Read the fine print. Please be warned because I was not. ALL items besides the mattress are final sale NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS. I dont know any sane American who would fork over thousands of dollars without expecting the opportunity to return the item without a trial.

I took advantage of the Memorial Day sale on bed sheets. Ive been a sleep number bed owner for over 10 years and my bed is still like new. Im glad we invested in a good night sleep and that investment pays off every night. By the way my sleep number is 75 but it vary through the years and didnt have to get a new bed to feel comfortable, I just adjust the firmness when needed. ;)

BEWARE OF NO REFUNDS. I am surprised that there is a company like this with national commercials and advertisement doesnt offer refunds. The only item you can actually refund is the Sleep Number mattress within the trial period. All other items are FINAL. I feel cheated for not being informed of this. I am now stuck with a base that doesnt work as expected with an outdated remote, spreadsheets, and pillow cases. Please do your research first. The mattress is an overrated air mattress. I have back injuries from sports and it really just made it worse. The base is really not worth its value, you can go on Amazon and get a better priced that have the same exact functionality and you can return it. BEWARE. BEWARE.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went to the Irving Store and had a great experience. I loved that the store was not too busy and they had time to help with your decision making process. Mark and Ashley were great. I would recommend both sales persons in purchasing of your Sleep Number bed.

As someone who has a lot of back issues, I have worked with multiple mattress companies on buying and returning beds. Without a doubt, Sleep Number is the most unaccommodating. We had numerous issues with them and they constantly nickel and dime you. I would not recommend them to anybody who cares about trying out their bed before committing to the thousands of dollars that they charge.

I had excellent Customer service from Jasmine. Not only did she answer all of my questions she was very kind. I already own 3 sleep number beds, so I was purchasing bedding. Can not wait for them to arrive!

The young man that talked to us and showed us the beds and options was kind and patient. We did not feel pressured or that he was working to a commission to our detriment. We had a very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to having a chance to really try out the new sleep-number experience. It has come recommended to us, and the show-room is definitely a plus rather than the sales-person nightmare that occurs in so many places.

I had the pleasure of going to the Irving store before noon...whether it was because I was the only one in the store at that hour or not, Marisa took a considerable amount of time to explain the products, the various options, and encouraged me to find my sleep number. Having had such a pleasant experience, when I returned to my south Florida home later that week and wanted to share the product with my wife, (who is the final decision on such a product), we did not have the same enjoyable experience. The sales assistant at that store was short with answers, seemed to be annoyed with the questions, and thus her responses were not as complete or as comfortable to assuring us we were selecting the right product. Where that sales person fell short, I called the Irving store and again had Marisa take the time to answer my wife’s questions and give her the assurance we were looking for in the product. Marisa truly made the difference in our decision to purchase the iLE we selected.

Mark is great to work with. We appreciated his knowledge and candor. While he gave us information on the different models, he didnt try to pressure us into something we didnt want. We were very satisfied with our experience and will recommend Mark and the store to friends and family,

Where do I begin. I have never had such great customer service from any company. Mark at Irving store was great. He was very patient with us and he explained everything to us in detail. I may have asked the same questions multiple times and he was glad to answer them again. He was very courteous. I went to sleep Number with a budget in mind and I ended up buying a mattress double the price without breaking my bank. The store is nice and clean and the technology of the mattress is mind blowing. I never fell in love with a mattress more. People who have trouble sleeping should definitely check out Sleep number.

Knowledgeable and pleasant sales people . High quality products.

An excellent experience learning about pressure points and choosing a bed with very little pressure to buy. Sleep Number isnt cheap, but then again nothing of quality is. Certainly worth an hour of your time if youre not sleeping well.Update - I returned the bed. It wasnt working well for me. Still, I have decided not to lower the score because I think the customer service was top-notch and their product could work well if youre a back sleeper.

Good products but the salesmen are extremely pushy and will call you for weeks EVERY DAY trying to sell you stuff. This wasnt people from a call center or anything like that. It was literally the person we talked to IN THE STORE who would not stop calling us. Even on weekends or at the end of the night before the store would close. This does NOT make me want to buy my second sleepnumber bed from this location. Sorry.

New store but great service. Bought a couple of ComfortFit pillows and salesperson Jack was very accommodating and courteous and let me try out a bunch of different ones. Good location, hope it works out for Sleep Number😊

I went into the Sleep Number, Las Colinas, Store, so many times talking with Rebecca Wilkshire, Store Manager. She was so knowledgeable but never tried to push me into buying a bed on the spot. I told her it would probably be another year before my husband would go for it. He and I went in on Labor Day and Rebecca was so great showing him how great the beds are. We did buy one that day and I am anxiously awaiting delivery. Thank you, Rebecca, for being so patient, kind and knowledgeable. The Sleep Number Bed Store in Las Colinas is great!
