I went with Energy One on the recommendations of three people, and I am happy that I did. The process was easy from start to finish, and they were so patient while I waited for HOA approval (it took me three tries). The windows arrived earlier than expected and installation went very smooth. Austin did a great job, took the time to do it right, and I have nice, clear windows!

Energy One made the process of getting new windows a breeze from beginning to end. Install went smoothly and it only took 1 day. They did a fantastic job cleaning up before they left. I had Energy One Windows installed 5 yrs ago because the house was 25 yrs old, I wasn’t getting the energy savings I needed and it was time to replace them. I searched for a reputable company that was not going to go out of business/it has happened to me. Guaranteed their job, product & life time warranty. In Texas we have tornados, hail, lots of Mother Nature distraction to homes. This year 2021, we had 4 hail storms & the window in a bedroom along w/several screens were damaged. I notified Energy One about the damage they stood by their life time warranty replaced the window and screens free of charge. I like speaking to people on the phone not a recording, I called the receptionist answered the phone, transfer me to service, Doug called back, made an appointment he looked at damaged property, looked at my file& they were repaired, I will use Energy One Windows again!

Energy One Windows installed my new windows in 2018. They were professional, friendly and the project went smooth as glass. The beautiful windows reduced my utility bills and have provided UV protection for my belongings. Just recently I called because a window was not shutting properly. Their response was quick and Doug, an amazing asset to EOW, came within a day. User error! No flaw in the window design or quality, just mine. Im not used to fold down upper windows and I just didnt think to check the upper window for complete closure! Doug was kind and very helpful. We had a good laugh. He even adjusted my screen door for me! So yes EOW earned a 5 star review from me twice over and just FYI, the warranty works. Thank YOU!

I wasnt sure I wanted to do new windows but felt it was needed after going through the freezing weather with no electricity in February. After getting a couple of quotes that almost shocked me into stopping the process I decided to go with Energy One. Jonas was very easy to work with and helpful. The timeframe for getting the windows was longer than I expected but the office kept me updated. Ive noticed all the projects weve been doing are taking longer for reasons that seemingly cant be controlled. The installation went well and the install crew (Nick) was pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. Doug, the manager, came by and walked through with us and answered all of our questions patiently and professionally. All said and done, I am happy with our decision to go with Energy One

Sales presentation was very professional. In the end, he recommended I go with a less expensive window because my windows get little direct sunlight. Installation went smoothly. Team was easy to work with and did an excellent job. Windows look great and a definite improvement on temperature control.

Had an exterior tempered glass window take a high velocity rock dead center courtesy of some landscaping. Thankfully the window only spiderwebbed instead of shattering into the house. Called up Energy One to see what could be done. Although it wasn’t covered by warranty, they arranged for full replacement and executed as promised in very short order. The replacement was completed by the technicians (who showed up at the promised time, rare quality these days) very efficiently even as I distracted them with questions and some good ‘ol home owner micromanagement. They fully cleaned up after the job was completed and the swap was done in about an hour. Special thanks to window techs Miguel and Miguel (yes, two Miguels) and Doug the managing supervisor. 5 stars.

Great personnel, great product, and great installation and communication from the project team. The installation team was very friendly, professional, and considerate of our home. The only issues we had were a screen (already being replaced) and hardware for one of the doors which came in late. The team was all over it and had the hardware in and installed the next day. My only complaint might be that clean up of the yard could have been a little better, but the team was so good about the extras (such as taking away some of the old shutters) that it was a small price to pay for the work they did that was above and beyond. Ive already been telling everyone I know about Energy One. Highly recommended!

I had 13 windows replaced by Energy One. There were some issues that arose but they stayed true to their word and fixed them in a timely manner.

A rare thing these days to find excellent customer service. Once the contract was signed, Kaleigh followed up to set appointments. Nick, the lead installer came out to verify dimensions. On the installation day Nick & Justin showed up on time, were friendly & promptly got to work. A supervisor came out to collect the balance of the payment & check their work. I could not be more pleased with the noise reduction & aesthetics of my tilt out windows. Great lifetime guarantee is transferable! I highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service. Had a consultation from Jonas Zimmer at my home. He was very informative on how windows work and what options are there on the market. I didnt end up going with the product due to my future plans with the home. However, Jonas did give me the best advise for my home without being biased or being pushy. These guys truly do have your best interest in mind.

Called several times to get an estimate and never had the courtesy of a return call. I have been impressed with everything Ive read about them but it makes me wonder if they cannot even call you back to provide you an estimate what kind of service will you get after the sale. Pella or window world same like a much better choice
