Will never go back to this place now. The server was very kind and polite but when I asked if I can wash my hand before I purchase, she told me that the restroom was out of order and pointed towards manager, who was very very rude with worst costumer service.None of the employee had nam tag. So, I couldnt note the name . But in this pandmic situation place like this must have a place to wash hands before eating

I went to this location about a week ago and it said online they close at 10pm so we got there at 9:30pm. I know thats super late but Im pregnant and was craving ice cream. We get there and all the ice creams was pretty much put up and no one even acknowledged us. We told the girl what I wanted and she was confused, probably because she put the ice cream up, so I told her again I wanted the strawberry flavor and she finally heard me but when my fiance asked for another flavor for him self they pretty much rushed him.I dont understand why they were doing there closing duties at 9:30 but thats the last time I come here.

My first rime visit here and only because braums didnt have the flavor i wanted! Well she was ringing me up and i asked if i could get 2 1Q and she said what and finished the transaction so i told her i wanted her to return it and i would get 2 since 1 is 5.99 and 2 is 7.99 well the 2 teens said there was no manager how in the world is there no manager and they dont know how to fix a transaction! Wont be going back!

Always a great place to get ice cream but every time I get cookies with ice cream, the cookies arent warmed up enough. Also, you can totally tell that the girls who work there absolutely dont want to be there.

When we walked in we weren’t greeted with enthusiasm, instead we got stared at while they both were cleaning around the store, they continued doing what they were doing for about 2-3 minutes and then finally asked if we were ready, then got my order working and proceeded to go back to cleaning while we still needed to make 2 more orders, both were wearing airpods also wasn’t wearing gloves for 2 of the orders .

Great ice cream. Would wish more variety of package ice cream. I like to bring some to my nieces and during summer it makes it hard to carry out so i prefer to buy the buckets but there arent many choices.

Ordered a cake online a week ago.Went to the store an hour after it was supposed to be done, to find out that they dont have it. They couldnt find it. The 2 employees ignored us for about 10 minutes trying to figure out what to do. They called their manager and were on the phone for another 10 minutes barely looking at us. Then they offered to let remake it or get a premade cake (and see if they can adjust the price. As if thats not a given)We opted to wait while they made another cake. They never put gloves on (we watched the whole process. She put sprinkles in her bare hands and then patted them onto the cake) cupcakes that are on top of the cake fell over 10 minutes into our drive to the party. They told us to call tomorrow and speak to the manager to see if he could give us a coupon. Yall messed up made us wait 45 minutes and thats all they could say. MAYBE THE MANAGER WILL GIVE YOU A COUPON. MAYBE? An absolute joke of an establishment

Honestly I dont see what the big hype is all about it was ice cream, and not even amazing ice cream. My waffle cone seemed stale and the cinnamon didnt pair well with my chocolate chip icecream. The lady behind the counter was very rude as well. Btw does anyone know when they stopped doing the stranger things ice cream or was she just being lazy. Lmao my moneys on lazy.

I love the selection of Baskin Ronbins. There country store inside is the real gem. Fresh fruit and tasty snacks. Better than grocery store.

Call the health dept! She put down her phone then proceeded to dip in the ice cream. Having touched money with Staph and E. Coli! She said no Baskin Robins are required to use gloves when dipping ice cream! I cant visit any of these stores anymore!

Good ice cream. One issue though, you cant serve ice cream with filthy hands, no gloves, dirt underneath your nails. Not crazy about the sanitation of the place either.

Every thing is good besides I got an icecream cake for my family and it was only ice cream topped not ice-cream inside at all. I used to work in Carvel ice-cream and we used make ice-cream cake with ice-cream not put all cotton like bread and cover it with ice-cream and call ice-cream cake. It was a total shame. I could get better cake from Kroger for $40.00 smh

I had ordered a cake for my wifes bday for pickup on 21st November. When my friends went in to pick up the order they were told that the order didnt come to them. I reached the store in panick, there was this nice lady named Sandy, she explained that it hasnt shown up on their system and she helped get another pre made cake(although i chose a different one initially) for the same size and promised that she would talk to her manager and refund me the money as it was Baskin Robbins fault. I was furious at her as i badly wanted the cake. She kept her promise and called me today to inform that she has processed the refund. Thats a very nice gesture. Also, i would like to point out that she told me on that day, that it might have happened today but they will make sure this doesnt happen again, so please buy your cake from us next time. Thats a excellent way of handling things.Thanks Sandy, thanks Baskin Robbins. :)
