Christina helped my husband and I get a lock cut off after my husband accidentally lost his key. She couldn’t have been nicer and was so helpful. Even though we totally messed up and made extra work for her, she kept a kind and positive attitude all throughout our experience. The facility itself is clean and feels safe, which I appreciate. A Low 3 Star... Do NOT Like How There Is No Roof Covering Units. Constantly Finding Bugs Flying Inside Or Dead On The Floor. Also How Secure Are Your Things If Ppl Can Put A Drone Or Something Over The Unit To See If A Person Has Anything Worth Stealing Or Breaking Into To Take A Random Chance. Or Employees From Trying To Snoop Around In Costumers Units. Reads Climate Control But Is Constantly Hot & We Arent Even In Texas Summer Heat Yet. Horrible Odor All Though Property & Im Sure Its No Ceiling Covering Units. Dont Come Much But Notice If Im There & Managers Are There Two Have Walked By My Unit Tryna Be Nosey. Moved In Online & Was Told Bring Your Own Lock Get Money Back Came & Was Told Wait Till Next Month. Waited & Manager Didnt Even Do What She Said. Called Cooperate & Was Told I Should Have Been Reimbursed Same Day. Then The Manager Christina Tried To Tell Me It Wasnt MY Fault That She Didnt Know How To Do Simple Things Like Reimburse Lock Fees. SMH Of Course It Wasnt My Fault. Also Didnt Greet Me Upon First Visit Until I Mentioned I Got A Unit Online Then Was Greeted. She Also Begged Me For A Good Review About 4 Or 5 Times On First Visit. Dead Bugs In Unit & I Had To Kick Out With Foot Not Her. Im Reading The Reviews Claiming Its So Clean But Same Dirt Stops Have Been There For Weeks Before Being Cleaned Up. Elevator Is Super Duper Slow. Only Plus Is The Price. But What They Say You Pay For What You Get Sometimes.

Went to get a storage room and meet Ms Chistina and she was so sweet and polite. She let me go see the room before I rented it and even had a bag ready with all kinds of information and a lock for my room . I highly recommend going into the Irving location and getting your storage room from her!

Thorough/detailed emails so that you have all the pertinent information you need about your unit and how to gain access to your storage area, etc. I visited my new space same-day, after I made my purchase and the whole facility was very clean and organized. Definitely would recommend to anyone that has a need for their services!

Upon entering cube smart I was greeted by Amy who was full of energy happy with life helpful informative and willing to go beyond a great customer experience. This was tier one customer service at its finest definitely a company I would like to do business with again in the future.

Absolutely the worst place. Im trying to get my money back as I no longer need the storage unit. I had it reserved for the 19th of the month and since I got a head start to getting everything done, theyre claiming my move in starts on the day I reserve the storage unit. Stay away from this place! Not even 24 hours of me reserving this unit and already having issues! Save your money!

I would not rent here unless you want your storage rent to increase every 6 months. I have had 2 units at this place for years and they continue to raise the rates. Why not do this for your loyal customers, give them a break on the ncreases. The garage doors at the facility continue to be broken which damage my merchandise that I have in my units. Every month the doors are broken and I pay for climate control units that will keep my items from getting damaged due to the weather, not for broken doors, but yet this facility continue to go up on their rates. I am DONE!!!

I called the office to inquire about adding another unit and spoke with Amy. Amy was very helpful adding another unit, she even helped me update my account with my renters insurance for some additional monthly savings.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I had been a loyal customer since December of 2016. I called in to have my payment date moved ahead to the end of the month instead of being due at the beginning. Instead of moving my payment date ahead they moved it back. When I went to pay my bill they told me that I owed an extra $147 and that my stuff is going to be auctioned off if I refuse to pay. Then manager Clarence didn’t care about the mistake and was only interested in collecting his fees. I explained to him that I had been there for 3 years as a loyal customer and this was obviously a mistake on their part. His words exactly were “ We are a month to month rental facility and we don’t have loyal customers.” “You pay by the month with no contract and if you don’t pay we will have to auction off your belongings”. So this company doesnt want loyal customers. See loyalty to me is keeping a customer that’s not in a contract. This problem was supposed to be resolved by the previous manager who left there in October. He was very nice and pleasant to work with but left my account a mess, didn’t fix it, and no one cares. All Clarence the manager wanted their money and fees. I feel I was robbed out of my $147 so I moved out of this CubeSmart storage facility yesterday. I’m moving my stuff to a facility that will take my $200 a month rental fee and not try to manipulate my account with fees and charges. I’m 44 years old and have never been treated so terrible. The new management is killing this facility. I’m very disappointed.

I just came here to get a Storage Unit! Mym was very kind, friendly and very helpful! She was quick and made me happy to talk to(she was funny, too!!)I just wish the place was 24hrs access, but it’s alright. Place is very clean, too, and she answered all of our questions without making us feel like a nuisance.

Went in today just for a quote, but after two other facilities that had absolutely no welcoming vibe, walking in here was great. Agent name was T Ruiz; explained and answered my 25 questions without any hesitation and thats how she got my business. Plenty of parking spaces, carts available; which was very useful. I used 2 for faster unloading. Will continue and will always have my business here.

The facility is immaculate, the rates are very fair, the location is convenient. But theres only one elevator. ONE!!! Seems sufficient unless there are multiple people using/trying to access the upper/lower floors. I suggest you come as early as possible to avoid a traffic jam at the elevator. Wish this facility had 24hr access but I still HIGHLY recommend this place!

I like the location where it is very convenient to move all of my items in a expedient manner and showed me all the access, hours and the staff is very friendly. Poor operating hours, overhead doors out of service for MONTHS, door codes randomly deprogrammed, rest rooms locked without notice. Light bulbs burnt out for MONTHS and on very short timers.

My husband and I had a great experience yesterday at your Irving location the manager Eva Was very helpful she showed us two Storages and picked up trash on the way to the office very clean location. You should be very very proud!

The managers were great and I thought the customer service was top notch. What I was not happy about was the added charges that were not made clear on their website. I had to have a special lock, insurance, and an admin fee on top of the monthly charge, which I was not aware of before booking. I thought I was going to be paying $51 for 2 months because the first one was free and ended up paying over $100. I warn anyone to call and they will be very clear over the phone, but the advertisement online was VERY misleading.

The best storage place I ever been, they even have restrooms, climate control, and their prices has no competition, highly recommend this storage, im very happy.
