I was rejected service due to a prior negative review. I was planning on giving them a second chance to get it right and remove my previous review, but when the sales manager saw the old review he walked out and sent the salesman back in to tell me that they could not help me and gave me back my keys…this was after I was contacted by them to come in offering to pay off my current loan at what was owed, but once I got there they offered me $8,000 less…go figure…I guess nothing has changed at Clay Cooley Nissan except their fancy new building.

I had an appointment for oil change. I drive an Infiniti Q50. But for some reason they did not have my oil filter in stock I ended up waiting an extra 90 minutes while they went to get one somewhere else. Other than the fact that they should have had one in stock knowing this car was coming in 48 hours earlier. Everything else was wonderful.Thank you Lisette outstanding job from you. And I apologize if I got the name wrong but I believe Jack, head of the service department, was also very helpful

My boyfriend and I came here to get a hood latch replaced and left with a new car! Gorgeous and Runs smoothly! The entire staff was so friendly and made the entire process go smoothly. Just a few of the kind people who helped us were Lance, kevin, Callie and that wasn’t even all I just can’t remember names that well. Thank you all so much!

They were going to charge me $150 for just the diagnostic, still I gave them an opportunity. Later, when I called to check on the status, I was told the diagnostic would take two days. Few and clueless customer service representatives. Such a convenient location and so underserved, such a waste. No wonder reviews rate it at 3.8

Friendly. However, I did come in for an oil change and was told it would be about an hour and half, tops. Going on 3 hours now. The least you guys can do is be honest about the wait times.

I took my car for a oil change they dont put the right mileage time my light were still on dont recomend this several to nobody they just hell my car dont think they change my oil filter

Called on Friday, was told to bring my vehicle in on Monday. Made it in, and was told that they were closed because theyre in the middle of relocating. Apparently they dont care about other peoples time.

I have purchased 3 cars from Nissan so what does that tell you. I love everything about Clay Cooley Nissan! Their customer service is amazing their service department get you and and get you out they make sure that everything is topnotch and they explain everything to you in detail and the service contracts are really great for whatever vehicle that you get from Nissan. They always have my business.
