Theyre always customer-friendly a very good place to go to.

Store is always very organized but i feel the lines are always long. Staff needs to smile a little more! Otherwise a nice experience every time.

Store dirty, No carts at all, had to find a hand basket,couldnt use clipped coupons because most of the items were not available. Zero stars for this location. Will not shop there again

The Hispanic was being really rude to me the entire transaction. She tried charging me twice for case of water which I told her it had already been scanned first. She quickly voided it off and totaled me out. I kindly asked could you go back so I can see that its off. And being that the guard shield was there- she quickly pushed the computer- almost hitting me with the shield. Her customer service was terrible! I wish that I had her name so youll know who to look for. But I kept my composure as she shoved the receipt in my hand. Without evening saying have a good day. Tuh! The world we live in!

Didnt catch her name but the tall blonde lady was very helpful she knew where EVERYTHING in the store was

Had everything I needed from coffee to ladies throw away razors, cat food and more. Also had good selection of many, many things. Walmart shelves were mostly empty in household cleaning products, paper towels, etc. but Family Dollar had plenty. Best of all, I didnt have to do a lot of walking which happens when I go to Walmart, then my legs hurt for hours, but Im 76+ years.

First time at this location will be coming back again the store manager was amazing she helped me find what I was looking for Jeanne best customer service ever! Would recommend this family dollar to everyone due to the manager that assisted us 😉

Just visited store and purchased many items. Was greeted at the cash register by a person named Grace. She is a very rude and uptight employee that does not belong in customer service. She argued, rolled her eyes and talked back to me all the way out the door. Other than she, the store was in tip top shape. Thank you.

I honestly dont know how to rate this store. The women there ignore you, always on the phone carry-on conversations as if you are not even there.The young guy that works there is great!!! if it wasnt for him I would not shop here anymore. He is very attentive, always polite, and goes above and beyond. I would rate HIM a 5 star, but this store needs serious help.

Every time I go in this store its messy nothing is in place. The people that work this location are rude. All the females are on the phone or having conversations in the aisles the cashier areas is so messy. One of the cashiers is eating at the counter. And the rudest thing I ve experienced there are the cashiers having a conversation about another employee. This location needs better working skills and better management and clean it up it just really looks bad.

This family dollar is the worst you can never get any help. This store never have baskets to put your stuff in and I ask the associate all they would say is no.

Went there last night staff was very helpful store was very clean manager was very nice great customer service other family dollars I had went to we’re so dirty you couldn’t even walk into any isle’s without bumping into a box 📦 will be coming to this location from now on! 😊😊

Horrible customer service, the home made sign saysIt all No more than two students in the store at one time ! Dont know how this is legal seeing how discriminating, and the return policy are completely false.I had my receipt and got a hard time returning my two electric plug Ins Ill keep them and never shop back at this store Family dollar lost my business. Ill go to the Dollar General instead . The store Manager is horrible on any kind of customer service, uneducated with her home made sign mgmt. You couldnt even spell out Management

Its an okay location but not the best kept. Their prices are higher than WalMart at times for particular food items.The employees are friendly for the most part but they can be rude to the school children who come in after school esp if there are more than two at a time or if they have on their back packs which neither is allowed. I understand but do not agree with that or the way they yell at them!

I love this store, have been going there off and on since 2013. The staff are nice, the store is clean. No opened items like the stores in oak cliff. I give 4 stars because of that creepy little black cripple that always sit outside looking and asking for a hand out. Every now and then theres also a pissy white guy out there begging. Other than that I love the store

I like this little ol neighborhood store - the people are friendly and get to know you. Lance is a lot of fun when he is working, which is pretty often. It does get pretty busy at peak times.

On 08/10/2018 at 19:08 the aluminum binding on the lower part of the door is coming off and very sharp it cut my little baby girl at the toe now she is so much in pain. After being hurt by the door at this store#1875, I asked the employee if they have first aid kit and she said none. They should install self sliding doors for safety of the clients. The worst store have ever gone to without basic safety kit.

First time of exchanging something in this store. And an employee name Alejandro accused me off this been my second time of exchanging something that I used a cupón. Never will I come back to this store. He is really rude and the lady who is in the cashier don’t even know how to talk English.

Well, although there is only one cashier and people crowd her, the chuca is fast and very friendly in the late evening and is bilingual, there were no marinelas bars.
