Watchout for this team when it comes to final paperwork. They tried to write the contract to get extra cash down from me. Also be insistent with financing. I learned after the purchase that the dealer only obtained rates through one bank, and lied about shopping at Capital One. Finance guy, Rodney, also said they do not accept Bank of America. Overall, I feel they steered me toward a finance option that they got a dealer kickback for.

Clean facilities and friendly sales staff. They do negotiate well and offer fair market value for trade-ins. Cons: Everything went well until the Finance Office. Its a difficult location.

You know the love at first sight. Thats what happened after trying the new GV70 12hrs after seeing the post on Instagram. People at FREEMAN GENESIS of Irving are super awesome. I was so indecisive about the color and packages, but I really appreciate Sandy for being patient tolerating my calls every now and then for the delivery status. And I got the most hyped color (Burgundy Barrosa) of the GV70, with Vanilla interiors just the way I wanted it for my first ever Car. Mo Syed from the finance office was super awesome and patient enough to walk me through every single detail. Looks like got myself into the Genesis family already.

Test drove several GV80s: ventilated seats werent working, vehicle was making noises, and ride was not smooth.

3.5. Average experience and service. Had to wait for 15 min. even after having an appointment and the sales rep was in a rush to end the meeting.

I was looking for particular model 2019 g70 3.3t model. I made an APPOINTMENT at 7pm to see particular g70, once I arrived there, one of the dealer said I cant find 19 g70 she was very unprofessional and everything unorganized.After 30 minutes at the hallway.Finally, a dealer woman said I cant find g70s you can come back tomorrowI was like, why am I made an appointment for, my gas and time??I ended up at Genesis of Denton location. Staffs are more professional than Irving location.

Yall rock. Thanks for fixing the confusion and being honest people. An impromptu make up trip wasnt even the slightest bad. Bradley and Anna got me in and out as I watched 2.5 episodes of Fixer Upper in a nice lounge with good coffee. It was like a home team fumble recovery for a TD. Youre alright by me.

Genesis of Irving, within Freeman Hyundai is a great place to buy your next car. We went to four different dealerships in the metroplex, all charging a “Market Adjustment” from $2000 to $4500 above MSRP. Freeman does not do this; their priority is taking care of the customer. They showed us what was en route from overseas, and we put a deposit down that day on what we wanted. We waited about 5 weeks before our car was ready for us to pick up. Not a bad wait for exactly what you want in today’s situation.William helped us through the entire buying experience and is very knowledgeable of the GV70. He helped us with the initial setup and explained all the many features of the car. Rodney in Finance made the whole finance process a breeze and was even able to get us a better rate than we had with our credit union.Not only was William and Rodney very professional and friendly, but we could see that they truly took pride in their jobs and wanted to make sure we were happy with every detail. We highly recommend this dealership and we plan on buying our next car from them.
