The associate was very helpful. I can in for something and he gelped me to understand that I did not need as much tint as I thought. He was fair and honest about what I really needed. Because of his honesty I got my windows tinted and for a cheaper price. Those guys are great. Please go to their shop and give them your business.

Audiozone Chrome wrapped the door handles of my 2021 Camry on 9/3/21 - I was satisfied with with their service, so I came in today to get my rear Toyota and SE emblems done. I brought my vehicle in at 10am...They kept it all day. Around 5:30pm, I finally saw my car. The guy driving it told me they had issues. My Toyota emblem had NO Chrome, and my SE emblem was wrapped so poorly I told him to remove it. He literally PEELED it off in front of me. When I asked to speak with the owner or manager, I was told they were not there...HE was advised to let me know there was no charge for my service today. How can I be charged, when your establishment did NOTHING! I understand things happen, but I should have been notified...Again, I brought my vehicle in at 10am. What angers me most is the lack of concern/personal attention given by management. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. One of them should have addressed me personally, to explain and attempt to rectify the situation. If they had, I doubt I would be leaving this review. I highly encourage you to think twice before bringing your vehicles here. The only reason I left 2 stars is because their first service, while not perfect, was satisfactory.

Way to further prove to me and anyone that sees this how this business really isThis was in Feb but I was waiting for the bank to process the dispute before i left my review. I had to file a credit dispute with the bank against this business because they couldnt put a simple alarm in my car and refused to get me back on the schedule to complete the job. Complete story below, but the shorthand is this business has no problem lying to you, the bank, they were rude to me and another customer in front of me, Im sure hes going to reply to this with spin like they do to other negative reviews. This shop also bribes people for good reviews with a discount. attached is a pic of one of their business cardsThey installed the alarm but after the initial install of the security system the owner told me I needed 2 doorlock actuators (when I really only needed 1 and the charged me for replacing 2). I bring them the new parts on Tuesday and Im there waiting for hours for something that was supposed to be quick. Finally they finish up right before closing, but it fails as soon as i tried to use the security system then I take it back to the shop. The owner even tried to stay late to help me but his employees were visibly upset that he was helping me, making comments about how they were closed and I knew Jeff had plans for the evening. I, being understanding, said it could get done a different day because they all seemed to have plans. Big mistake on my end. So at this point even with the new parts, the shop couldnt complete the job the second try on Tuesday, and told me to come back on Thursday.I took the day off on Thursday in order to get it done. when i get there Im told by the front desk worker thats had an attitude since day 1 that they have real customers to take care of, as if to imply Im not one, and the owner isnt there to help me. So I beg for a Saturday appointment, but end up having to cancel, because the roads were iced that day. I had to speak to the same bad attitude employee when cancelling who then began giving me a hard time because Im cancelling, refuses to help me schedule 2 weeks out, and when I ask him whats his issues he basically tells me Im annoying and hangs up the phone when I remind him he works in customer serviceAt this point Im fed up w/ them. Ive already paid for everything, but its not working right. I let them know that Im filing a credit dispute because they couldnt do what they were paid to do, I gave them ample time to fix the situation, and they have the nerve to be rude to me even though i keep getting screwedA week after filing dispute, the owner called my phone from his personal phone to yell at me for doing so. Saying that im efffing with his money. Over $211. After I hung up on him he text me saying that he recorded our conversation even though it was him yelling at me the whole time. He then proceeded to argue with me over text. He ended up challenging the dispute and lying to the bank. He said that it was the aftermarket actuators that were the issue even though the night I cut him some slack he admitted that the make of my car can be tricky sometimes and that he needed more time! So I had to pay another shop to fix their mistake, which the new shop described as a mistake someone very new would make, and pay even more money.I found out later from reading the manual that this security system is obsolete, and the owner made it seem like features that came with this system was something he was hooking up for free (the killswitch). it was packaged in 2013 which means it was manufactured that year or earlier. at the bottom left of the front page of the manual you can see the copyright year which was the year this junky alarm was packaged and shipped to retailers All this headache for a outdated alarm system that was made AT LEAST 8 years ago.

