Party city has mostly everything! Me and my friends wanted to dress as grannies 👵🏾and they had canes cheaper than anywhere else

I was blown away by the sheer variety and selection available! The store felt roomy, with plenty of space for all shoppers. Terrific service at checkout as well, from Raphael.

The store was really dirty. The restrooms were beyond bad. Never again, will I visit this store.

This store has recently gone through renovations and let me just say I love it!!!!!! It feels sooooo much more open and not cramped like it was before. Its brighter and easier to find a specific aisle. Also I absolutely love that they have a separate balloon counter now. I hope this store stays as nice and presentable as it is now in the near future.

It has changed a lot. Not as much merchandise as before. I went for cake decorating supplies they hardly had anything, and didnt have what I went there for.

PARTY CITY was great. They have changed the stores layout and footprint to make it look more inviting and up-to-date. They had the super size number party balloons as well as all kinds of various balloons for any occasion. Two thumbs up!

The girls that work there don’t communicate well at all. They aren’t motivated and are kind of lazy. Not very helpful.

I went to this party city today to purchase a childs costume. Well that was a disaster! A young lady named Juliana helped us and was very kind and sweet. They had only her working the section, and there were at least 10-15 people looking for costumes. No manager to help her. I walk up to the front and they have two cashiers that are waiting and chatting. When I brought it to the managers attention he looked and acted like my comment were not important. This used to be a great story, but I can see why they are losing business.

I wish the costumes were of a higher quality. And the correct logos, which are always a facsimile of the real thing. They barely had any Tiger King stuff.

I went in planning for a gender reveal and told the cashier I wanted it to be a secret, took blue and pink supplies to the front with the envelope of the gender. She acknowledged that we wanted to keep it a surprise, looked in the envelope but went on the scan the pink poppers, put them in the bag and handed the bag to us. And told me “she forgot”. Very very disappointing a experience and I suggested anyone who wants to plan a reveal to not go to this location!!!

Was able to find what I needed. Staff was helpful and friendly. They seemed to really care about helping me find what I was looking for

I needed the Harley Quinn bat for my daughter for Halloween. I visited the two Arlington stores which didnt have it. I called the Grand Prairie location and they were out. I then called the Mansfield location and they had just sold the last one. I felt defeated until I called the Irving store because they had one left which they held just for me!!

Order ready on time pleasant employees and decorations perfect!!

They normally have what you look for. They didnt when I went (angry birds) I love that they have color options. I always find a theme and get a couple things then fill in the rest with the solid colour.

MY SISTER AND HER BEST FRIEND LOVED THEIR BALLOONS....IT WAS SUCH A SURPRISE TO THEM AND SO DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WE DONE BEFORE. THIS PARTY CITY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AT FIRST BUT BY THE END OF THE NEXT DAY I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED.

Mediocre. Its a party city so they have decent supply, but the staff is very apathetic, and its usually pretty dirty.

Great experience, girls working were very helpful and pointed me in all the right directions. They did some balloons for me and they looked great!

Probably the most well organized party City Ive ever been to. They had a great selection too. We got everything we needed for our sons sesame Street birthday here.

THEY HAVE ELMO PARTY SUPPLIES!! I was so excited when we found out they had elmo. My daughter is in love with him and we cant ever find anything elmo anywhere. It made her day to get to pick out elmo birthday stuff. Thank you!!

Great place to find anything you been for a party.You can just browse and figure out what theme youd like to do. So much merchandise to choose from.The staff has been friendly, curtious, and helpful on ever visit.

The store is a mess, the employees dont really know where anything is but they have labels so if you can read you can find it, they have pretty much every cartoon character that you can imagine, for every occasion that you can imagine, and the checkout was pretty fast! Cant complain much I found what I was looking for!

Customer service was awesome. I was asked could they help me find something and they went the extra mile and found what I was looking for.

My kitchen needed a makeover. We had cabinets installed first. We had to wait a few weeks for the countertops, but I was told this in advance. Well it was worth the wait. We chose quartz and we love it. The installation went well and the installers were very professional. The countertops look good and are easy to care for. We received a follow up call and I feel good about the way they assured me that they stand behind their product. Id recommend them for sure.

OMG, the Customer Service at the Irving Store was wonderful. It was bad weather outside, I was having my 1st Granddaughter and was needing a Baby balloon to complete my basket gift and there helium tank was messing up and she said it would be 30 minutes or so. I told the cashier (young lady), that I didn’t have 30 minutes. she must have said something to the man that was fixing the tank because five minutes later she said, it’s working. My Granddaughter was born, I was in time with a beautiful basket/balloon gift. My Granddaughter was born Monday, Nov 12, she weighed 9 pounds. Thank you, Party City.

Brought in 2 mylars they didnt carry and purchased an additional 7 balloons. They charged me $6.99 for the helium in each of mine. Theres no prices posted, so guess they can charge what ever they want. Talk about taking advantage of their customers. I wont be back.

Very rude people and worst customer service . They have excellent ways to screw your parties. Promised me to handover banner on my son birthday and right before one hour to party they said they cannot print banner and asked me Do not talk anything and Get out of the store. NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING THERE.

Very easy to find costumes at a reasonable price. The store was organized and has tons of options for party supplies.

This place had nothing stocked and lots of broken things. I had found something i liked but at checkout found out it didnt have a price tag and after 15 min of them still searching or researching I decided not to get it. I had places to be and no time to waste! And dont expect help cuz they are too busy talking to each other about their personal problems!

A lot of stuff to offer, to be sure, but I felt as though the prices were over inflated. I guess when youre the only one that carries specialty items in all different colors, youre able to charge premium prices.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I was shoppin’ for my little girl’s birthday and couldn’t find any Frozen-themed items. I asked someone who was workin’ there, and she totally ignored me. I brushed it off blamin’ it on her not hearing me. I went up to the front. The manager had two piercings in his face and gauges. He was on the phone with a customer and from what I heard, he was bein’ really rude. He told the customer “I don’t want to deal with you right now ma’am”. And “It’s not our fault your balloon deflated”. Of course it wasn’t their fault, but no need to be so rude about it!

I needed gift bags, and they had every size, shape, color, or theme I could imagine. If I need balloons, this is the spot. They have a good selection of party stuff, including festive themed decorations, costumes, candy, lunch pails, party favors, shot glasses, and service items, etc.

How do you sell alot of balloons mainly but no helium? It was a Saturday afternoon,when most parties are. Then the employees had an attitude like we made the helium run out. Very unprofessional. Wish I didnt even have 2 give it 1 star. Then no party city really sell any Skye from Paw Patrol. The lady told me to go to Lubbock Texas. Really

They didnt have anything spiderman that I needed and also very over priced .no customer service to look for other gift bags that were at least red.

Updated. Called a week later to see if the items were in stock and they didnt even know when there truck was coming. Every time I go here they never have the items I need instock. Employees are hard to find cause they dont wear uniforms and walk around like customers.
