Worst customer service, They do not answer the phone or return calls as promised as a builder I understand that basic customer service is needed to operate, This company needs to re-think who they hire they are terrible.

Two days in a row, their sales associate Nikki has been the epitome of helpful. Absolutely energetic and knowledgeable. I brought a client here to look at slabs and each employee was incredibly gracious to us!

Well as a fabricator feeling very disappointed when an order is place and paid on the 8 of October and still getting the run around. At this point, don’t have anything good to say. Very disappointed.

Very poor product knowledge & condescending! I caflled to address specific client concern about product yellowing over time. We are choosing a counter top for her large kitchen The woman I was transferred to told me to consult the web site. She didnt know how long this product has been manufactured or the most reported issues - if any. She put my call on hold three times and I was ultimately disconnected. This product is often more expensive than natural stone - my reason for calling the manufacturer. This was a remarkably rude call and a very poor representation for a product I was researching for a client .
