see if the repairs were covered.

I hate to give negative comments so I will start at the best part of my experience with service. Excellent greeting upon arrival with appointment-no wait. One exemplary service advisor, Lucio Luna . Very professional and I dont hesitate to recommend him for your needs. Downside: be cautious about leaving a vehicle over the weekend. I actually received a dent on my Accord with a deep scratch that was not there when I dropped it off and got the loaner. Nor did manager do anything to remedy the situation. Suggested I contact my insurance! Less than 3000mi. on my vehicle and estimate for repair was$1219.00. Still, there are some good people in there and work was completed promptly and correctly. Just be aware of the condition of your vehicle and inspect it before you leave so there is no question of responsibility should something happen.
Worst place to get your Honda Serviced. I booked an appointment from their service website for 4:30pm. I arrived 10 mins before the appointment. The service agent came and simply said we can not honor the appointment as its 4:30 pm and we will be closed by 5pm. When questioned that why do you give the appointment when you can not honor them. You are making the customer drive all the ways. The service agent simply blamed the call center as if they are someone else. Example of extremely Poor customer service. They lost an old customer today.
The main reason I can give this service department 5 stars is because I have had a great experiences ever since I started working with Darwin, prior to that a few years ago it was not so stellar. I can honestly trust Darwin to recommend needed services without exaggerating the bill. I have spent a few thousand but its all legit work that was needed. Thanks Darwin
The service is pathetic. They scheduled me to come for a service and couldn’t check me in reasoning they are so much backed up with many cars in line for service and wanted me to leave my car for 3 days at the service center to perform the diagnosis. This has happened for the straight 3rd time with the same reason. They should have communicated this at the time of appointment schedule so that we plan accordingly. Instead they just want you come all the way to service center. Make you wait and tell this reason. I reached out to manager out there with this issue and he is seems to be least bothered. I don’t recommend service from this place.

Why do I make reservations to wait 4 hours? I wish I could get honda service without this circus.Edit: it took an hour longer than my worst imagination. Had to change it to 4.
Very friendly atmosphere. There was a mechanic that was super friendly when I met him as I was pulling up in the bay. All of the managers were excellent. Never were they been rude in any way. Huge thanks to Ray who was my service provider. And another huge thanks to all David Mcdavid servicemen, mechanics and technicians

Well I took my car in for service and Im not a young man representative for some reason took offense when I tried to explain to him my service with the Collision he even told me he took offense which I didnt understand why I was explaining the company because I use the word you he felt offencive even after I explained that Im talkin about the company poor customer service so I was redirected to another representative. No one ever called back to apologize for the first representative poor customer handling and no one even bothered to follow up on my concern about the Collision
I have always had good experiences here. Unfortunately social distancing took its tool in terms of waiting amenities no coffee no donuts or chick-fil-a for those waiting for service. More a sign of the times vs a failing. Service was fast and with a good attention to details. Recommended
It was good, fast and delivered as promised. I went there for an oil change and found out some other parts needed attention. It was my option to take care of those on that visit not pushy at all and staff was very friendly and informative.
Horrible Experience! Long Wait time! Bad Customer Service! I brought in my vehicle for a simple oil change(scheduled appointment night prior via website) for 8AM and arrived on a timely manner. Spoke to Jesse Hernandez(service advisor whom tried to up sell with lots of unnecessary services/repairs although car HAD NOT EVEN been diagnosed yet ) and let me know it would be ready by 9:30-10AM & provided them with my TEL# to reach me if needed while id be in their waiting area. After waiting for almost 3 hours and receiving no call or text, or service advisor updating me on anything, i had to walk over to their front desk and spoke to a service advisor who let me know they had to jump start my vehicle after dropping it off and cause them to delay service. This was a complete lie as the battery is brand new & was just purchased 2 weeks ago and had also observed my vehicle DRIVEN OFF through their glass window(waiting area) with no problem!Also my experience at other Honda service centers has been exceptional going above and beyond with vehicle being cleaned inside/out, however at David McDavid my vehicle wasnt properly washed and had many dirty spots ALL around my vehicle! In the future, i will NEVER bring my vehicle here for wasting my time & their rude disappointing bad service!There was absolutey nothing EXPRESS about a 3 hour wait for a simple oil change. They should seriously be more considering about their customers!

Restructured recently and new layout. good service.
After spending continuous 4.5 months in Garage my Honda CRV became little unhappy and in the state where Jump start was required for each start, it continued around 3 days after that I visited to this place and my car starting issue fixed by them without any charge, apart from fixing issue they checked other regular things air pressure, oil, break etc and a complimentary clean up. This was my 2nd visit, I am happy with the service provided here.

I do not recommend this place at all, I went to do an oil change, they tell me that one of my tires has a nail and that it needs to be changed for a new tire, I say leave it like that, since my dashboard does not report abnormality in any of my tires, when leaving there and driving 20 minutes the tire is completely on the floor and this same situation has already happened to me twice
