I went to one of Mattress Firm stores on July 30, 2021 and purchased a Mattress Id seen online. I paid my $790.00 and was given a delivery date of August 12th I received a phone call from the Mattress Firm Id conducted business with on Sunday saying that my Mattress will NOT be delivered on Thursday August 12 2021 instead its scheduled for August 26, 2021 now. I was also told that if that date got pushed back I could come in and purchase a similar mattress, well I purchased what I wanted not something else. If I receive another call from them saying its pushed out further, Ill be looking for a full REFUND. Thanks but no thanks.

In the last week I have bought two mattresses for both my sons. On both occasions I was lucky enough to have worked with Karen P. What a pleasure! She made it so easy. She asked all of the right questions...which made it easy to narrow down all of the choices. The first mattress I bought over the phone and had it shipped to my son at college. The second one we went into the store. She spent a lot of time finding out likes dislikes, asked questions about breathing and sleep positions. In the past, I have bought from mattress firm and had good experiences. At this particular location, that was very different. Sales associate, Jose, was nice at first when he greeted me. Then you could immediately tell he just wanted to make a sale. He was so pushy for a sale that I felt uncomfortable so I decided to leave. When he realized I was going to leave he became so mean and rude. He told me I wasnt going to find what I was looking for and that I dont know what Im talking about. He was so rude that I didnt even want to take time to talk to the manager. I just wanted to get out of there. I usually leave good reviews on Google review since we are so used to hearing the negative, but this one I had to write. Please avoid this location.

They are running scams here folks, be ware! I ordered a very expensive mattress on memorial day and they were supposed to deliver it the next day. I waited for 2 1/2 hours and no one called or showed up, so I decided to take a trip to the store. The manager assured me that it was being delivered that day. On the drive home, I found the delivery guys waiting down the street watching videos on their phones. They said they had tried to call me several times, which they did not. I was supposes to be their last delivery of the night.Before they unloaded the mattress and box spring, they asked me to sign the paper work stating that I had approved and accepted it. I refused to do so until it was in my home and I had inspected it. Once they brought it into my bedroom, they proceeded to ask me again to sign the paperwork. I said I wanted to inspect it first. Thats when they revealed to me that it may not be the mattress I ordered. This mattress was about $130 cheaper than the one that I ordered. I asked why they would bring me another mattress when my receipt clearly showed what I had ordered. They told me that someone changed the order and when they asked about it they were instructed to bring me the cheaper mattress.I was highly upset and refused to sign for it. I asked them to leave and take their mattress with them. They advised me just to sign for it and I could have them exchange it out the next day. I said that I will not be doing business with a dishonest company that has such practices. I called y my credit card company to cancel the transaction, but was told that I have to wait for it to clear first.I also called Mattress Firm and was instructed that it will take about 14 days to refund my money. I will never do business at this location again. There are plenty of other places nearby that hopefully honors their agreements.

He didnt pressure us at all, described the differences between brands and models, and ensured we could utilize all of the current specials. Since the store didnt have our products in stock, he arranged for delivery at a convenient time. Our delivery had to be split up as the vendor wasnt able to keep Matress Firm in stock to complete our delivery all at once. Although this was no fault of his, when I reached out to Julian to coordinate the 2nd delivery, he went above and beyond by upgrading our remaining order at no additional charge! This is no doubt the easiest and most rewarding buying experience I have EVER encountered. Julian is obviously knowledgable and truly cares about his customers. Beat the prices of a regular area Mattress Firm in town by a sizable margin and my own Mattress Firm in Indiana from a Black Friday sale deal on a random Tuesday in August. Highly recommend.
