Been trying to contact someone at CC for over 2 weeks. Been calling and emailing everyday. No response from anyone. Got an email last Friday saying my payment plan was canceled for items I have been paying on for over eight months. Out of the blue. Again can’t get a hold of anybody. I am hundreds and hundreds of dollars in the payment plan and now I don’t know if I’m gonna get my money back or the item at all.

Bought a figure from them, they took the money, never shipped it and would not respond to any attempts to contact them. Theyre scammers.

Anyone ordering from Canada do NOT waste your money on these guys. After paying their price in US ($) for items, they make you make pay for very expensive shipping, and no express shipping. They also do not include the import price for the item crossing the border. All of the extra shipping and import fees will net you over $200 US.Im very disappointed in how they are branching into the Canadian online market by not offering competitive shipping and handling fees for their seemingly higher quality of items that they advertise.Even after months our item has still not arrived and we have yet to actually see the product in hand to judge its quality in person. Hopefully in the future, the company has better policies in place for their Canadian buyers. So Canadian buyers beware.

These guys are amazing! The work they do is fantastic, and their entire staff is really awesome. My wife and I purchased a limited edition T-Rex bust for roughly $750, and did the payment option to pay it off over the following year.I have dealt with their manager on a few occasions, and she is one of the most awesome (and humble) people I have ever met. To the guy that left a random one star review (as of 6/11/17) screw you!

Fantastic people with incredible memorabilia pieces! Not my first purchases, but first pick up and certainly wont be my last from them!
