Was recommended to go here by a friend. The shop scratched both of my wheels when mounting my tires. Not just scratches, but the tools they used actually peeled off the paint along the border of the rim. Don’t take your car here if you have aluminum or any other nice wheels.

Worst experience. Does not listen to what kind of service you want. I was there for flat tire fixture, it was really small unnoticeable hole, no nails. My tire was brand new and I wanted to patch it not plug it and make bigger hole. I told the guy numerous time that I want to patch it. But he did whatever he like plug it and made bigger hole. Dont ever go there.

Im a technician myself always driving around, caught a nail in Irving, called 5 places, they called me back, pulled in and they took care of it instantly and only charged 5 dollars so I gave him 20. Its not the cost of the parts that is value but the value of efficiency you receive.

Broke my lug nuts .. Dont go here.. Didnt even try to put new ones on .plus tried to charge me $105 for a new tire but i got a new one for $57 .. If your reading this!! You will reap what you sow

They are not gentle while taking the lug nuts out and say they are not responsible for stripped nuts.

Excellent service, went out of their way to assist myself in changing a tire in order to get to the shop to change the other tires.

I went to quite a few mechanic shops today but none worked out because they weren’t willing to simply change my tires. I arrived here and got the friendliest service and fair price, these are good people and i’ll give 5 stars to that!

Courteous and quick, clean and cheap

I’ve been here twice and each time the men here helped me quickly and were friendly each time. The first time I bought a user tired (low profile sports tire). The prices for the used and new tires are great. The second time (which was a few min ago) I drove up with a flat and they located and plugged 2 holes in what felt like less than 5 minutes.I like how they fixed the immediate problem and didn’t try to up sell me on a while set of brand new ties like some other places like to do. When I’m ready for new tires this is where I’ll be coming. 👍🏾

I decided to try this shop out and the first experience was good, but they told me one price and when it came to pay added 10 dollars more than what I was told. The second time I came after 2 days my tire was flat again. I went to another shop and both of the tires this company sold me were bad. No tread left after a months use in the first tire, and now a flat tire again. Waste of time and money.

This was THE WORST place a person could visit! I drove from Carrollton to here. I bought (4)BRAND NEW CHROME wheels for them to mount on my 2019 Hyundai Sonata Sport, they opened all 4 boxes, no scratches! They scratched 3 of them AND ended up cutting 2 tires during the mount! My balance is shaky as well! The management here is non chalant! I will NEVER come here again! If you value your money and car please think twice before coming here. 7/29/20

Place is small, the buildings exterior could use some maintenance, but the staff were prompt and helpful. Owner is always on site, and customer friendly. I think it could use a customer waiting area, besides some old rear car seat in the front. Prices are decent. Overall its a good tire shop with used and new tires.

Really nice people, very fair prices and FAST, was able to go at lunch and got to used tires put on and still grab a bite to eat. I would definitely suggest giving these people a chance. No going to Discount Tire again!

Always get in and out, even when their busy. Prices are ok. Would give them 5* if their were more economical.

Gave the wrong tire for the hubcap so it broke immediately while driving and fell off and this is the replacement they gave

I didnt even get to step out before the guy in the shop starting jacking up my car. I paid roughly 80 bucks for used tires that had roughly 5MM left on the tread. If you need tires to hold you off for a few months come here, other than thatd id go somewhere else.

Worst tire place Ive ever been to in my life. Went there and got 4 tires and they all went flat. I went back they told me they didnt know what happened so i just paid for 4 more tires thinking it was a single mistake incident. Boy was i surprised when the same thing happened again! All 4 tires flat within a week. I went back and they said I must be running over nails. There were no nails in the tires they told me sometimes nails pierce the tire then leave...Nails leave after piercing the tire they said...Then they told me they could give me 2% off new tires since I had been there before. When i refused to buy more tires they told me to get it off their property asap or theyll have it towed. This all happened in a time frame of two weeks. If you think Im kidding go check it out for yourself.

TRied to overcharge my friend because she was a woman, I go there and never pay more than 35 for a used tire. Bad business - guy yelled and got off phone before I was finish speaking. Unprofessional

I bought 2 brand new tires from this place and noticed they were rubbing against the wheel well 2 hours after leaving the shop. Before we left the shop my dad told them they looked too big for the car but they assured us they were the right size. We went back the next day and they wouldnt give us a refund, which was ok because we only wanted an even exchange for tires that would fit the car. They said they couldnt do that but we could pay an additional 80 dollars on top of the $170 we previously paid to replace the current tires. The manager who said he was also the owner should think about taking a business class and learn how to deal with customers. We did not want a refund, we just wanted an even exchange for a mistake they made. This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. We ended up going to Walmart and got a great deal.

Not only are they selling tires with slow leaks and wire showing but the place literally smells like piss and cat feces. I dont know whats going on here but its a weird place. More mosquitoes than I could ever imagine in one place. They overcharged me for the tires then when they went flat (two on both sides) they claimed it looked like I ran over broken glass but I havent been anywhere where there is broken glass. And the guy was loud, belligerent, and musty. And he reeked of cheap alcohol. I just left and let them keep the money this is a scary place!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If I could give no stars I would. I had previously bought 1 new tire here to get me until I could afford the other 3. When it came time to buy the other 3, I was told they could no longer get that brand but would buy it from me for a used tire. (this tire had less than 3k miles on it) When I purchased 4 new tires, the younger guy who I believe wasnt the owner told me he couldnt do that but would not charge me tax if I just left the tire there. Instead of fighting with him I did. When they jacked up my car, they only used 3 jacks. When the guy went to take off the 4th wheel my car almost fell off of the jacks onto the rotor where there was no jack. These guys have NO idea what they are doing. Then as soon as I left my car started shaking like crazy. By the time I was across town I had to stop somewhere and noticed they didnt even balance the new tires! I ended up paying someone else to balance them as I did NOT want these guys getting their hands back on my car. Also, they chipped 1 wheel, scratched 2 more causing more damage than the $ I spent on the tires and I was told when I called that it was my problem and they hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