My 19 yr old daughter took her 2001 chev Silverado there and they swore up and down it was a 2005 Chevrolet… when we have the title and knw what we drive…all for them to make and extra $150 to charge for BYPaSS on her trk…also gave us a quote of $400 when I went with her but wen she went they charged her$589! This shop absolutely takes advantage of the younger generation esp FEMALES! Not to mention more important before you have anything done at this shop pls read the copy of what my receipt says and the owner says it’s at the bottom of all their customers receipts. I told him yea cause if anyone seen this before hand they business wouldn’t even be open!!! PLEASE read our receipt before taking any vehicle or buying anything from these people at this Audio shop!!

Edit to respond to Owner; I could afford better products than what you sold me. That is why I went to a different place and got 2,800 watt amp for the same price you sold me a 1,500 rinky dinky amp. That is why I purchased a custom kicker dual 12 pro box and threw away the alpha sonic off brand speakers you sold me also. Loss 450 here. Paid 630 somewhere else satisfied with the thump I wanted. Communicate and sell, sell, sell. Offer to show people your products. Meet in the middle with folks. I felt shell shocked getting that Planet Audio amplifier when I told the man upfront I wanted to pick my amp. Yeeeaaah Thanks. I paid because I was a local and wanted to support y’all but the sound just wasn’t it after a day of listening to it. In all the point is, unsatisfied customer.

Never got around to writing a review for these guys. but, Ive been doing business with Jeff for almost 4 years. He hooked my 1999 honda civic up with great tints and also installed 400 watts of bass which got my car sounding great. Fast forward almost 2 years later. I then had a 2018 toyota camry. He helped me pass the bass speaker from the honda onto the Camry. but not only that, I asked him if he could connect fog lights on my car. I showed him a video of how the fog lights were supposed to work since they were DRL lights. When he finished and brought my car out, It was exactly as I wanted. And not only that, He made me feel soo happy when he came out soo exited about how great it looked. He has never let me down

I would most definitely recommend this place for service. They are down to earth good people. The service I received on my 2012 Dodge Charger was superb. I got front and rear door stills, Halo headlights and fog lights installed in one day at an amazing price.

I called several car stereo shops in the Dallas area to see if they could install a new Bluetooth stereo system in my 1995 Jaguar XJS Convertible. Everyone I called except for Audio Zone said they had to look at it to see if they could do it and give me an estimate. By luck I spoke to Jeff at Audio Zone and he said he could do it site unseen, there isnt a car we cant install a stereo system in. I brought it by and for a very reasonable price he installed a system that works extremely well. Im very satisfied with the final product and also with the professionalism his employees exhibit. I plan to have the tint redone on my car and will bring it back to Audio Zone to have it done. I would highly recommend them if you need anything from a new stereo system, tint, tires or a wrap on your vehicle. Everyone there is awesome!

After having gotten the remote start installed on my car, I can easily say it has made my life much easier. Went in to get my mustang tinted. First off would like to say, the guy up front was super chill and cracked a few jokes. Also.. the owner... Mr. AUDIOCAT is very professional. Super engaging. He really cared about the customers that were in the store. Also, the service was 10/10. I dont understand these other people not leaving 5 stars. Gonna have to bring my stang back to get a killer audio system installed.By the way.... the prices are better than any other place I called! Better than Car Toys, Tint World, and better than the Dealer.The waiting area was kind of eh. But hey... cant have your cake AND eat it.

If you want unprofessional, sloppy and half the job done than this is the place for you. All others stay away. See pictures also.I bought a 2014 Mercedes from a dealer who had taken it to Jeff at Audio Zone DFW to have a rear camera with a Nav-TV video interface ($850). Which is supposed to allow a smartphone to be display to be mirrored on to the in car monitor.The aux video input that the smartphone plugs into doesnt work and the install was sloppy and unprofessional. Picture attached.This is where it gets funny. The fast talking owner Jeff explained its cool all I would have to do is (after already spending $1000) I would need to buy a $50 hdmi to lighting converter and a $10 hdmi to rca cable. He then said I should only plug in the yellow rca video plug to the white input they sloppily installed in the middle of my dash. (White??? I asked white is for audio not video. He assured me no not this white plug its for video just plug the yellow rca into it and it will work fine. Oh and what about the other rca cable inputs you ask? Jeff explained just let the red and white audio plugs just hang since the iPhone audio would be connect and transmitted using Bluetooth while the video would connect using the rca video plug.First off after buying all the cables and converters he said it still doesnt work and second even if it did work I wouldnt use it bc it couldnt look anymore cheap and cobbled together than if my 15 year old cousin had done it.I brought my car up to their shop 4 times in the last month and every time Jeff (the only one who knows how it was set up) is either not there or leaves as soon as I show up. I had set up multiple appointments and he never kept one.The dealer spent over $1000 dollars for a rear view camera and a ugly unprofessional rca and remote control transmitter plug sloppily installed in to the center of my nice Mercedes dash instead of the glove box or arm rest where any normal installer wouldve put it.I would highly suggest going to any other car stereo/tint installer in Dallas or Ft Worth then take a nice car to these guys.

