This company deserves a 0. Its 505 pm on my moving day with a moving window of 12 to 5 and I have not received a call or anything saying nobody is coming or anything . I am beyond FURIOUS. AMY AND WHOEVER THE OWNER IS LIED TO ME. AFTER SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS CONFIRMING MY MOVE TODAY AND ALSO ASKING FOR AN EARLIER TIME AND TELLING YOU I HAD TO TURN IN MY KEYS TODAY AND HAD FAMILY COMING IN TOMORROW YOU SCREWED ME AND MY FAMILY. I have been calling all day from my phone and my husband phone and it just rings but you advertise 24 hours. I am forced to find movers at 5pm on my moving day because of your lack of professionalism and communication. This is mind blowing and very disturbing being that you took a deposit from me

It was terrible. WE were promised a three-man crew as part of the move and we got two. The gentlemen they sent were very nice but neither of them spoke enough English or us enough Spanish to communicate effectively. Their manager who did not come with them told them to leave when the floor space was full and would not stack anything on top of items, even though we had pillows and light tubs. They left a huge amount of items in our house. We were forced to rent a Uhaul ourselves and go back the next day and load and transport ourselves. We contacted them to complain and they have never resolved the issue and have refused to continue to communicate. We are now looking a small claims court because this was insane. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not hire this crew.

Run away! These guys are horrible. They said the mover would arrive on Friday or Sat. They arrived on Thursday and said if I did not accept the move at that time they would take it to all to storage. Then ONE guy showed up for the move. ONE GUY! And he was the biggest jerk. Tried to charge for every little thing he could find. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
