Ok yea, dude at the front isnt the friendliest. But I didnt feel he was disrespectful by any means. And by the end of it all, he was definitely helpful for sure. I brought in my own speakers to replace my factory ones. Turns out the ones I brought in were the wrong size. He has a quick and easy solution and gave me a good deal right then and there. The tech working on my car was quick, work was good, speakers sound perfect. In terms of getting a quick and professional job done, would definitely recommend.

This is always my first stop when doing an install never have they let me down . They are quick and dependable.. came in for a simple install and they did a great job ...

Generally did an okay job on my tint. Only complaint was that on back passenger window you can see a scratch from when I got the car back. Also on back drivers side you can see some scratches from a razor Im assuming and on the back windshield you can see a bubbles that did go away. I left my car for a week in the sun and didnt use considering the pandemic going on. For the half day I had to leave my car and considering the price I paid for this service and quality, I am for the most part disappointed.

Please do not make the mistake, which I made, I came to pay $ 300 dollars for an alarm of the most basic that exist in the market. Prestige and it was supposedly installed here by professional people, they did such a bad job that they burned the ignition relay of the body control module (BCM) on my Ford F150 since they connected some direct cables to the ignition relay that they shouldnt have because they caused a short circuit, I completely do not recommend coming here at least that you want to pay a high price for one of the most garbage alarms and a terrible installation, at the end of the day I had to pay for a new Body Control Module and reprogramming of my ford f150. please keep away from these people

I expressed my issues with my Audi A5 subwoofer I had replaced 2 months ago over a bonny and clydes. The owner explained everything in detail on how everything shouldve been done also being overcharged. He provided a solution for me and succeeded. Hes definitely earned my business for the future. Came here to get my windows tinted and sound system installed. All of that was great. However, some time later, I ended up trading in my car and as I was removing my items from the car, I noticed the car jack and the backup tire was gone. It seems inconceivable for them to steal something like that but it happened.Be wary of using their services.

BAD SERVICE . I went to the Irving location to purchase a remote start replacement. The guy up front Supposedly called their other stores to make sure that they where in stock at the other locations. I got sent to both of Arlington locations, when I arrived they claimed that no one called and that they didnt have any in stock. Then they wanted to charge me a fee so they can go drive up to their other locations to make sure that they had the remotes in stock, like if they cant pick up the phone and call and ask. Spend the extra money and shop somewhere with better service and equipment.

I went here for a stereo installation. I discovered later in the day they did something wrong and my hazard light button was broken, so if the AC vent cover. Not even a month later Im having issues with the Bluetooth.As far as in person, theyre cool people but very unprofessional, most of the workers werent wearing masks. Dont go here.

I walk in to what appears to be an empty store, but then I hear a sluggish voice what you want? Coming from a man slouch over in the back. There are no price tags so I had to ask for the price. After inquiring about second stereos, the man losses his temper and says we are not going to do this .... My advice for the store get price tags and a display for stereos

Today, I called this shop to install a sub-woofer in my truck, and I was told that walk ins are welcome and same day installation is available. So, i took my truck over there for the installation regardless all the bad reviews I read about the bad customer service this place has. So, I walk in, a guy was sitting behind at least a 3 foot wide counter. I approached the register, to tell him what I was coming for, and this guy all of a sudden goes and say back off a little bit you are too close. I looked on the floor to see if I missed any marks indicating how far I should be when i am pretty sure I was at least 5 feet away from him if you want to count the counter that he is using. So, I was like i dont see any signs on the floor that indicates where I should be standing at away from you, and if you really care about your health, your employees health, and you customers, you need these floor signs or install a see through curtain or shield rather than just talking disrespectfully to the customers that are coming to give you their business and money. Instead of apologizing we he should have for the way he talked, he ranted about he is not suppose to have these signs if he can just tell someone to back off, and then he just bascally kicked me out and asked me to walk out!.If you do not know how to respectfully ask your customers to back off! because you are afraid for your health and at the same time being cheap not taking your precautions by adding any indicators or take any type of safety protocols THEN I SUGGEST YOU SHUT DOWN YOUR BUSINESS. So, if you are going to talk to me disrespectfully then how am i suppose to trust you working on my 80K+ truck!.BELOW IS JUST AN ILLUSTRATION FOR YOU TO SHOW YOU HOW OTHER PROFESSIONAL COMPETITION DO THE WORK! when I REALLY dont see any professionalism in you and your business. Seriously fantastic service. I was on a work trip and broke the antenna on my car in a car wash. Did a quick google search and found New Image Autosports and it had great reviews. Laied out my options clearly and told me how much each would cost. Immediately let me know that he could get to it in 2 hours. When I came back in two hours he was ready to get it done. Ended up getting a new head unit that was much needed. Again clearly gave me my options and let me decide totally free of sales pressure. Ive been in a couple of times for issues with my HID lights. Each time I have been treated fairly and with professionalism. The owner/manager is of course, highly knowledgeable with products and gets me in and out quickly. I usually go in on my lunch break or right after work, so it is important to not have to wait around for a long time.Very pleased with the customer service here.