Best in dfw area . got a 4 channel amp installed and they also fixed issues with my sub amp and gave it a nice tune really impressed. good quality work, I highly recommend these guys.

This was my experience with Audio Zone.So I needed serveral services from Audio Zone, and wanted to start with Remote Start and honestly I regret going there. The alarm works and it does its job, but its just the worst alarm for a challenger. It sound horrible and sometimes the alarm works sometimes it doesnt.The Worst Part; when they gave me my car, it was dirty from the hood (grease), there was a bunch of wires from the job they did, the seats were dirty (had to clean them because they were nasty). The stick feels like they scratch. I paid good money for a new alarm (remote start) and to get this service, not good. If you want my advice, think about it twice.PS. No one there uses a mask. I mean its their business but I just think thats wrong.

This is my second time going to audio zone and both times I went they treated me like family there the best especially Jeff and hands up to his crew. I have gotten work with other places but there customer service and work wasn’t that good. When I went to audio zone they hooked up my rides and made me look good. Worst experience and very unprofessional and expensive. I went to this shop asking for a speaker replacement on my car because the factory speaker was blown, bought my own speaker from Amazon (did my research and made sure it was a right fit), all I needed was a replacement, I get it that it takes about an hour, you have to open up the vehicle (which is not that hard to do). Talked to the guy to get a quote and he tried charging me 125$ then said I can bring it down to 100$ just to open it up and replace it.Went to many places but out of the places I went none of them tried charging me 100$, I ended up going to cartoys charged me 65$ and everything was perfect I was even standing right behind then while they were working on my car.

Been to this place twice and both it was nothing but waste of money and very bad experience. First time I was convinced that it was my fault but the second time I confirmed that it wasnt my fault. The owner DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I take my car to expert audio audits 200 dollars cheaper and I left happy. The owner at expert audio explains everything to you. And he will not charge you to connect your sound system if he knows it wont work. Only audio zone do stuff like that.

I went to this place to get a radio put in and cause big problems to my car. My car almost caught on fire. The owner was not willing to work with me he was very rude did not listen. They work to fast dont pay attention to what their doing. Will not ever go their again will not recommend this place to anyone. Go to car toys for this kind of work.

Just went there for a window tint and I was the only person in line there were 4 people working but not a single one even acknowledged me for almost 10 minutes. I can understand if youre busy but at least say well be with you in a moment. I would have gladly waited if you just greeted me. I left when I realized they couldnt care less.

I gotta say. I was a little reluctant to get headlight bulbs from an audio store vs an auto store, but I came here and grabbed LED lights from here and it was the best decision Ive ever made. My lights are great, but the service here was even better. They are professional and reasonable and not trying to sell you and take advantage. I found this place after having been ripped off by another rim place in mesquite. Jeff and his guys fixed the shaking and got me lined out and after seeing the way they did such honest work I went ahead and had a receiver and screens put in my headrests in 2011 cts. This is a very hard install and these guys did an awesome job. Im so relieved to have found someone I can trust to work on my baby. From rims to systems, These guys operate with integrity and the level of character of these guys place them in a caliber above where most guys in this industry reside. Im looking forward to doing more business with them in the future and referring my friends and coworkers to them also. I came here after wasting time at 5 other audio places looking to trade in my 2000 maxima bose factory speakers for after market speakers. This place by far was the cheapest i got quoted for a set of 4 speakers with installation. Out of all 5 places the highest i was quoted was $800 and the lowest was $300. Went to this place just to buy the speakers box wiring and amp myself. Talked to my man Jeff and gave me a awesome deal on everything installed. I went in to get my car windows tinted and the guy that helped me (sorry I didnt get his name) was very nice and gave me the best recommendation for my vehicle. I was worried it wasnt going to be dark enough for my liking, but when I saw it i loved it! I was kinda relived it took a little over 2 hours to get done, that just meant it was done right. I came to Audiozone dfw after reading reviews about great work. I brought my Mini Cooper in because I could not get some of the speakers to work. Jeff looked at my radio and knew exactly what to do; he fixed it in less than a minute. I highly recommend Jeff for his friendly and very honest demeanor. Awesome place for upgrading your ride! I got a door lock fixed and a window tint (with lifetime warranty). Everything looks and works great! I wish they had a few more stereo-head options but because of the great service and friendly staff, Id recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately I cant recommend this place. Got a new security system installed on my 2008 Dodge Charger. 3 weeks later my car began to experience electrical issues. Got to the point where my car wouldnt even start, nor would the remote key work. 4 shop visits and $3,000 dollars later I had it taken up to the Dodge dealership where they informed me that whomever installed the security system didnt know what they were doing. They rewired my car for free and all has been well ever since! I had to miss 3 weeks of work for this! One mistake I could have went without! Thanks!

