Came next day to pick up some 3s after reservation, manager said there was some left but he didn’t want to sell to us customers. But he rather let his coworker buy a pair. Corporate needs to do something about this.

Got to go back. Its a fast business. Lots of consumers. Early bird gets the worm.

Clean and good customer service

They had 4 employees on the floor and only one cashier and there was a long line. Person who help us was very helpful.

Today I went in to shop for my younger brother and myself and Josh was very ambitious and determined to help all customers while doing store cleanup, he also was a team player and was giving his coworker sales as well who did not have the same ambition as him and didn’t go the extra mile to look for His customers, honestly Josh was determined and being an assistant manager I would want him in my store.

They are very sweet and as soon as I walked in they had come to me and asked what I needed

Employee was very rude, service was terrible, prices were high, I got the same pair of shoes by walking 50 yards to foot action where the service was great, the employees kind, and the shoes were 40 dollars cheaper. Ill never spend another dollar with foot locker. And Ive spent thousands.

Terrible shoe store! Does not have any sizes for the average consumer! They only have huge monster size shoes for the gorillas! The staff is very unfriendly and didnt even approach after looking around for 15 minutes!

They did help me with what shoe size i would get and they were friendly