Great Place! Car Toys seemed like they wanted to help. So I was heading back home an saw this place. Great price for the installation of my aftermarket radio and reverse backup camera. Quick installation. Professional work. Will go back for more work on my car.

I got a head unit here a month ago and all is great but today I went back to get an amp and subs installed. I have a progressive leasing account through them. I arrived and the guy there refused to help. He said the owner was the only one that new how to do it. He wouldnt even call the owner to get walked through it. Instead he send me to the Arlington location. And they couldnt help because they didnt have what I needed and only one installer. All in all I just wasted my time. If maybe he wouldve gone the extra mile Id be happy. But he just refused.

Of course the stuff is very friendly New image is the best pace to go. Actually they understand their customers wants and needs. I have been to 2 of their locations one to get my stereo installed and the living one for the window tint was amazing the whole way. Another thing is no install is too big or too small. From basic stereo and speaker installs. I am highly recommended for this........ :) :):)

When It first opened about 8-10 years ago in the irving location, i have Not gone to anyone else to touch any details on my cars. Every single time i come They go above and beyond. They offer better prices and great customer service. Customer service makes you feel wanted at this location!

Found them through google and chose them based on reviews. Prince, was very courteous and answered all my questions without hesitation. What made the difference was the fact that he gave me choices along with pros/cons of each product; great service would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Watch out for one guy in particular. Black male, 290lb, and with glasses. He lack knowledge in installation. He will damage your vehicle in order to make his installation work. After 2 month of installation. Product failed and I took it to Best Buy to get it fixed. Best Buy didnt want to provide service because previous installation was horrible. This place do have cheap products but lack warranty and professional. Got my tint done there as well, Andre is good at what he does, he will make your tint beautiful.

I so far only got HID lighting but I love it. The owner.manger to me was very nice and polite and gave me a great deal. I plan to go back for stereo install I will update again after this. So far I have to give them thumbs up!

While visiting family in Texas one of the speakers blew in my car. I was just going to wait till i got home but it sounded terrible and didnt want to drive home with it sounding like that. So after doing some googling i found these guys. They are extremely friendly and very helpful. They were able to replace my speakers for a very fair price. I really enjoyed my visit to this establishment.

I went to 3 other places, and everyone of them wanted to sell me a complete new kit (just an easy solution). They took my part, tested it, and sold me what I needed and for a competitive price. I left happy knew I was taken care of.

Terrible terrible!!!!!! I called ahead to get two windows tinted in my truck. On the phone he said it would 30 minutes, I said okay I am 15 minutes away. When I got there the guy barely acknowledged me. I waited a hour and twenty minutes and got no service. In the meantime the supervisor is having a personal conversation with a lady in the bay,with customers coming and going and getting no help.......will never recommend or mention this place again........

My experience with new image auto sports was an unforgettable one, Ive had similar installations with different results and none more positive. I received a quality installation in a timely manner and everyone agrees with the professional workmanship that resulted in my visit, Im on way back for a return purchase as i speak.

Have you people heard of customer service? I just went in there to get a simple subwoofer, and their guy was standoffish, spoke as little as possible, didnt attempt to give me any information, had zero conversation, and was smoking right next to the customer area with the other employees with the door open. I got no greeting, just a, can I help you? I bought an all in one sub at over the online price just bc I wanted it today and I can do the install myself. He wanted to charge me another $100 for install, and if I wouldve gotten decent treatment, I would have let them install it for me too. Dont go here, you wont get a deal or good customer service.

Great service. Professional, They had great advice and knew the right product to help. Had them install speakers and another amp with a couple 12s, Had an issue where the Bluetooth volume for calls didnt come through, Talked to Julio on the phone and quickly resolved the issue.