I came in here to just to compare prices and ask a couple questions for a audio build Im working on, but planned to buy most stuff online. even after I hinted to the guy that I wouldnt be buying anything today I still got very friendly professional advice from a guy who knew what he was doing. he even introduced me to some brands I had not thought of before and gave me great advice on how to get the most of of my build for my price range. He even let me into the back and let me listen to some subs he had in his car. Great customer service and when I finish planning my build and have the money for it Ill get the parts from these guys.

After looking around DFW area for an Audio shop with a price and deal to install a remote start on my truck. These guys did a wonderful job and customer Services is top notch. Every place has its positives and Negatives, as for my experience with them is exceeded my expectation. I will use them in the future again. 2.5 hour on remote starter installed is all it need to tell me if they are legit. I have seem 3-5 hours in other places, which telling you that they dont know what they are doing.

I have never received service from this place and judging from the reviews and my personal experience, I never will. I am driving down HWY 360 today and a car with this companys logo is driving like a bat out of hell, it is like hes in a scene from Fast and the Furious. He then cuts me off, with no signal, and nearly clips the front of my car. I have to swerve into the side of the road to avoid this jerk from hitting me. He did not brake or slow down, he continued to weave in and out of cars. I called to complain and I speak with someone claiming to be a manager. He then informs me that the driver of the car that almost hit me is in fact the OWNER. I dont care who he thinks he is and what level of importance he believes he is but you can kill someone with your insane driving. You are representing your company and with that driving, how many people do you really think are going to go to your business???? Ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. I wanted to replace my damaged subwoofer in my car back deck. I asked to the guy in the front if they could attach four screws to the back deck cover and first he said that they wouldn’t do that if it was previously removed ( which is ridiculous since they have to remove it to install the new one), so I said that if that’s is the case I would leave and so he finally he agree to put the 4 stupid screws back. When I asked how long the install will take he said that would take 1:30 maximum so I decided to wait there, but I had to wait for hours and they don’t care about your time. Cheap work, not professional, lot of unsatisfied customer while I was waiting there. Would not recommend to anyone.

Stay away from this place, this is a horrible shop to get any work done on a car. I brought my Infiniti in to get HID kit and AUX input installed. My center carbon fiber counsel was scratched and not placed back on properly. They broke the clips off my side panel and now my CD player doesnt eject CDs. Spoke with Jeff multiple times, went to the shop multiple to see Jeff and got the run around. My center counsel, clips, and CD player were never fixed. Per Jeff was going to replace center counsel and never did. come to find out the HID kit that they installed were two different ballast. Worst shop ever! I have told everyone I know to stay away from this place. This place has cost me time and extra money for their mistake.

Shady, low quality, unprofessional. They will over charge you for sub par work and fail to provide any customer service(GM will undoubtedly respond to this but not the email he provides for feedback).They somehow managed to destroy parts of my vehicle not being serviced. Installed in a compartment other than the radio compartment. Charged unfairly and opened the doors 12 minutes after their scheduled opening time as well as my appointment.Be sure to read the hundreds of disclaimers posted around the shop. DO NOT GIVE THIS SHOP YOUR MONEY!!

Excellent car audio shop....they did exactly what they said they were going to do...for the price they quoted. They even thru the one wire I needed for free!
