After bring new business renting small unit, I advised office staff I will bring larger unit from Southlake. 3 months at you property you raised my rate pretty high and i asked when do you and how often do you make rate change. No straight or honest answer. Since you went up, I canceled move of unit to your location. And made a business choice to move my business from your location before time to pay crazy higher rate after only 3 months there and while were still in world pandemic(s).

Was helping a friend move stuff in there. They had been a 24-hour access place. But, when we showed up, we found out we couldnt get in. Theyd changed their hours. If youre going to spend money storing stuff, Id recommend storing it in a place where you can get to it when you need to.

Right off the freeway. I believe it was Montrell (probably spelling it wrong) that helped me out and he made the process easy and quick!! Even after I refused to see what I ordered online, he took me to see it and of course I had to change my order. He was extremely helpful.

My experience with Extra Space Storage has been an excellent experience, from going into one of several locations, for buying supplies, talking to a couple of managers in person and seeing the facilities, to making the decision in determining ESS is the company I am trusting will provide the best possibilities for my storage needs. On March 9, 2020, I visited ESS and was greeted by the manager, Cory, and my first experience in communicating with an ESS manager. Cory greeted me with a smile, answered (all) of my questions, showed me an available unit and helped me realize ESS was the company I was pretty sure was my choice. On March 10, 2020, I met with the manager, Eric Phillips. Eric finalized my determination in my choice of storage companies and luckily had an available unit, comparable to the size I needed. Eric also greeted me with a smile, answered (ALL) my questions, showed me a couple available units and went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs. Both Cory and Eric are professional, VERY knowledgeable in everything from available units and amenities, supplies, (all) my questions, etc. At the end of the day, I feel my belongings will be safe, secure and will stay in the condition they were in once I move them back into my forever home. This is brand new facility and it looks like it. I got a 10x20 unit and it was very clean. The front office is very clean and the manager was very nice and respectful. Everything is set up for you to move in with any type vehicle. I am very pleased with the service that was provided

Used a large, climate controlled units available near the airport. We needed storage for about three months after moving from Missouri.Lisa and her team will take wonderful care of you and take security very seriously. Managers live on property and keep the property in tip top shape.If you have storage needs then you should absolutely use this location.