Let me start by saying dont trust this business to do honest work. Also they are going to mess up something else to get more money out of you. This is my experience with this shop. So I went by there, because I needed a window to be tinted. They did a good job tint. Thats why they get 2 stars. Im really hesitant about letting people work on my car, but I decided to give them a chance.Big MISTAKE!!!! So I ask them if they could install a backup camera to my car stereo. He said yes. I installed the radio myself with no problems. So he installed the backup camera. When I left the shop my backup camera was working but my air conditioner wasnt cooling anymore. So I thought I might need some freon, I didnt worry about it, but a month later my radio started cutting off and on. So I brought it back to them to see if they would honor the work that they had perform. So he tells me it would be a $25 for a diagnostic fee. I said thats ok. Took my car back home and took my radio apart and realizes he had join my radio an air conditioning wires together. Which cause my Air Conditioner to stop working and made my radio cut off and on. Thats why I dont let people work on my car. So I wouldnt let them do any electrical work on vehicle . 😠😠😠😠,

I dont usually post a lot of reviews online, but I had and outstanding experience with new image auto sports. They hooked up my Cadillac CTS and its never been better. If you go in ask for Julio. Super cool and easy to deal with. I definitely recommend them to all.

If I could give more stars I would! I was assisted fast with a quote over the phone by Prince didn’t matter my car. When I went a couple days later Prince wasn’t there but Hulio and Sharif assisted me and talked to me while my car got done. They even switched the cameras so I could watch the ones who where installing the system!

Ive used New image for over a decade. If you have a car that you care about, I would not use any other place for services. Some installations require modification and dismantling of your vehicle. You want a place like New image that knows what they are doing.

These guys know their stuff, all work is very professional and looks great. They have worked on 5 different cars of mine over the years; everything from Radar detector installs to upgrading stereos. Ill continue to use them.

I was referred to New Image from a friend and decided to take my truck in to have an alarm put on. Everything cost me about $450. In the process of the installation, they broke the panel board under my steering wheel. I was told by Julio that they would replace it and I should have it by the following weekend. The following weekend came and the part hadnt arrived. I didnt trip because things happen. I call for an update several times and get told the part still hasnt arrived to the store. A few more weeks have went by and I still havent heard anything. So I call again and get no answer. I decided to return to the store to see whats going on. Im then told by Julio that the part is in, but its with the manager and he just hadnt brought the part to the store. I stand there as he tries to call the Garland store to speak with the manager and his cell phone. Of course, the manager is no where to be found. He did apologize and said he would get to the bottom of it. 3mos later and I still havent heard back from this store. The friend who referred me called to speak with Julio letting him know that hes making him look bad because hes sending customers his way and theyre not being treating right. He then tells my friend to tell me to come up there on the following Saturday and he will take care of me. I go up there Saturday and its the same story...no panel piece. Is this really how we running businesses? Its ok for me to patronize your establishment and pay you not $50 but $450 for an alarm and you damage my vehicle, say you will replace it but really never plan on it. I didnt give you the run around when it came time to pay for your services. I would never refer anyone to your place of business. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau. I dont want an apology and excuses. I want you to tell me that you have the part for my vehicle YOU broke.So anyone out there looking to get work done on your car from New Image, beware. Enter at your own risk. They will break your car parts, promise to replace it and then give you the run around. In my book that is bad for business. Run the other way and go patronize another business with true customer service.

I love New Image! I had gotten a stereo installation yesterday, and they really do live up to their name when it comes to their competitive prices! I wasnt in there for very long either, because they got the job done super fast!

So I went back to new image autosports for a new radio because the one they sold me was cutting off for some reason he hooked me up with a new radio at no cost to me... I was like cool! But the same day my fuse for my radio started to blow no big deal just replaced it but then smoke started to come out of what looked like the radio so I pulled over and more and more smoke came out I jumped out and turns off my truck and after my dash stoked smoking and I felt it was safe to sit back into my ride and pulled the radio out some wires was burned all the way from one end to the next when they took out the radio they must have cut the coding off the wire and made it burn through piss poor installation... and all they had to do was unhook the radio and hook the new one inn.. wish I could post a pic and video

I had an audio problem with my cars sound system and stopped by here since it was on my way. The problem took care of itself when Mohammad checked my car but boy he was professional and informative! He answered all my questions in detail and went above and beyond helping me. I will definitely be back for any audio help for my vehicles.
