We purchased counter tops from Lowes, someone came out and measured, then a few weeks later they came out and installed the tops. The measurements showedan opening of 30 but after they were installed and I had already sold our old stove found out the space really wasnt 30 and stoves are now 30 so we have been without a stove for 5 weeks and all we do is get the run around. We need them to come out and FIX the problem but they will never call us back and Lowes is no help at all!!

Top notch quality, had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend and would definitely do repeat business. We had our new tops in no time. The wife cant be any happier!

Cannot seem to get them out there to install counter. Home Depot stated it would take approx. 2 wks. This was the end of April. We were initially told by Irving it would be It installed b/n 6.2 - 6.4. It is now June 8th and i am having to chase them to get an update.

Some one referred me to them I was looking to buy a countertop of formica but they dont work with formica

I am loving my new counter from ICT! I like that they had sinks and could also hookup the plumbing so it was done all at once. The process was seamless and required very little of my time to get the job done. I would use them again.

If I could rate any lower I would. I waited about 2 months for my countertops to first come out and get installed. Its been about another 6 weeks of failed attempts because of bad cuts, wrong tops. Their solution, put the wrong tops in until the right ones can be put in. While I had no intention of entertaining that after the 3rd time of hearing next Wednesday for sure this time Im not even given an estimate now as to when Ill even have them put in. Next time youre at lowes or home depot maybe ask whos putting your contertops in and do some digging because thats where I went wrong. I could have saved myself a lot of time and money.

I worked with Irving Countertops as a contractor through Nebraska Furniture Mart and had a satisfactory experience with them. No problems really and I love how things turned out. LOVE. Because I was working with a contractor on my own for some other things, my plans changed a couple times. Irving was flexible with me, and ended up coming out a couple times to make sure we got all the measurements right. They ended up creating something for an old antique we had from the remnants of our quartz slab, which was above and beyond. Our contact at Nebraska was really essential to our whole project too, which may have been a factor in some other peoples experiences. Our NFM rep was really detail oriented and made sure things went smoothly. Thanks.

We ordered our kitchen counter tops through Lowes. After selecting our slabs and waiting weeks, we were finally contacted to install. The 2 men who arrived spoke no English as I speak no Spanish so we had an issue from the start. We were told due to our bar top over hang we needed braces to properly hold the slab. We had custom braces made, the installer claimed he did not know how to install braces, made numerous holes in the wall attempting. I had to call me partner home from who speaks Spanish to help. Several attempts to contact Randy Randall with Irving Counter Tops went unanswered. Installer broker one of the rails to one of the drawers, also bent a cooper cold water pipe, which we had to pay to have fixed. I finally insisted they leave, we had to hire another contractor to complete the job. Please do not hire this company there are other qualified companies that will do the job paid to do. We have yet to here from Mr. Randall to resolve our issues.

Irving Countertops fulfilled my countertop order made at Nebraska Furniture Mart. Once I was contacted by Irving Countertops, the process was very easy. Measurements were taken, the counters were I stalled, and the finish was excellent. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend Irving Countertops to anyone needing their service.

They did a good job. Installers were friendly and professional, worked clean and covered the walking and working surfaces. I placed my order through Nebraska Furniture Mart, who apparently never sent the order to this company and 6 weeks later I had to track it down manually. Person at Irwin Counter top was very helpful and understanding, tracked it down and put me in front of the line for the cut and installation (like 5 days). Some folks who answer the phone are rough around the edges, so bear that in mind - look for what person is saying and not how its being said lol. Nature of installation does require use of epoxy and calking, and if you cant stand the strong smell of adhesives, wait until dissipates, turn on the fan, it will be completely gone in 2 days. Overall, they did a good job.

Irving Countertops was suggested to me through someone I bought my cabinets from and I couldnt be happier. They had exactly what I wanted, very fair pricing and the team was SO easy to get in contact with. Prompt response to all questions & emails, followed by a phone call. Our countertops look lovely and honestly, Ive never seen a better seam. We have 2 bathrooms were gutting that will need countertops as well, and you can bet the only place Ill be calling is Irving Countertops.

Stay away from this company!!! We ordered counter tops through Nebraska Furniture Mart and they sent this terrible excuse for a company. I should have known from the beginning when the individual who came to take measurements walked through my house with his muddy boots on! Really?? What kind of professionalism is that. Second he states that they are two weeks out, which sounds reasonable. Well fast forward and a month goes by....still no word on our counters. Called and was told they arent ready lol. Immediately called NFM and got a refund. Youve been warned

Irving Countertop went above and beyond! They were timely, prompt and accommodating to a last minute request :). From scheduling to install to clean up Irving did not disappoint!

Almost criminal in their approach. Like others, we were pleased with the initial quote at NFM. I was quoted $1100 for 2 countertops in the bathrooms with 3 sinks and tear out of old counters. Guy shows up and tells my wife right off the bat quote would NOT include sinks. She countered and said it did. When NFM got back to us the quote was for nearly THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS for 2 cm quartz. Understand we just had our kitchen counters done with level 3 granite, 52sf for $2700 installed so clearly these people are either fools or think their customers are. At either rate, stay away by all means. This is not a professional facility as you can clearly see with the lack of response to these reviews from the company itself. They know they cannot defend what they are doing.

Worst experience ever. Ordered exotic granite counters through Lowes with Irving Counter being the installers. The installers showed up hours late, slopped through the install and left the counters dripping with hardened on glue stuff. The most horrible part is they put something on the top of the counters that looks like dried dirty rain. They refuse to acknowledge their slop work, probably because they got paid and moved onto the next job they could slop through. I wouldnt have written this review at all because I hate writing reviews but I feel the need to help at least one person avoid this type of service. Its been over a month since the install and our countertops are still hazy and unpleasant to look at.
