Jazz was super helpful, defiently a posterchild for Family Dollar

I stopped by on Sunday around 1pm it was closed,they had a sign City of Irving closed it dont know why and that they cant sell alcohol beverages. Weird thing i stopped by like 1month ago and it was closed so I dont know whats going on. Now Im starting to go to krogers if I need anything like light bulbs that was an emergency lol.

I am going to apply for the long term job of my life. They told me to apply. I feel confident. Cheer me on Amen!

Good customer service but too many boxes and filled up rolling dollies on the floor.

Store was clean & quiet.. no laud music, customer service was quick..

Let me start by saying they have pictures of people up on the door for display and have Thief written on them. I recall upper management coming in and that manager chick knew those photos werent suppose to be there in the first place so she almost broke her neck trying to snatch them down. This place used to be better before all these new people came in here. Now, I go to other family dollar stores to get what I need. All except 2 people there are beyond rude and its a matter of time before someone snap, crackle and pop they a**. Need to do a Customer Service Course for staff. You never know who a consumer REALLY is

If you want refund any items you will not get refund at all lot are good stuff you can buy at swift move and going home fast

I went and turned around because the associate said she did not know how i would carry multiple items around. They had no shopping carts. None

Store was a little dirty. When asked, an employee didnt know the location of an item, didnt bother to help me find it.

Says its open at 9 but doors are lock at 11. Had about 5 to 6 people came by

Most of the employees are very friendly friendly with stories usually quite a wreck and kind of hard to find things but once you get to the counter it makes it all worthwhile by a big smile
