Osman was blurry professional and a great guy! He took his time to ask us questions about our needs and gave us great recommendations this is what T-mobile is all about customers first! The location itself is always busy so make sure you know their is a wait time but be understanding because it’s a corporate store and they take their time to resolve our issues. So today I went into T-Mobile got assisted by a girl name Nayeli and I do have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had. Are usually come into this one and get treated super well and have great customer service but unfortunately this time I didn’t. I feel like she needs to work on having better customer service and assisting a lot nicer and maybe a smile on my face.... Horrible!!!!!

The worst store Ive ever been, After 16 years with T-mobile thanks to Osman Mussa (t-mobile expert) Im going to another company,, Jose Vallejo (store Manager) refused to talk to me and refused to give me his boss info. He send Osman to tell me call C/S for His boss info, 16 years with T-mobile went to the garbage thanks to those two people, if you go there to buy they treat you well since they earn commission, but if it is for problems they ignore you and they will not help you ... thanks to those representatives of T-mobile, T-mobile won a full and descriptive complaint with the FCC

Stopped by to check something out at 8:50pm and they had the doors locked when they close at 9pm.Several people working with a set of customers inside.Noone budged not even the security officer.This is supposed to be a CORPORATE store!!You arent supposed to close until the POSTED TIME!!

I got the insurance for my phone, after me saying 3 times to the guy I didnt want it, because he said, your deductible is just $50, no matter what happens we will fix it so I finally agreed, now, that my phone is broken, I found out Im on tier 3 on the protection plan, so I have to pay $100 to have my phone fix. Its disgusting finding out that you as a customer were lied 3 times about something so simple as a plan protection. So, just be careful if you go to this store, ask as many questions as you can before you sign anything, obviously they DGAF.

Great store but very bad customer service never go to this place most of the employees does not have any knowledge about phones if you ask any questions right away they say I dont know in a minute they will cut corners and start chatting with other associate then you have to find them very long time wait use to be a very good story back in years but now its kind trash will never go back to this store again I am with tmobile for years and they should address this get some people with knowledge and willing to work instead of young kids who try get rid of customers

Only negative thing about this place is the parking because of the construction. I dont remember the guys name that helped me but was definitely nice, introduced himself with a handshake and took care of my need very quickly. The store has been remodeled and feels very nice.

They allowed someone under my account get a brand new phone without letting me know it’s ok to purchase the phone. The person is under my account but I’m the account holder and I didn’t agree to any purchases on my phone. No one called me to see if okay to add more charges in my account. And this isn’t not the first time this location has done it to me. Twice. Also a few days later the “store owner” wanted to follow up on the experience at the store and I let her know that I wasn’t aware of a purchase on my account. And they never replied back.

I really like the employees, my problem is with the service. I have tried on several occasions to contact customer service about loss of service in my home. No connection between 12p. and 12a. Works fine all the other hours. No answer to 611 calls, or emails that Ive left. When I contact a store they tell me to call 611! Almost 6 years and thousands of dollars, this is what I get? Price is good, service is sub standard!

WORST EXPERIENCE I went to get a phone and I was told My phone bill was going to be less than 100 each month. A month passed and I have autopay and I get a charge of $157 on my card. I went to the store and they told me they accidentally charged me for 2 lines instead of one, after talking to them and seeing if I could get my money back they told me I have to buy something in the store in order for them to discount the money on the next months phone bill. Pretty much telling me I had to spend MORE money out of pocket in order for them to discount it for the next bill Never did they even apologize for charging me for 2 lines They didnt even give me my money back they just told me to call 611 myself. I just want them to take responsibility for their mistake I hate going to the store every time I go they try to sell me stuff I dont want or need it feels like their just trying to sell and get as much money out of u as possible.

Last Thursday I went to start my new service with t-mobile, my experience was great. Probably the best one Ive had with starting a service and the best thing about it was that guy, Paul, was never once pushy on getting anything and was completely helpful and had the best attitude! Typical phone store these days, lots of pictures and some demo models but never all available. they probably change too often to keep up. Lots of customers and a short wait for service, less than 10 minutes. Very personable staff, courteous and professional, swapped my number to new phone (Pixel XL) not bought in store in about 4 minutes most of which was waiting for update downloads. Even though they dont sell the phone, he still knew more about it than I did... awesome customer service in this day! Advised me on new plan details, but also confirmed i was already on best plan available. Used this store before and will again. TMO customer since days of Cingular.

One of the best T-Mobile around. Feels great and entire team is very friendly. And Trust me go to this guy name Kamil Saiyed. I think he is Indian probably. He is one of the best out there. I had some issues with my bill and when you go to store for bill issue, they don’t wanna help much. But this guy Kamil went above and beyond to clear my all hesitations. He clearly gave me side by side experience being very transparent. Helped me to reduce my bill. Thank you very much for great experience. He made me feel like T-Mobile for life.

Julio is a straight up liar; Adrian is incompetent; and the manager is unhelpful. The only saving grace is Alyssa. My family and I have been useful tmo for 8+ yrs and I came in for a cell phone deal and plan upgrade. Julio lied about an accessories promo that wasnt applied and the plan & phone deal that was promised took 6 months and multiple trip to resolve (by alyssa) and never truly got fixed b/c the promo period passed.Notes: if you dont see changes on your bill within 2 cycles then go see them immediately and dont let them tell you to wait another cycle since the paperwork gets shipped out after 3 months from the store

Saturday morning I Went in for an issue I started having with my Phone on Friday night. The issue prevented me from using my phone so I took it the next day. Walking In to the store I was greeted by a young man, He asked me what I needed and I explained the problem. Basically my phone was trying to restart itself and having a database clearing meaning all setting would reset. I did not want that or I would lose all data. The man took my device, took out the battery and restarted it. It took 5+ minutes to get it back up only because he did exactly what I did not want to do. While he waited for the phone my fiancé and I went to look at phones, then went to the gentlemen too hear an update. to find him trying to update my gmail because he knew what he had done. I told him to go into my contacts to see if they were still there. They were gone so that confirmed with me that My entire phone was swiped out, contacts, phones, apps etc. Mind you that I bought this phone December 2016 so its only 6 months old. After getting frustrated with this man after what he did, I requested to speak to manager or supervisor. I spoke to her and explained to her what the issue was. She basically called me a liar and that none of the employees reset data without the customer permission or it was an accident. I told he did not give him permission to restart it. I told him not to because it would lose my data. So what she answered what, Do I have a drop box to back up data? I said No I do not. She said well there nothing we can do for you. I wanted to slap her but instead I asked what are my options. Se said you can talk to the man I was helped with. I told her no because he doesnt know what he is doing . So another person helped me and gave me options to get a new phone but have to pay the remaining on what I have on my phone plus a down on the Phone I get. He also told me I could get a phone through T mobile but itll be used. Or you can get a Samsung phone and get in within 5 days. at this point I was just frustrated and wanted to leave without a phone. I did not care anymore. So I went with T mobile Phone and told them. I will finish paying off this phone so I dont have credit or anything but after that, I AM NO LONGEER A T MOBILE CUSTOMER!! worse service. I dont remember there names but I went Saturday 6/24/2017. around 11:30-12 :15. My family and I have been with t mobile for many years and Saturday with the help of these two people, They have lost a customer.
