Clerk talked me into things I didnt want or need. Then refused to give refund 3 hours later. Ive had metro 10 years. Worst experience ever

I asked for a phone with strong photographic specs. I asked to handle a phone so I could explore its capabilities without being forced to make an awful purchase.Instead the price of every phone was recited to me repeatedly by the knucklehead storeclerk and in the end I had to use YouTube to figure my own purchase.I bought the revvl4+ which regrettably comes with a flash that doesnt work strike when the pic is capturing, 2 speakers for music which only 1 actually does anything(other is for decoration) and a microphone that cant catch my voice when Im speaking.So with all of this in mind and the 10 days that I have owned and struggled with this phone is already cost me 1k in sales and closures .If you trug to save money go to anyowherd but TMobile devices.Do weeks of research, and leave no hope for a sales figure to have your answers.This is the store on beltline and conflans by the way.

Not bad very professional and quick

Sean really helped me a lot. I wanted to keep my phone number and I had lost my phone. Sean gave me another phone with the same phone number at such a good price. The store has also got a variety of phone cases to choose from. Sean asked me for water because I was so worried about my phone. Really nice and helpful people. I was come to this store whenever I have a problem..Kudos to the store!!!

Horrible service!!!! I don’t even know why they are open their system is always down! My sister had the same problem we tried to make a payment and system is down every time. Horrible experience!! Don’t go to that store no point in wasting your time their system and computers never work they said. Horrible!!
