I had an overall great experience. Good air conditioning and quality service. Also customers were adhering to spacing and Covid protocols. However consoles and other products were not in stock, likely due to the pandemic. Sadly that doesnt seem to change anytime soon.

Very good service from the young man who works in that store, he recommended games for my 5-year-old son and he explained to me how everything worked, I highly recommend them.

Service is a hit or miss. When they are attentive, theyre on it. But sometimes it seems like they dont want to be bothered. Also, their prices are a little on the higher end.

GameStop is one of my favorite places to purchase toys. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the deals can be really incredible. I have shopped at GameStop locations all over the Central and Western United States and have always had consistently pleasant experiences. I highly recommend GameStop.

It good if your looking for an older game. Older is cheaper but if your looking for a newer game for cheap... well you may as well buy it brand new as you may only save 5 or ten bucks. Same with game systems.

Great environment, the staff made us aware of things that were happening at the store the moment we walked in. They explained the deals and how they could help make a purchase more affordable. They explained their card program for points. I was explained the different gaming consoles and the difference. It was great to learn this for our next purchase.

Great Customer Service. These guys took care of a very small insignificant issue that other stores would make a big deal about. I wont go into details but they were able to replace a game that my kid really wanted and I didnt have to pay any more than I already had.

Best one around for miles, who ever is running this store is doing a great job. Employees are always nice and helpful and even though they are always busy they try their best to get the line down. Only thing I would change is add at least 1 more person, especially in the evening time.

I wasnt greeted once I walked through the door, even though I was the only customer that walked in the store at the time. A lady walked in a few minutes later and wasnt greeted either. I was asked if I needed anything after 3 minutes. I asked for a specific game and one guy checked, told me it was not there. He and the manager got into talking about how everything is basically not in order around the store, so they started talking about checking the GameStop app to check on availability of an item and what do you know, the app stated the game I was asking for was in stock at their store, right there in the drawer with their new games. Obviously some poor searching was done. Speaking of that, I asked if they had a used case for Spiderman PS4 and the manager immediately told me no without even looking, or attempting to look. Cool store, poor customer service.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly face and smile from Mark.He went above and beyond to make sure my son and I found everything we were looking for, and that we had a pleasant shopping experience as well.

Ive been coming to this location for years, and have always gotten great service, if they dont have the product that I need they can usually locate it at another store.

Its too bad there isnt a mark lower than 1 star. We went this morning (a Saturday) for my son to buy a game. We waited over 20 minutes in line with no indication that the two people in front of us would be finished anytime soon. There was only one employee. He took his time with each person (more than reasonable), and took at least 3 calls while we were in line. Never again.

Store was laid out kinda funny for the holidays, but I was able to find my game quicky. Cashier was extremely friendly and even offered an alternative to the game that was the same price and game, just with free socks!!

I unfortunately couldnt find what I needed, which was disappointing. However, the staff were incredibly helpful and were genuinely interested in helping me find it.

Great location, only thing is that the staff is normally this wierd white guy with brown hair who is never in agreement with your decisions on games. Always suggests lame genres like kingdom hearts over call of duty

Literally the worst GameStop I have ever been too. There are 3 employees and every last one of them are slower than molasses. Already been in line in the same spot for 20 minutes and the line has still not moved,The employees act as if this is fun time and engage in extremely long and unnecessary conversation, which I dont really care, but the problem is they dont ring people up while they are doing it. Nobody cares about you being 3rd in Black Ops 2 LeaderboardsIf you are reading this, please do your jobs and get people in and outThis isnt fun time, people have things to do.Get it together management.I do not recommend this GameStop AT ALL unless youre out of options.

Ive been here many times and every time it seems like they only have ONE employee at any given time jockeying the register. The other is either on break, hiding in the back, or simply doesnt exist. I only come here if the Movie Trading Company store right up the way doesnt have what Im looking for...

Just a place to buy funko pop now. Just called to see if they have a copy of a game (their website didnt work), the phone rang about 8 times then told me to call back... no no I will not. Amazon here I come.

Horrible gamestop. This use to be one of my favorites but lately it has went downhill. Horrible guest service always seems like its a bother asking anything. Today was worst experience, 2 employees one customer in store I wasnt greeted at all nor was I ever asked once if I needed any help. I legit stood by the counter for a good 10 mins and still wasnt acknowledged. To be fair the girl was testing a system but geez at least acknowledge me. The Highland Village one is much better.

Pretty standard GameStop. I used to go here a lot more when I was younger. My only issue is how little money they offer for trade ins.

Pretty good game stop. A lot of collectables, tshirts, etc. I recently did the 9pm Red Dead Redemption two release pickup. The entire process was facilitated smoothly. People were broken into four groups based on ticket number and they had adequate staff to handle the number of patrons. While in line I noticed a land before time tshirt theres no way I was leaving that behind. The only thing I didnt like about the experience is they gave next to nothing for my trade in games and they were all recent games to. The computer was literally offering 1 dollar for games that a new edition hadnt even been out for a year. To be fair its not like I was ever going to play them again so Im glad they get a second chance to be played. The game stop is located in a large plaza and its kind of hard to see off the road.

Not pleased with my experience at this store. I wanted a preowned Nintendo Switch and the one shown to me, from the display case, was not the one sold to me.

Tonight will be the last time I come here. There are 3 employees working ( which is more than normal), but 2 are walking around talking, one with a customer, the other with a friend while the line is to the back of the store and not moving due to the fact that the one person at the register is also the only one answering the phone. I watched one employee open the register for his friend and sell something then walk off with him again while we all wait. I appreciate the customer service the lady at the register is trying to give but some of us would like to check out not here random gossip. The manager is knowledgable but completely unprofessional. If I didnt have a hold on an item I had already put money down on I would leave. I rarely right reviews and this is my first negative one, ever. I understand busy, but in store customers is how you make money. Get it together.

I went here to get a replacement on a headset i returned and they give me a used headset thats in worse condition, this place doesnt give af, the manager at nights is pretty lazy and thinks he knows everything

They had a game I had trouble locating anywhere else and were nice enough to hold it for me so I could get it the next day when I was in town.

Avoid any Gamestop if you have other alternatives. Employees here seem pretentious.

I reserved a preowned PS4 Bound By Flame online, and drove 15 minitues to the store after I got the comfirmation that the game is ready for pick up.But the employee at the store told me he was in the process to sell this game when he sent the comfirmation, and by the time I was there, the games was sold, and he didnt feel sorry at all and asked me if I want a new one instead, he also said a comfirmation is not a guarantee. Then whats a comfirmation for?I dont have to drove 15 minitues there (and 15 minitues back) if I want a new one, this is just ridiculous. I have been reversing preowned games for several times now and it never happened to me before. Its obiviously his fault.

I didnt care for the service by one of the lead customer service personal. He came off very smart-alec like and pushed an item that I didnt need for the Switch, I bought anyway and was a loss on my end.

I went up there to buy a used (original) Xbox 360 and they sold me one that didnt even work for $100. So I took it to the Gamestop around the corner and they let me trade it for one thats actually works, They even tested it before I bought it.
