Great shopping center with many favorite places to shop from. Within major highways, well secured and clean. Too much foot traffic though, a sure recipe for pedestrian accidents. Safety patrols, police security patrols all over!!

A very nice place to shop, but if youre handicapped its difficult to find parking. Too few handicapped places to park The shops are all very nice and most all have enough people to help you and wait in you

Love this shopping center just so busy!

Good park near school and playground. Kids can enjoy a lots. Only issue dog park beside. There kids can be affected dogs.

The T-Mobile shop there is excellent. Top rated service. And the Krogers is extremely well stocked.

Not much to say really, its a typical strip mall. I enjoy the little weekend street market sometimes.

Visited the Target in this location. The parking lot is a bit dangerous in my opinion as vehicles are moving through this space at a higher rate of speed. Also the areas near the Target entrances was not as clean as I have noticed at other Target locations. This also was true of the area between Target and the Ross Dress for Less. Lots of trash or discarded paper, boxes etc.

This is my favorite shopping center in North Irving. Plenty of parking, even handicap. Wide variety of stores, wuthun walking distances. Right off MacArthur Blvd which is accessible to Interstate 114, 635 and 161.

One of the only places in Irving to window shop, browse and enjoy perusing (one of my favorite past times). Parking is plentiful and people are friendly.

The best target to shop in town

Lots of people begging possibly scamming in the parking lot. Nice selection of stores, although some are pricer than they are in different locations.

Typically easy to get in and out of all stores before noon. After that usually the parking lot is a madhouse.

Beautiful park filled with several shops such as Target, Ross, Tjmaxx, Home Depot Marshalls and a host of others.

Traffic situation just outside Office Depot is unsafe. Didnt help that one of the local urchin was playing a violin in the parking lot on a busy curb and passing cars were distracted watching the violinist instead of pedestrians.

Sooo darn busy that when the light turns green, almost impossible to make a left turn at light.Oncoming traffic will not let you. This area is not friendly

A good place to buy a used car.The owner James goes the extra mile to make the used car buying nice.He will work with the buyer on all issues in buying a car.I recommend him to anyone.

I use the Kroger gas station when I go to the office.

Enjoyable to visit and with good offerings. Therere a few places where it really seems like the parking lot should open to the little parking lot road so you can get back onto MacArthur quicker.

My favs Target, Tuesday morning, Ross and TJmaxx everything in the same place... Worth going if you have multiple things to buy.

McArthur Park is always a very nice area to go to... You have a lot of different businesses around including a variety of places to go and eat (fast food/ restaurant etc...). Sometimes parking is a bit crowded but walking is not such a bad thing especially if your counting steps. You can spend the whole day there if youre not careful which can lead to spending lots of money; but we only live for now and thats why we work for a living...(SMH).5 stars because Ive never had an issue be it what so ever. If you have not been I would highly recommend going. People in general are very nice in that area and not to mention the employees from the stores are very friendly and helpful.

Stein Mart in this shopping center is closing. Always quality products. Linens are limited. As with lots of closing stores...if you have the time to shop you can find some really good buys!

We came to pick up a cake for a birthday, with some things and a cashier helped us load up. So generous of her!

Lengthwise it is Kinwest to 635 and has small shops as well as big stores including Target, Kroger Signature, Office Depot, etc . Always congested .

Visited the Kroger during the evening time before they closed. There was a woman in the parking lot with a speaker and microphone singing. It was really odd. The parking lot was dirty with trash. But the shopping center was fairly nice.

Lacks support in the dining room. Tables were filthy, only 1 person taking orders and trying to maintain a clean dining room. Dont waste your time inside, pick it up!

Well It’s Home NOW😍😇😍 My family and I have been in Valley Ranch for approximately 4months now. It’s very quiet and also amazingly beautiful. But the most thing that I can say that I really love is my view from my 3rd Floor Apt @ Night😌🥰

Lots of stores to choose from to shop at, good place to fund gifts.

Parking is spacious but be careful - there is a big conflict between cars entering the mall from MacArthur Blvd (east-west) and those that go north-south via the service road inside the mall. Also, because parking lots are relatively empty, some cars do not necessarily follow the driving alley but cur the parking lots - this is a huge safety hazard. Drive safe.

Nice plaza. Came here to visit half price books, they do have a better selection than other half price books Ive been to.
