Quoj is a dedicated professional. He knows in and out of Japanese cars. He makes accurate diagnosis of problems most times, fixes it based on severity of problems and advises customers of alternative solutions if problem is not severe. He doesnt try to sell anything that is absolutely not required. His labour charges are very reasonable.Does a clean job. Most of the times we will not return back for a refix. I will definitely recommend this place if you own a Japanese car

I’ve been going to Quoc for a few years. He is a great mechanic and is passionate about his work. His prices are reasonable and he is very trustworthy. I recommend him to all my family and friends.Some of the services I’ve had him do include fluid exchanges, a/c repair, filter replacements, axles, and spark plugs. This place is seriously the holy grail of auto shops. I’ve never had such a great experience while getting my car worked on. I was referred by my moms friend and I needed my alternator replaced ASAP. Quoc got me in and out and also offered me a snack while I waited. I took advantage of the massage chairs also available which I’ve never seen in any other auto shop. I even offered to pay extra but he would not let me. He is an extremely fairand hard working business man!! Definitely my new go to mechanic! 😊

We took our car here about 3 weeks ago, because it was making a sound. The mechanic was wonderful he fixed it and the car sounds and feels brand new. I definitely recommend this mechanic. Its such a relief to know a trustworthy mechanic to go to now that knows what theyre doing. And the price was great. My husband also said he was very nice.

Q is honest and definitely knows what hes doing. Fixed 2004 Honda Accord AC in about 2 hrs for a super economical price and let me know how he was addressing the issue throughout. Also, helped me with my old Toyota 4runner emission issues and probably saved me buying a new CAT back system. A+ and I wont take my Yotas or Hondas anywhere else.

I was not happy here

I had actually gone to the Honda dealership in Irving and was charged $61.00 just for an oil change. My husband was livid and said that we needed to find somewhere else. Japanese Auto Repair was able to do an oil change for my husband at a fraction of the price and was able to provide a good look under the hood to see what else needed repair. I will continue to come here for all my oil changes and repairs.

The owner has so much integrity. The work is outstanding. I feel very satisfied with my vehicle after Quj does repairs on them. He replaced the timing belt, water pump, and radiator on my vehicle. His work is impeccable and the customer service is wonderful.

I dont know what to say about the owner Quoc especially we all experience when few dishonest mechanics pray on gullible customers and rob such customers without using gun. Over a year ago or longer than that I was referred to see Quoc for my Toyota Camry and my Acura problems in both the cars then few more visits after that what I observed was Quocs skill, experience, and knowledge to diagnose the problem in your car is very accurate and then his estimate labor and parts always beats any other auto repair shops estimate, Quoc is a man of integrity and very honest in dealing with customers, very efficient in finishing job, no last min. surprise or shock or any hidden tricks to rob you, I must say his mechanics are also of same quality as Quoc, may be Quoc the boss has trained his mechanics the way Quoc was trained in military.I can not find a negative word to describe Quocs business practice on the basis of his knowledge, integrity, disciplined work ethics and honesty obviously from my 4-5 visits to Quocs Japanese Auto Repair and as a totally satisfied customer I will recommend anyone to see Quoc the owner of Japanese Auto Repair

This man is argumentative doesnt know where the location of camshaft position sensor on a 97 toyota camry is, and is super rough when driving cars into their garage.Will never come here for any problemAlso leaves and makes you wait for him to eventually come back so you can pay.Why is there only one person that can cash out a customer?Who can teach this guy decent customer service?

Been going here for years and I’m never disappointed. He has become a close friend! Work quality is better than any dealership I have ever been to and prices are less than half of what a common dealer would charge.

Quoc was very professional and took very good care of us. Japense Auto Repair prices are very reasonable and the customer service is unparalleled. He replaced a belt on our car for free while we had only brought our car in for power steering fix, brake pads, and an oil change. He even went the extra mile to follow up a week later to make sure the power steering was no longer leaking after I had initially though it might still be. But everything was fixed perfectly fine in less than 2 days. Half the price of the Honda dealership with twice the customer service. I dont see any reason to go anywhere else.

Mr. Quoc and his crew are quick and efficient. I will continue to trust them with my Nissan Frontier.

I have been going to Quj Japanese Auto Repair for the last one year and very happy with his service. He is very honest, reliable and does not make you spend on unnecessary repairs. Most of the times, he does the problem diagnosis in front of you and explains the issue by showing the problem spot and tells you what needs to be fixed. He remembers very well the previous repairs that were made for the vehicle. Today, I took the vehicle for AC issue and it got fixed within 10 minutes after he started diagnostics. The issue was that after I switched on the AC, the cool air came for 5 to 10 minutes and then stopped. Within few minutes, he narrowed down the problem to an electronic component and as soon as he replaced the electronic component, the AC started working again. Again, I am very happy with his service. Many of my friends have been going to Quj Japanese Auto Repair for several years and they are all very happy with his service.

Probably the most affordable place Ive been to plus the fix is very high quality. Ive had work done here that other mechanics werent able to fix. I even drive all the way to Irving from Arlington just did service.

I have used this group three times in the last four months. I drive a really beat-up vehicle. It has more problems than a math book, but the these people know their stuff! Came here to get my toyota corolla fixed and had a very good experience.Both the cv axles for the car were damaged and the toyota dealer were charging 1100$ to replace the same. I searched for a local mechanic and based on reviews went to this shop. I came around 9:15am on saturday and the manager was quick to check my car. He took it for a drive with me and told that he can replace both the cv axles in $450. The price was way cheaper then what the toyota dealers had quoted. He has also given 2 year warranty. The shop also provides state inspection and brisk oil change. I got my car back within 2 hours and there is no noise while steering now. It is now my go to shop for my corolla :)
